I am Military stationed in California, but my son is attending ISU and his car broke down. We needed it towed to the dealership and Down and Out hopped on the job with no questions. My son couldn't be at his car for the pickup, but they were able to get it on the truck amd over to the dealership with no issues. They even checked the car into the service department for us, putting this Military dad's anxiety to rest!!

He also sent me a picture of my vehicle when he made it the repair shop to let me know he got my vehicle to the correct repair shop and that all is well with my vehicle. Thank you Mike.
I had the BEST experience with Mike at Down & Out. I used to own a Jeep Liberty so I have experience with a ton of towing services. Mike came and was so patient and friendly from the start which made me feel at ease about my car not starting. He figured out the problem, left, came back, and within 10 mins my car was HEALED! Now I can make it to my daughter's valentines day party at school on time AND he saved me a trip to the repair shop saving a diagnostic fee and other charges. With my insurance, his trip costs 7 bucks. When your car stops on you, you feel your day is going in the wrong direction but now I know it went exactly how it was supposed to. Nice to meet you Mike. My towing was set up through my insurance, so I don't know the cost. But I was informed throughout the process of when they would be here. Mike, the driver, was very friendly and super efficient. I highly recommend Down and Out Towing!

This is the first time I’ve had to use a wrecker service, Mike was very polite and professional. I was kept informed of when he would be picking up my car, and was there to pick up my car when he said he would. He took my car and checked in for me. I definitely will call Down and Out towing when I need a tow again.

I was left stranded by my roadside assistance for a couple of hours before I was told help wasn’t coming. Mike answered quickly, and was very up front about having other calls lined up ahead of me, but went above and beyond to fit me in between them so I wasn’t stranded in the cold the way my roadside assistance left me. He was fast, friendly, and very professional. Can’t thank this gentleman enough for his help. If you need a tow, call Down & Out Towing for excellent service.

I had a flat tire today and notified my roadside service through Indiana Farm Bureau. Down and Out Towing was the company assigned to change my tire. Mike called me within minutes to say he was on his way. He arrived in 15 minutes and had my tire changed in literally a few minutes. He was so very polite and respectful. I would recommend 100%.
I scheduled for my car to be picked up and taken to the shop, Mike was amazing he communicated when he would be there showed up in a timely manner and was very nice.
The driver was clearly competent and efficient at what he does. I also enjoyed talking to him during the drive from where he picked up my car to the repair shop. Having to be towed is not the greatest experience but this pickup was as good as it could be.
Mike was #1 ,he called,he came before time and he promised he would try to get there even before the time he promised, that is called the man that gets the job done. Im am more than satisfied, I elated ty Mike keep up the good work, and stay warm

Mike is the best! He was very careful with loading and hauling my car! He has hauled my 1959 Cadillac twice. It’s a very long car which makes it tricky to load. He always gets it where it needs to go on time and free from even a scratch!
After a deer hit my wife’s car, Mike rushed out for the tow. He was quick, friendly, and professional. He kept me updated and let me know when the vehicle was checked in at the collision center. 5 stars.
Down and Out Towing came to my rescue. I got up and tried to go to work but my truck wouldn’t start, fearing it was the starter. Once I got back home, I gave them a call and they arrived in about 35 minutes after initial contact due to being on another job. Mike is the best and provides the best customer service. Definitely need more providers like this!
The gentleman towing my truck was very professional and respectful. He came quickly, made everything work in an odd situation, and took extra care not to damage my truck that had the front wheel break off. He knew the tow truck well and did his job exceptionally well.
Had a philanthropic demolition event for my fraternity. The other supplier for a car backed out last minute and safe to say that Mike came through. Called him Monday afternoon, after scrambling trying to find a car for today. He supplied the car free of charge for the event knowing the money was going towards a good cause and gave everyone who came a great time. Would recommend 1000x over. Great company and good people.
