Very unprofessional. They canceled the request from my insurance after I was waiting for about 2 hours. Avoid this company. Don’t depend on them, they will leave you hanging in the cold with no help.
Fast, professional service. We got stranded, the first truck our insurance called canceled. TNT truck called within 10 minutes and let's us know he was on his way. Great service, all around. Very professional driver.

TNT towing saved the day. After waiting an hour and a half on kids towing and no call from a driver or dispatcher, I called TNT towing. They were able to get me a better price and a better time. I wish I would have called them first. I know better for next time. Thanks TNT
TNT has really stepped up in the tow world. They have one of the most skilled operators, Jesse, that I know. They take good care of our customers vehicles and do a excellent job. They always show up promptly, ready to roll when they pull up to the job. The trucks are quality rigs that are not going to get stranded or damage vehicles in the process of recovering them, unlike other competitors out there..... Our company will keep using TNT for future tows!
This company was SUPPOSED to come and tow my Buick LaCrosse after my brakes went out on me while I was driving. My insurance set it up with my roadside assistance. Instead what actually happened is TNT stopped responding to my insurance’s phone calls, and also mine. They sent my calls to a voicemail that’s not even set up. I was stuck outside in the middle of July in the heat for multiple hours trying to organize a tow truck to get me and my car safely home. Thanks for nothing TNT. I’ll recommend you to nobody.

I got a flat tire today and needed to get my car towed while the city was still trying to clean up the road from a winter storm yesterday.
The waiting time was a little over 3 hours, but the driver Sam totally made my day. He was awesome, friendly and personable. He checked the car carefully and patiently explained the details that I need to know and on what to do if the car needs to be towed again. (Hopefully I don’t ever need it again:-)
This company is very lucky to have people like Sam- knowing and excelling on what they are doing and also bringing people joy in the meantime.

Needed pulled out of a snow drift after a winter storm. Great communication with the dispatcher and driver. They have got my business in the future. I was warned they were busy and it would likely be a couple hours. No big but I only had to wait about 45 minutes.
The driver Sam was awesome he was fast and personable. He made a bad day not so bad. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of their services..
I Just had the worst day since my husband past last Dec. 7th. . . I was stranded in Newton with a split rear tire. . . Sam is my hero and saved the day. Polite and kind and he got me back to Wichita in plenty of time to get a new tire. Thank you TnT Towing for send Sam.
TNT Towing stepped in when another local towing company failed miserably. My son had spent 2 hrs waiting to have his car towed & was only told it would be another hour after HE reached out to the towing company for an update (3x). It was 4:00pm & my son needed to be at work by 6:00pm. Our Roadside Assistance service contacted 10 different companies around Wichita that could get to him as soon as possible & tow his car so he could go on to work on time. Roadside called back & said TNT was advised of the situation and accepted the assignment. TNT's driver Sam called us within 20 minutes to say he was on his way, showed up EXACTLY when he SAID he would show up and expeditiously loaded my son's car and took it where we needed it to go. Communication for me is a BIG deal. Doing what you say and keeping your word is a BIG DEAL to me, and if a towing company can't make it when they said they'll be there, no problem....just tell me so I can choose a different service provider. TNT KEPT THEIR WORD and showed up when they SAID they would SHOW UP. I really really appreciated that so much in this situation when my son was already stressing about his car and being able to get to work on time. I will ALWAYS request TNT Towing when I call my Roadside Assistance in the future. Special note of thanks to the driver, Sam. My son is 18 and still in high school yet Sam treated him with great respect and consideration. It bothers me to say not all service providers treat high schoolers with that level of respect and consideration. Sam didn't dismiss him as "just another high school kid". Sam treated my son as the working, bill paying, responsible young man he is, including involving my son in the process of getting his vehicle loaded, teaching him, and providing another opportunity for my son to learn a new skill from another man. I noticed that, and that really meant a lot to me. Awesome AWESOME experience! Thank you TNT and thank you Sam!

Sam and his brother went above and beyond to handle my vehicle with great care. They were timely and efficient. They were the third company to attempt this difficult tow service. I was extremely frustrated because my brand new vehicle broke down this morning. It was hot and I was running on zero sleep, so needless to say I was GRUMPY. I contacted roadside assistance through my Ford app and TnT is who was sent. Upon being greeted by the driver and his assistant, he was incredibly friendly I was immediately put at ease. Thank you TnT for making an unpleasant situation a little more pleasant!
They did a sees job getting to us fast and the man who came to get the truck was nice and did a fantastic job. But the guy who was at the yard was lazy and rude
J. R. called me 30-45 minutes prior to arriving at the tow site for my car. He arrived in timely manner. The weather was freezing rain. He was very cordial and offered me to wait inside his truck, because of the cold weather, while he set up to tow my car onto the bed of his tow truck. He was very friendly to chat with, so that kept my mind at ease despite my car being a wreck. When we reached to my destination, he backed my car into the driveway with skill and care. He wished me well and shook my hand. Overall, he did an outstanding job!
