Yesterday I had to get my car towed to a mechanic since my starter was dead and I needed to get a replacement. I called AAA and they’ve connected me to this specific tow company. I was on the phone with Xavier and he was very kind and professional the whole way through. Actually this was my first time ever requesting to get my vehicle towed, and I sadly forgot to leave my keys for Xavier, but he still managed to take my car to my mechanic with no issues. I’m truly grateful that Xavier was able to help me despite the fact that I wasn’t present since I was working at my 2nd job at that time. Thank you all!
Chris done a wonderful job at towing my jeep. He was very friendly, and he was able to tow the jeep right away. Didn’t have any problems. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Just want to give a shout out to Xavier! He was outstanding!!! 47 miles from home nowhere or nothing around me and in a dead spot at that. He came and made was a bad situation tolerable. Got me home in short fashion, and I’m just so grateful to him. I know he’s not perfect, none of us are….but let me say you guys have a good one there, take care of him!!!!!

Xavier is great at what he does he helped me get my car in a narrow driveway and backed my truck right by my house. Would give 10 stars if I could. Fair pricing and good workers highly reccomend.
Dave from Kansas Tow Company received my call from Onstar. They arrived they were very kind, helpful and very perfessional. I am a older woman and have had to call a few towing companies in my lifetime. I have never met such a nice crew of men. They were there to tow my car to a garage, they were quick about loading the car up on their truck. They made sure it was carefully put on and tied down, secure and delivered to the car garage of my choice. They had it loaded up and delivered to garage in a matter of 10, 15 minutes. There was no hassle, no paperwork everything was taken care between them and Onstar I was very thankful for them. I would highly recommend Kansas Tow Company!

We were 400 miles from home and lost a belt ... our driver came 30+ miles to pick us up & then towed us another 30+ miles in the opposite direction he came from & was the most kind, considerate & friendly person anyone could've asked for. He was understanding of my disability and did everything he could to help me in & out of his truck. The world needs more good people like John. Thank you.
I am so thankful for the driver, John who came when I was stranded 45 mins from home. He was informative, incredibly patient when I had to change the drop off location, and a skilled driver. 10/10 recommend if you need someone to save the day when you are stranded.
Carter was awesome! Got to me faster than AAA estimated, knew what he was doing and got my truck’s whole situation done fast, bro went above and beyond what he was asked to do. Even saved me an uber trip and dropped me off at my destination instead of just leaving me at the dealership where we dropped my truck off. I’ll be requesting him specifically if I get into another tricky situation like that when I’m stuck on the side of the road.
AAA used these guys instead of their own trucks. The service was great, after submitting the request, their dispatcher called me within 5 minutes. I asked the guy to call when he was on the way, and he actually did. Got the vehicle hooked up quickly and the driver, Robert Carter, was able to unload it directly in my garage. Very pleased with both AAA and Kansa Tow Company.

This company was quick, they estimated an hour but it was maybe 30 minutes. Xavier was very kind and professional. They sent a text confirming they will be my tow service, a text that Xavier had arrived, then even a text to show where the tow truck was in live real time! They had my car to the facility in a timely manner as well. This was a GREAT experience. What a great Tow Company

Xavier arrived with his tow truck not long after I called AAA. He was very friendly and helpful, especially once we discovered my car did not have a spare, only an air compressor. I rode with him the 30 miles we had to tow my car; he was friendly and professional throughout the trip. He should be considered a valuable employee, and does a great job representing your company!!
