Tow truck driver, driving way to fast in a residential area then tailgating us so close that the headlights of the tow truck caused us to not be able to see.
If I could give zero stars, I would. When I called, they were immediately rude as they answered. Then, they proceeded to continue being rude when I asked questions about if they had my vehicle. When my husband showed up at 8am to pick up our broke down truck, there was nobody there. They finally showed up at 8:20am and proceeded be rude with him as well. We ended up calling Mike's towing to tow our truck away from Gill's because we refuse to give any more money to a business that is so unprofessional.
Not sure if it was Chucks or Gills but it's in the same place anyway They broke the tie rod on my car and said that someone must have hit it when there was no damage refused to say that they hooked it to the tie rod when putting it on the rollback and removed personal property out of my vehicle and I didn't get all of it back I tried to work out a deal that both of us live with instead got yelled at by the guys wife. Was not going to own up to their mistake
Driver cut in front of our vehicle almost casing an accident that would have killed my brother and I.
Driver was fallowing a older camro and they both cut across 3 lanes of traffic not paying attention to the right side of traffic coming from hw-63 coming into Terre Haute. Tried to call and talk to someone and can't even leave a message.
My Brother and would have lost our lives if we couldn't have stopped fast enough all because driver of tow truck wasn't paying attention.
They drive like they don’t care about the companies vehicles. Literally cut me off and cut across two lanes to make a turn, almost hitting me and running me off the freaking road. Then proceeded to flipped me off, as if they weren’t in The wrong. Drug test your freakin drivers ?
I was working with my insurance company to have my car towed from my work to a service center. I was assigned Gill's. The tow truck driver called to say he was on the way. He asked me what was going on with my car. I explained exactly what happened. He decided that not only was it his job to tow my car, but also to question my integrity about what I told him had happened to my car. Thanks. I am already going through a terrible time trying to manage my car not working, finding a rental car and coordinating between my insurance company and the service center. Maybe next time just tow the car and I wouldn't have to cancel the service due to a tow truck driver deciding to be an insurance inspector.
