I’ve been here a few times. I buy used parts for my semi truck. They’re nice people to work with. Very helpful locating what I need and, pulling it for me. I understand they ship parts too. I only wish I could get over this way more often.

If you're looking for a good place to buy used parts where you can actually see what your purchasing without any issues. I recommend this place... They got every truck part you can ask for and they're more than willing to help you get it instead of just leaving you out there on your own We were looking for a particular part for my truck and I got to ride around with one of their guys Till we found it

Called asked if had a tire told me come over! Ended up getting 2 other tire bad as well! Fast friendly service and helpful. Would definitely return if ever needed too.

! Dear fellow truckers, I wanted to send a quick warning about a recent experience I had with this shipper. Management at this place does not seem to care about the load once it's on your truck. I accepted a load of twenty Caterpillar motors, but when I scaled out at the pilot next door, I discovered that only sixteen motors were actually loaded. The paperwork stated that the load weighed forty-two thousand pounds, but my truck weighed in over eighty-two thousand pounds. When I returned to the shipper and informed them that three motors needed to be removed from the middle of the trailer, the owner's grandson refused to do so. He only agreed to remove one motor from the tail end of the trailer, even though I made it clear that this could result in me getting a ticket and being held responsible for any damages. To make matters worse, during the loading process, one of the motors was dropped and punctured a hole in the side of my trailer. This is something that should have been handled by management and not left for us drivers to deal with. As a trucker with 15 years of experience, I know how important it is to follow proper loading procedures and weight limits. And if a shipper is not willing to do their part, then we should not be responsible for their mistakes. So I urge you all to be cautious when accepting loads from this particular shipper. Good place to buy parts, they cant help much on the phone, but if you go there, they have lots of parts, make sure take a picture of the part you need or take the broken one so they could find the exact part. Prices are ok, not very cheap.

I came here think they will help me, I drove 850 miles to buy engines but all they did was ignore us.. they didn’t even bother and ask if we need help we waited for some to came and help us and no one came until I ask for someone to help us but the sale person didn’t answer any of are questions very disappointed how they treat people …

When you change your website, you really need to update the info on Google Maps. Fortunately, I'm a bit more savvy than many and was able to locate your new website. I updated Gpogle Maps and added hours for you.

Before going that place think about one or two times. because I want to find my truck parts but I couldn’t find right parts and they charged $35 for labor charge with out buying parts. Also the manager is worst behavior.

I called upwards of 20 businesses in my area to get one part. Should've just called these guys first. They had exactly what I needed and saved me a couple hundred dollars and several months of waiting. Nicest people ever too. I'll definitely be calling Russ again!

They do not deserve even one star!! We ordered two wheels from them and had it overnight shipped. When the products arrived it was not the right wheel and the other wheel looked like the package was opened and had rust in the center! The owner got a major attitude and was like why does it matter your just going to use it. The point is that we can go to Chrome Dome in Evansville and spend 12 dollars and get one that looks brand new to use! Do not waste your time with these people! They are 100% a joke

Told me on the phone I would not have to wait long on the part. If I had of know it was going to take this long I would not have came I have other business to handle!!!!I drove over a hour to get here and the parts guy was rude...been here over a hour for a ac core.he took my part and took it with him if I wanted to leave I can't he took my part.

Excellent place, very reasonable and friendly staff. I’m from Texas but I always stop there every chance I get. Mostly pull my own parts or one of their excellent guy’s Kriss always remove parts for me. I bought a complete take out Volvo D16 engine from them. Russ gave me a great deal on it and four years later still running strong, other than changed all six injectiors and cups once. I wish most of the savage yards in Texas will be half way like Russ Fisher. Definitely recommend it, check it out for yourself. One in a million place for the type of used parts service for me so far!

While having my trailer repaired, I stopped here for a bunk a/c wire harness I need. Staff will assist you with parts remival.

They had the what I wanted. There was two young men that were helpful. One even made a comment about hooking up the air so I could try the seat. But it seemed like his other work buddies gave him a dirty look. How ever I do prefer to give people the benefit of my opinion. Might very well been myself. I will try them again in the future. I guess I expect to fell like businesses should appreciate customers. I know I do.

First of all , They are nice people and they are not greedy like many places ! You tell them what’s going on and they cut you a deal ! Besides , if you get an appointment and go there , they will give you the service you need, but if you go there without an appointment , be ready to have your own tools to go to the yard and pull whatever you need yourself ! Again ! Take into account that they are not small local salvage yard for personal vehicles ! It’s a semi salvage yard , so it’s not small place to walk around ! I bought a complete engine” complete take out “ from them and they gave a me month warranty and they were honest about everything , Russ gave a me super good deal on that , I am satisfied 100% .

Gotta a great deal on this from Russ the boss himself. Talk all of the BS about these guys..Russ has a heart of Gold. Thanks bossman.

They usually always have what you need here but the wait is soooo ridiculous! We were here for an hour and a half just to get an alternator! My husband took ours off in like 20 minutes! This isn't the first occurrence either!

If you need a part for a late model Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner or even Volvo's, you will probably find it at Fisher's. Easy to find and parking at the Pilot nearby is somewhat convenient. I just picked up two 22.5 aluminum rims for $300. Saved lots over new and they are nice and shiny !!

Got there went to the front desk...was sent to office then instructed to go to the back to find whatever item I needed. It was extremely cold and after reading previous reviews, I expected the workers to be rude and unhelpful...that was not my experience. The workers I met from the ladies at the front desk, guys in the office and the fellows out in the yard... were helpful, friendly and willing to offer helpful suggestions. I needed a front bumper for my freightliner and immediately found a complete item in good condition. I just needed to attach it to my truck. I did not even care to haggle with the price!!!! I am very happy with the service and my find. I intend to be a repeat customer.

Have had to go there twice this week because the shop our truck is at called bill and harrys has had our truck for 6 days over a drive shaft they suck but russ fisher is awesome they have the parts we need to get our truck going so we can get our load and get home thank u russ fisher for having what we need the shop we have our truck at is horrible and ur the only bright side to our delima :)

I drove 100 miles to get some parts. Called first they said the has some in a shed I could look through and pick them out. Nope only had them on wrecked trucks and they were all rusted out. Needed a turbo to use for a core, I was there for an hour and a half looking thru containers by myself and looking on motors they said were bad and just for cores. I talked to 4 people trying to get help everyone just kept passing the buck. I finally left and told the lady at the counter I just couldn't see myself spending any money at there place...ever!! Oh and by the way the bosses were involved with this big fiasco also. Can't give any one a positive review at this place.

When you call about parts the same guy that always answers the phone seems to be in a hurry but he's never rude and I've bought parts here several times. Some employees that take parts off can be rude but most I've worked with are really nice. Now even if they are rude and even if they are bad as some people say that they are why would I care when I can go in there and buy over $1,200.00 worth of parts for $260.00

Doest matter if call or there they are very rude people. Most of employees don't have tools or the right tools so plan on being there longer than you would think and don't be surprised if an employee asks for the following: cigarettes, money or even where to find drugs. Yes drugs. They are one a few places to get used parts and they know this and use it to their advantage.

rude service and crazy prices called for a intake manifold elbow told me $100. new one is 110 from stoops. After I told the guy that he flipped out on me like wtffff. Never calling them again for anything.

Great place to find parts for later model trucks...simply awesome. ....but try to get someone to answer a phone in the first 20 rings or try to find hours they are actually open for walk in parts. ...seems as tho they mainly deal with bigger operations and forgot about the 1,2 or 3 truck operators that still work weekends
