I and a couple other people that went out to help me get some parts off of a vehicle or try to find them we're locked into the yard and had to go out the employee exit when we realized what time it was they were closing and it was like 5 after the time for them to close. They never came back there and said anything to us and we watched employees go up and down the aisles a couple times one two three times while we were there for a couple hours and then they wouldn't sell us the parts that we spent so long getting off of the car. Then they want to act like we may have stolen something when they went through the bag of tools which we did not obviously. And then when we showed up the next morning to buy the parts that we did pull they were not upfront like they're supposed to be they usually keep them till 10:00 or noon or something like that the next day so you can come back and get them if you can't get them that day and they didn't even do that we were there at 8:00 there's like one person there maybe two that are super nice and will help you with anything you need help with other than that not the greatest place in the world to go get parts unless you get there early in the morning and know what time it is and set an alarm.
I had a bad battery and I checked A few other places and the price that LKQ charge me was half of what I would have paid for had I went anywhere else. Very grateful for them.
If they’re driving is anything like their customer service skills I wouldn’t even trust getting a lug nuts from these people I was going through Kansas. One of their trucks came out cutting off a semi truck. They were trying to speed up to hurry up and pass me through a school zone unfortunately, it did not work out that way because my lane ended before they got to me, and we were going down the road. There was a truck in front of us turning left. They decided to get out jump into oncoming traffic to pass. While the vehicle was turning. They almost slammed into the side of this farm truck. Every time I’ve ever came across this driver in this truck or trucks I have been nothing but disappointed with their driving , they are very unsafe and should not be on the road. They are going to kill somebody with their. Driving and when they’re horrible, driving ends up, injuring somebody they’re going to sue the company into the ground. This company needs to do better about their drivers.
IF I COULD PUT 0 I WOULD. WORSE PLACE AND WORSE SERVICE!!!! SPENT 2 DAM HOURS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT THERE !!! CLEARLY THEY DON'T AND CAN'T DO THEIR JOB NEVER RETURNING AGAIN !!!
DO NOT BUY AN ENGINE FROM THEM. I bought a brand new rebuilt motor through oriellys which lkq is who the motors are from. There warranty is absolute garbage they only pay 50$ a labor rate hour when labor rate was 135$. I lost compression in cylinder one had two mechanics diagnosed it both said same thing. The ford dealership contacted them and came up with a repair plan to replace the motor they received the old motor back and are now saying that there is nothing wrong with it and they will not pay there part which is 1600$. Their customer service is terrible and rude. They do not return phone calls worse experience I have ever had.
No phone number or a way to check on parts. Customer service will only answer if selling your car. Not worth going to yard all cars are picked clean and have to pay admission fee.
Don't buy engine parts through this company they will try and get out of repairs if their products fail. Absolutely do not buy an engine from them because when it fails under warranty they will try to get out of fixing it.
