Don’t bother with this bunch, they were fighting with each other, and did not help in my search for what I wanted to find. Go to Autozone or other to find customer service of any kind.
Great parts affordable prices horrible staff very rude and seemed like they was cracked out or something staring off into space ignoring customers then being very rude when asked a simple question because there standing around got interrupted and had to work which is what they are there for if I’m correct?
On the evening of 2/24/23, around 6:30pm, I went to the O'Reilly's on S hwy 41 in Terre Haute, IN. I had just experienced a dead battery and required a wrecker service to come and give me a jump, so I went over to O'Reillys and asked a young man working there, if he could check my battery voltage. He was very polite and courteous. He came and met me at the front of the store as soon as I enter the store and greeted me professionally. He came outside and tested my battery. He seemed knowledgeable and was so friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could have put a good word in for him to his supervisor.
Went in looking for new headlights. Picked out a set. The clerk suggested a different set as the set I picked, while more expensive, was a lower quality. He advised that the less expensive set was a better quality and brighter of the two. Never got the young man's name. Thank you.
In and out quickly and efficiently. I walked in and was instantly greeted and helped with no issues. The product I needed came in a variety of different prices and each was pointed out to me. Wonderful help and service.
