Traveling to the East Coast from Okla with RV on Thanksgiving Day! RV had a leaf spring break and stranded on the highway. The owner (I forgot his name) had the part we needed and came to us and repaired our RV on the side of the highway, again on Thanksgiving Day. Thank you so much for helping us!. My semi down at 3 AM, this company was actually the only company to answer the phone. He came quick within 40 minutes. Pretty nice guy and professional. His prices were reasonable. He seemed pretty knowledgeable. The only drawback is the two hour minimum. And that is only a drawback if you are in my situation where the problem can’t be fixed by him. In that case, you are still paying a two hour minimum plus the diagnostics fee, which comes out to a very high price for no fix.
Jason helped put a brand new air conditioner in the bedroom and cleaned out the air conditioner above the kitchen. Plus he sold us a almost new fridge. We recommend him to anyone who needs good work done to their rv.
Claims my used part "failed" but he actually installed the wrong part and took my money knowing I wouldn't get far. The part is good for the proper configuration so no it's not the "used part" it's purposeful negligence
I called this service asking to look at the Kenworth truck with a computer, it was necessary to remove inactive codes. I asked for the price, said that it would cost 120. When he arrived, he gave us exactly 5 minutes. He did not remove the codes. I said that I see all the codes for Samsara as they were. I asked to send a photo from the computer, they did not do this, and in the end the price was 250, they added another hour of work. But what is the question????

The worst service I have ever seen in 10 years of my Semi life.. This guy was trying to change bearings in my axel , it took him six hours.. but after this, we had to do it two more times, because it was always leaking, and just because I stopped every 10 miles and was checking this guy job.. it’s two guys in total 18 hours to put new bearings, I start driving and it was leaking again.. after third time he came he stopped picking up his phone, he just started ignoring me.. so now after 24 hours me on the road, I found different guys whokmow what they are doing and they said my axel is bad now.. this guy was grinding my axle because he couldn’t take old bearing and put new one… even a small thing when he was putting gasket in a hub he just overtired it..
Now new replacement gonna cost me around $6500 , I need full new axel and part around..
And he just not pick up his phone !! Not recommended !!!
Exceptional service!! The wheel bearing on my boat trailer failed and was stranded on an off ramp in the middle of nowhere. We thought we were going to be stuck there until the next morning I found Jason‘s number and he answered just after 11 PM and showed up around 45 minutes later. He looked at the situation and did not have all the parts available to fix the trailer so he called a friend to bring out what was needed, It took that guy over an hour and a half to show up and did not have all the parts that Jason Needed so he put the wheel and bearings back together and manufactured a cap to go over the axle which was good enough to get me home. When he was finished, he did not charge me anything because it took so Long to complete the job and get us rolling. I was taken back that he did not want to charge me. I would recommend his service 100% no questions asked.

Had a major headache of a problem with trying to replace my lugnut studs and lugnuts. Had stripped screws I couldn't drill through. Called Jason about 11:40pm and said he was out in Illinois on a job and said he'd be back in terre haute in three to four hours, im a night owl since I close at my job so it was perfect timing. Super down to earth guy, super professional, fast and price was very affordable. I highly recommend Jason if you need any auto help at any time of the day. Five stars isn't enough!!!

Even after that, he did extended searching for us and tracked down a part and brought it to us and fixed our truck super quick and got us back on the road. I had issues with my 6.6 duramax when passing through town. Wabash was one of the only places still open and to take my call. I said what was wrong and he was there to meet me within 10-15 minutes. After a quick evaluation he determined he wouldn’t be able to do the repair due to the complexity of the issue and my timeline to get to Texas. We talked for a bit and came up with a solution that could gently and safely get my vehicle home to do the proper repair. He gave me a ride to get the supplies I needed helped me with some of the work and sent me on my way without charging me anything. I’m not writing this to suggest you are going to get a feee service but I am writing it to say that this is a good dude. You can just tell when someone cares and has a good heart. I managed to get my truck to Texas safely and on time thanks to this guy. I will 100% call again if I need help when I’m in the area.
We were driving cross country, our rear wheel studs sheered, and we were stranded and after calling all the auto parts stores and couldn’t get our hands on the part, this man took our call and found the parts within 2 minutes and said “I make stuff happen” and he sure did. He had to drive to 3 part stores to get all our parts, came out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend in the freezing and rain, CHANGED THE STUDS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, checked the rest of the tires, and helped us a ton. He was the best mechanic we have ever dealt with and the most efficient, professional and experienced. I can not recommend and thank this guy enough.
Reworked my car hauler trailer wiring and setup a slick tandem battery system for my winch. Did great work and all wiring looks neat and carefully placed. Quick response and fair price—highly recommend.

Was scheduled to come repair brakes on a box truck. Called and explained that he was running behind on a job, and couldn’t make it, but would come the following day. Waited all day again, then around 4:30 called again with the bad news again. Promised the following morning, and yet again, another no show. I called and spoke to him, and told him if he didn’t show up the following Monday, then I was calling another company. He assured me he wouldn’t fail me again. Monday came and went. No call, no show. Horrible way to do business. Wasted 4 days of my time.
By far one of best road service companies we've dealt with. Had a car run into my trailer axle and bent the axle. This man replaced the entire tandem and had me on the road in 9 hours while it was still snowing heavily. Thank you for what you do man. And keep up the good honest work. Appreciated everything.
Jason came out on i70 and fixed our truck. We were losing air and couldn't figure out where and he came found the leak and fixed it. I'm giving 5 stars for accuracy,experience and the price of it all. His hourly charge is reasonable. Gentleman I spoke to made it out to the scene within 10 minutes when my truck broke down. Turns out the AC compressor went out and nothing could be done on side of road. Usual call out fee with 2 hrs added is 170. He only charged me 100$. Hard to find good honest business out there and I appreciate what these guy did.

I had trailer light problems and he showed up soon after we called. Quickly diagnosed and made repairs at a very affordable rate. I expected it to cost much more. He is fair honest and respectable.
