I brought the trailer in due to an electrical lighting issue where the side marker lights and tail/running lights were inoperative. The brake lights and four-way flashers would function when applied, but the running lights would not stay on. When driving at night, the trailer was in a complete blackout condition unless the brakes or four-ways were being used, making it unsafe to operate.
The technician performed a full diagnostic and quickly traced the issue to a short at the rear of the trailer on one of the clearance lights, which was repeatedly tripping the circuit. The problem was properly repaired, and all lighting functions were restored to normal. The full diagnosis and repair took approximately 2½ hours.
The technician was professional, efficient, and thorough, taking the time to locate and fix the root cause rather than applying a temporary solution. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing trailer electrical diagnostics or repairs.
It’s not hard to be a good mechanic, it’s just so easy to be a bad one.
Let me start by telling you what these guys didn’t do, they didn’t try to hook up a computer, & charge massive diagnostic fees, they didn’t start with the most expensive component in a given system & claim it needed to be replaced, & they didn’t charge for any time that wasn’t warranted.
What they did do, listened to the owner of the vehicle & the suggestion made, got the work done in a quick efficient manner, charged a fairly reasonable price.
I was in & out in just under 2 hours with my issue solved.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHES ..CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

Had my Radiator blow a hole in it and found these guys to try and fix it. Justin came to me figured out the issue and stayed with me to make sure I made it. Excellent service, speedy replacement of radiator and very reasonable and fair pricing. Excellent excellent customer service and great people. Their website is easy enough to get around but not as informative as I needed so I called and the man who answered the phone was so polite and listened to what I was needing to know and then answered me with everything I needed to do and that was so helpful, when I went there I had everything I needed for them, it went so smoothly and I was in and out without any issues all because I knew what I had to have and no surprise problems came up. Totally recommend!!
I used Lambert's towing to have my mother's car towed from Terra Haute to Richmond. This was a very difficult circumstance for me and this company went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly! Ashley is a Saint and she saved my day. I had to arrange this tow over the phone from several hours away and she took care of every detail! She was genuine and caring. I can't say enough how much I appreciated her for taking care of us.
