Nate is the truck operator who helped me with the towing process. He managed to get my car that wont move out of a line of cars in the lot. He carefully and professionally (to me at least) got my car towed to the desired address. The lady on the phone when I called was also nice.

My parking pass fell onto the floor of my car. They charged me $200 to get my car back even though my apartment complex has my license plate number and I have lived there for over a year. Once I arrived they said they only accept cash. $200 charge for towing my car 7 minutes down the road. They said they gave me a “deal” only charging me $200 instead of $240.

They were so nice! And good pricing. Jeremy is amazing. He made sure I had a ride home even after towing my car to the shop. Highly reccommend ♥️

We had a vehicle that broke down on us in terre haute on a Saturday. Absolute towing had someone on call & they were quick to respond to us and get us a tow to Clinton. The tow truck driver (Jeremy) was great and made sure me and my family had a ride before he left with our van and was very adamant on making sure we wasn’t going to be stranded. I would recommend absolute towing to anyone and I will always use them. They helped turn a bad situation we were in into the best possible outcome and did more than I expected for us. Thank you guys

Our car slid off the highway during a bad storm. The sheriff called this company and Mike was very helpful when he came to pull us out. Thanks for your help!

The man that towed my jeep was very sweet and nice. He even remembered us from Halloween. But there's a women in the office that's very rude. So it's a roll of the dice how she's going to treat you over the phone. Plus the lady in the office told us the wrong information. So please double-check everything they tell you over the phone. Because half the time is wrong.

My car was accidentally towed after my parking pass fell off my dash. They were nice, responsive, and worked with me to get a refund on the two days they accidentally charged me for storage over the weekend when I was unable to come get my vehicle, as this is against Indiana code. This was very much appreciated and I do believe it was a mistake. Still leaving 3-stars since I had to pay $305 for my parking pass falling off my dash, although it is their discretion to decline a refund here.

Called during open hours according to google and before I could even ask about a car the person on the phone said I needed to call back Monday. I called back a few times as they are supposed to be open 24 hrs. I did find out the office was closed at the time which was my bad but I was just going off of Google. They ended up calling me back and just asking “What is it” and was extremely rude and was lecturing me about how I was calling late and was interrupting me the entire time I was just asking for information. If you guys were closed why are you calling me back just to be rude. Sorry I didn’t know you guys were closed but no need to be a prick to a person who’s car disappeared into thin air

Came within 10 minutes, tried to troubleshoot my problem so would not have to incur a full tow bill, gave a ride home, very courteous, reasonably priced. Will definitely call again if needed!

Ran into some car trouble today. Called up Absolute Towing and they sent someone right out. I was not stuck waiting for long which was great because it was hot out. Very fair pricing and the driver was very polite and friendly. They made a stressful situation a little easier to handle. Thank you.

They literally towed my friends truck from the apartment he was helping me move into . I don't have a car but I'm allowed one spot . The apartment hadn't gave me a parking pass yet. We tried to explain this to the man on the phone and he was so mean and rude. Then they made us wait until the next day to even get it out or tell us how much it would cost . 300 dollars is what I had to pay for a truck parked at the apartment I live in. Then the lady didn't want to give me a receipt at all . She said she doesn't give receipt for impound cars. But I demand one. She wasn't happy about that. WHY WOULD NEEDING A RECEIPT FOR THE 300 Dollars cash I just handed you be an issue ?.... smells fishy

extremely rude and had to call 7 times for them to pick up the phone. the work they do is a scam. my car was literally parked on top of two others when i went and picked it up

My wife locked the keys in our truck this morning so I called my roadside assistance and they contacted Absolute Towing and Recovery and was quoted $120 for a lockout service and 30 minutes arrival time. I agreed even though it seemed pricey compared to other companies but didn't want to waste anymore time. When the roadside company approved it I was sent a text saying arrival was 45 minutes which was fine since it was only 15 minutes more, this was at 10 am, the driver didn't arrive until 11:15 am. So a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes, this wasn't a far out country call it was in the city limits. After the door was unlocked within a few minutes my wife had to pay $20 since our roadside membership only paid $100 so she gave the driver her card and they tacked on an additional $5 to run the card which put the icing on the cake. 30 minutes late and you couldn't waive your $5 card fee? Next time I will have my roadside call around. Won't be using this company again.

Our family vehicle broke down near Terre Haute just off I-70. Joshua from Absolute was amazing in towing our vehicle to a local mechanic. Super fast and friendly service. I highly recommend the Terre Haute community utilizes Absolute when in need of a tow with great service and friendly staff.

We hired Absolute Towing to move our camper that was damaged by a tree.The young man that moved it was very cautious and professional.He was very patient as the camper blew a tire on the move.I had to go to get a new tire and he helped me getting it changed.His name is Josh Reynolds and I thank him for doing a great job! I would HIGHLY recommend Absolute Towing when you are in need of their services.

Dave has gone out of his way to help my mom with lockouts and car trouble in need of towing when others would not. Highly recommend and will continue to do so. Great business and great people. We will continue to support their business as we have for years.

I hit a deer early this morning. My Nissan was pretty much totalled. The responding officer suggested this company, and I did what most people do i "assumed " I would be treated fairly. But, upon calling this company to see how much the tow would be....they told me 175 dollars. I was at a loss for words. The owner even went as far as to tell me he was about to give me a discount. But, after I told him that his price was a ripoff, he changed his mind. He never planned on giving me that "deal". I ended up paying 125 dollars for a 80 dollar tow. Yes, I did do some price research on who had better prices than this company. Their prices were the steepest beyond measure. I'd suggest any and everyone do their homework when it comes a tow company.

They got to us very quickly, everyone we delt with was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling through from Minnesota and broke down pulling a car trailer. They towed my truck to a mechanic and towed my trailer to a safe location while we waited over the weekend for the truck to get repaired. Very reasonable priced as well.

This place is extremely professional and quite inexpensive. I broke the steering column on my ford ranger, rendering it useless. These guys towed the vehicle for me, and checked out the transmission to tell me what the problem was. It was cold and rainy outside, so they definitely went above and beyond. This is the only service I will ever use now. I highly recommend them!!

We started on the wrong foot however, this is a new owner and he's an honest man. He quickly resolved our issue. We all appreciate an honest business person. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm not impressed with 1 driver. It's an honest business and I appreciate him being polite, and professional with us and keeping his word. Hopefully I don't have to need this service again but I would definitely use an honest business over another. No one ever wants to need a tow and recovery but if you happen to be in that unfortunate situation go for the honest business.

Don't recommend this place. When driver came to pick up wrecked car didn't act like he knew what he was doing. Went to look at car the next day back hatch was damaged , the whole window was smashed in. Seems chain came loose while going down the road on the flat bed with my vehicle on it. If it's repairable they're willing to pay for the damage done to my vehicle that was done towed. Was told if car was totaled they would pay nothing for the damage they did to the my car.first and last I will use them.

Truly care about people. The only tow service that claimed 24 hour service in the Terra Haute area to respond to a middle of the night call regarding my little sister who was stranded over 8 hours from home. They were willing to assist in any way possible at that time. Including getting her to a hotel.

We had a vehicle break down on a heavily trafficked street in the heat. Absolute Towing arrived timely and had us taken care of quickly and professionally. On top of it all the driver was familiar with the area and very friendly. Hope I never have another breakdown but if I do these guys are GREAT!

When we were broke down they were the only one who was able to come help us. Our driver (Josh) was amazing. He followed us to where we needed to go. He was helpful in what was wrong with the vehicle. Will definitely use them again I highly recommend them.
