had a blown out tire and destroyed 17.5" 8 lug rim on a utility trailer loaded with 20,000 pounds. happened early in the morning before day break and these guys had the right stock to get me rollin again

Blew a tire on I‑70 with no spare. I’m a paramedic — usually the one helping people on bad days, not the one stranded on the shoulder. Poor Boys showed up fast, handled my Prius with care (front wheels lifted right), and even backed it neatly under my carport like it was no big deal.
The driver was calm, kind, and just great company on a rough afternoon. If I ever need help again, I’m calling Poor Boys without hesitation. And if the day ever comes where he needs us, I truly hope we show up with the same speed, skill, and respect he showed me.
$150 flat. No damage. 5 stars without question.

Yes they were fast. Yes they were friendly. BUT! I got my car home and got it running and my steering felt funny. So I take a look and bam they wrapped the chain around my inner tie rod and bent it...so now more money to pay out..not acceptable..
So looks like i will the first bad review here but i did not get serviced by them. One of their workers was replacing a tire on a truck park next to me at the loves, and the guy decided it was an OK thing to do to lean the other guys tire up against my truck my tire more specifically. No it didn’t do any damage it’s more of the principal and respect of the thing he wasn’t working on my truck. I didn’t ask him to work on my truck. He does not need to be leaning up someone else’s tire against my truck so I hope this review gets to someone and maybe shows this guy that you can’t do this and this is not respectful I didn’t say anything to hom I didn’t want to. It’s not me, but if it were anyone else, it could go completely different. Someone could’ve got really pissed at him and done something bad because those people are out there. This happened on 8/30/23
Went above and beyond to help out. Not only did he drop off my car to the mechanic but drop me and my family off at the hotel and made sure we made it safely in. Thank you soo much!!
These guys were very good. We were in parking lot 3 hours away from home. They got us up and going on a Sunday! I would highly recommend them!! They were very friendly and helpful!

I have been trucking for 11 years, and this was the best road service ever.. the Mechanic came quickly, fixed a serious issue ( driveshaft and central bearing replacement), right on the shoulder of a service road!... Would highly recommend!
