The man in the back Weighing The scrap up is rude extremely rude does not know what kind of scraps what he doesn't know the difference between white copper which is the best tubing and wire cause if he did he didn't write on my ticket number two copper tubing he either put number two as my wire but not my copper or put my number two as wire and not my tubes also he put my clean copper wire off to the side as aluminum I also had four aluminum rims and he didn't put them on there terrible rip me off at least at least $250 to $300 it's not acceptable you need to react to this and fire him is my recommendation because after further review I have found he has done this to a lot of people thank you The staff inside was very courteous and kind
I have dropped off household items such as an old gas grill, hose reels and other metal items. Very nice and helpful people. My plastic, glass, and paper I take to the county recycling center. I can't speak to what they pay bc I just donate anything I might make to Habitat or any other charity. It's a great way to get rid of some items without sending it to the landfill.
They are really friendly and helpful. I just feel under paid for 240lbs of scrap only brought in $12. That was a washer and dryer unit. I feel like I could have gotten more. So very sad face over this.
Terrible experience working with this company. They charged extra delivery fees at $200 a pop. Then they would come randomly to the house to check how full it was without any warning or courtesy call. Finally they just took the 3rd container before I was even finished with it. Cannot warn others enough not to use this company.
Staff was helpful. Scale and steel yard was very easy to get in and out of! The prices for extruded aluminum and electric motors were a little lower than I had expected, but overall, the experience was good and convenient. I will go back, since it is only a few miles away.
Why are they closed when there sign and online hours say open 8-11a.m. Saturday 3 times now I've wasted over 10$ in gas to get there only to find them closed when there supposed to be open go somewhere else there not reliable they suck and owe me money for wasted gas .
Will rip you off. Wont tell you what your getting until you get to the office, then claim it's breakage. When you try to get your metal back it's too late, already dumped into the bin. Got 2 bucks for 12 pounds of clean yellow brass. Rude as hell too.
I like that they are open on Saturday's 8-11 unlike sugar creek scrap but here it is Saturday 8:40 am and I'm sitting at front gates and locked no one around and no indication they are or was gonna be closed
