Tow truck driver broke the door on my gas tank. Said they would refund me $90 for the tow. Long story short, I got screwed no refund and still gotta repair my gas tank door along with whatever else is wrong with my car. Damage your vehicle and no accountability

Twisted Towing was very patient and kind with my mom. The WPD assigned Twisted Towing when my mom's car was totaled in an accident over 4th of July weekend.
The lot is closed Sunday, but they made a special trip in for her to get her items out of the car before her work week.
The office exterior and interior were updated clean and organized. This is one of the cleanest lots I have seen. Even though wrecked cars are towed there, the gravel drive was kept up well and any trees trimmed back.

My first time dealing with Twisted Towing was GREAT!!! They showed up, within 30 minutes of me calling! Driver hooked up my truck, fast an very professional! He strapped it down with out scratching up custom paint on my suspension, delivered it to a shop, the shop said truck was to big to fit on there alignment rack. (After Twisted Towing dropped it off) So I had to call Twisted Towing again. They were back in 10 minutes loaded it up. The owner of Twisted reccomend another shop he knew could do the work. So I had it sent to the other shop that he reccomend. My trucks work was all completed an ready for me to pickup that night! 10 out of 10 Reccomend. I've used them multiple times now, they are the only tow service I use now! Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional. Nice to have a tow service I know I can count on 24/7.

I called outside of business hours. Still got an answer. They where able to meet me the next morning at 7:15 again outside of business hours and in the cold. Only charged $100. The guy was very nice and understanding. Very pleased with the service. If I ever need a tow again I know who to call. Thank you very much.
Do not trust them. My boss tried to talk to them and they high-tailed it away from my job. I only had a flat tire. Less than 4 hours my jobs security tried to call them. Then to make matters worse they stole my medication out of my car. Shouldn’t mess with a 50 year old on hard luck. I plan on filing police report followed by a civil suit on Monday.
The guy who owns this place is a really nice guy. He is very friendly and helpful. Professional. The lot is on South Broadway towards the second bridge. So a little bit farther from the more concerning areas down that way. He has a closed lot in the back to keep vehicles safe. If you have a vehicle that needs to be towed, I would highly recommend him.
I had the best expo with this company super fast and highly reliable, took upmost care of my vehicle and worked with me on a drop spot, due to limited space! Highly recommend this company! My daughter is a student at WSU (we live in TX). She had a wreck last week a few blocks from where she is staying, and she had her dog with her. Not only did they get her car taken car of, but also gave her a ride home. Very easy to work with when I got there to get all her belongings and was very helpful with the insurance process. Great customer service! I called at 9:40 and they had my car towed to destination by 11:30. They were fast and easy to work with! Highly recommend and will be using them again if need be.
Twisted is rock solid and exceptional to use for towing. The dispatcher was very pleasent, sharp, and got us taken care of super quick. She is a saint in a world of auto answers you have to jump thru beofre getting actual help. Our wait was less than 15 minutes,..every other compnay we tried previousl to Twisted was an hour or more. The driver arrived in 12 minutes, got us transported and was a rock star. Great truck, courteous and very professional. I cannot recommend a business any stronger,.......they are the best I have come across in the towing business.
The woman on the phone told me it would probably be about 3 hours, and then the tow truck showed up about 45 minutes later. That was a nice surprise. The driver was very nice and easy to talk to. If I ever need a tow again, I will be calling them again.

I called Jarrod needing a tow from a dealership that quoted me $5,000.00 for a $300.00 repair. Jarrod showed up exactly when he said he would, quickly got my vehicle on his truck, and got me to a more trustworthy mechanic. Awesome Guys doing an amazing job! Been towed a few times by these guys and you can't find better service. I locked my keys in my car and they were there in 15 minutes and had me in my car and on my way in less then 10!!!
I called around town when my car broke down on the highway. I received a few different pick up times and price quotes. I ultimately picked Twisted Towing cause price was great and most importantly he was getting me towed off the HIGHWAY the quickest! I highly recommend this place.
