These folks rude for no reason got in a car accident called to get information on the vehicle spoke to one person they hung up before I could even confirm the information then spoke to the so called “Manager” Ms Bianca and she was even worse honestly very condescending with her tonality over the phone even yelled after I asked her to confirm the information she was giving to me after she gave me two different dates of when my lein holder retrieved the vehicle in their tow yard didn’t provide no empathy after I told her I was in an accident but so called her self being funny by saying my car was “repossessed” when I was in a whole accident that’s why my car is even in the tow yard in the first place .. and called me a little boy after I addressed her customer service skills please don’t do no business with these folks it’s bad enough if your car is in a TOW YARD you already going through enough as it is to get presented with that type of service when you don’t even know these people is just unacceptable at all ..

Lady working was helpful even though I didn't come totally prepared to release my car. wish there was a website with that information so that wouldn't have happened. drivers on site were wonderful.

My car was towed her at 3:00am. The first time I called during office hours and was put on hold. I waited 13 minutes, decided to hang up and call back. The number was no longer in service. When we finally spoke to someone, she stated you can access vehicle before 6. I arrived at 5:00pm. My car was new, I didn’t have license plate and they gave me hell about the registration. I’m explaining I bought my car out of state. The dealership handled it. I just forgot the paper work in the midst of a hectic day. (Had to wait 3 hours for a car at the airport). They had negative, accusing questions but nothing to help. They have the registration for the car talking as if I’m not standing there making it seem like it’s some random name. She says this says (redacted) I said that’s me! Hello. I offer to show my insurance and then she agrees to see that but now it’s 5:45 and it’s too dark so I have to come back regardless. Change the slogan. We talking through a window like I’m buying drugs. This isn’t Ferrari standards.

Terrible customer service. It takes for ever for someone to answer the phone. When someone does answer the phone they have an attitude and just rude.

Unprofessional staff with terrible attitudes I was put on hold 5x for over 30mins all female operators EVERYTIME!! when I finally a operator who wanted to help but didnt know how and he told me my car wasn’t there and it was.

Called 4 times to be placed on hold for up to 5 minutes each time when all I need to know is the fee to pick up the car . The lady over explained herself and in those same minutes she could’ve told me the cost but again placed me on hold ? Terrible customer service

They don’t treat people like a human being. They keep you waiting for hours to frustrate you and to leave your car with them. They make it difficult for you to pay and pick up your car.

BEWARE---they will tell you your vehicle is totalled, they will roll your windows down to further ruin vehicle they will STEAL ITEMS and when you threaten to make police report your stolen item will magically appear this place is crooked and should be ashamed

They tow your car with no warning, this second time they took my car off the street, they car don’t be in the way of traffic. They just want free money. This last time car wasn’t there 12 hours. Business must be slow

Customer service SUCKED Drink machine outside that don't work and I was told it's a family dollar down the street

My car was stolen and sent here and this place gave my car back to the people who stole it. They even admitted that they didn’t have any paper to prove that the car was theres just an ID. The woman who answers the phone is the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. Stay far away from this place!

Lady at front desk was rude and unprofessional. My vehicle was was broken into and the back door handle was broken

Trying to get a tow set up for a customer and when I call they hang up. I have called 10 times in the last 20 minutes. They answer and immediately hang up the phone. Or they let it ring 2 times and reject the call. This is not good business for customers or the insurance company.

atlanta police called them, had no choice but to use their wrecker service after an accident $125 for the two and $15 for initial storage but they will tack on charges for no reason (hold a week, add over a hundred dollars for "paperwork") get your car out of here as fast as possible or dont use them if you can help it.

I called them and waited 3 days and they kept saying they were coming, finally I just canceled. I guess they had more important tows, either you're about making money or not. It was the morning guy and he was so nonchalant about it as if he could care less.

Customer service is great didnt take long too get my car out and the environment is up to part

We have bought a couple vehicles from them at auction. All has been good.

Food is great ... the prices are much higher I can no longer feed my family.... under 20.00 there ....

Love the A to Z store for kids and I haven’t been all the way thru yet but hopefully after this pandemic let’s up n we can be around ppl without The fear of getting sick or dying we can accomplish that and I’ll update you then!!

I Love this place, they are taking civid seriously, all orders taking at the feont door, no entry.

The food was very tasty and flavorful. Just the right portion size.

Great food, been here twice no complaints at all. Great wings and Beef with broccoli (very tender not tough like other places), my go to when I come to this side of town

Love the food but friendliness is basically not there.

It's a very busy area. If being in an impoverish area area didn't bother you, then you can find nice food in the area. Let me be honest, you don't know what to expect. You may have no encounters with crime and violence or on any given day you could see it or even be a victim of some sort. Like I said, on average you'll be cool just stay alert at all times.

My favorite Mall growing up still love to go there they always have the latest Urban fashion you nice loud suits if you like those kind of suits but it's not the safest place to shop

My sister was diagnosed with cancer. After chemo, her hair began falling out. Val cut mine off, in my sisters honor. I LOVE IT!! Val knows her stuff!!! Thanks girl.
