My first experience was amazing. They even stayed open and worked on a Sunday. The second experience wasn't as smooth, but very satisfied with the work and kind staff. Make sure that you call prior to leaving for appointments, and specify for them to have the part ready to go. It took several times to connect and get the job finished.
Tee is wonderful to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and consistently finds me the correct parts that I need to fix my vehicle. I needed a replacement center consol in my 2003 Buick Lesabre and he fixed me up right away. Another time I needed a replacement window regulator. He had it out in a couple of minutes for me. This is my go-to auto salvage and will be for as long as Tee is around.

They gave the most impressive customer service of any business I've ever been to.
The mechanic even noticed a part discrepancy which saved me the hassle of having to return or exchange the part later on. And once he noticed the discrepancy- him, Miguelo and Mia all stayed and worked 40 minutes after they closed in order to locate and pull the correct part for my car. Amazing!
In my experience there today the prices were unbeatable. I wasn't even aware of this place until today -- but I can tell you that if I had been, I certainly would have saved myself a ton of money in the past. Highly recommended!"

They replaced my windshield on my Honda Accord, but it took weeks and weeks and it seemed like they didn’t want to work on my car. And when they did finish the job they left off the passenger side windshield clip and told me to just to it myself. After years of driving without it, I tried to install new clips and now my windshield is cracked again! Don’t ever trust these jokers with your money!
These guys are great they came in at 7pm.and pulled the parts for my sons car . It was stolen the week before and we were desperate. They gave me a great deal and explained how to change the steering column. I highly recommend using these guys
If you want the run around you should definitely give them a call. Been told for 2 days they have the part. Finally get tired of waiting, call them, they say call a different place that's it's ready. They have not even been told to get the parr ready!! Lies and it is not ok.
This place went above and beyond to help me find the right parts to get my car back on the road! Amazingly Friendly customer service! I will defiantly call them next time I have any questions or are in need of parts!

With all the craziness in our world right now it was such a breath of fresh air to walk in and be greeted so kindly. I had my brother call and had affordable auto salvage pull a part for me ( they pulled 2 so I would have a choice) it was late in the day so I told my brother to tell them I would just pick it up the next day, well they never got the message. When I finally did get in , a couple days later, to get the part, the young man said he stayed till 8:30pm that evening waiting on me. I felt so bad but he assured me that it was ok. I will always call them first from now on for any parts I need. Its so hard to find good working , honest , helpful people!

Talk about going above and beyond for a customer! I was unable to get to them this week and they went out of their way to come to me at work to pick up my title for my vehicle and they will be picking it up and towing and paid me cash on the spot!! I will always go to them!
At the very end of the day they were able to find me a rim and tire for my car and even stayed open late for me to come and get it!!! Great customer servive and very friendly staff!!! Plus the prices are very fair!!
These guys were great! They got me the part I needed same day within minutes! He gave me a great price compared to what other places were asking for the same part ($19.99 compared to $50). The customer service was also very good. They were very friendly and accommodating. He even made sure that the part was right for my vehicle by testing it before I made the purchase. I would definitely use this place again!

Asked and ordered parts on Tuesday they said we have them ready to pick-up on Wednesday before close went to pick-up,..window was still in door...told me to take home and take it out...tried to sell me manual mirror when I ordered power. This place sucks. Find some place else...don't waste your time.!
They are great at contacting you back and the lady at the desk is very nice and has a good memory lol. But the prices are better than other salvages in my opinion also depending on what you need or want. But also fast at getting what you need.
