I have used Renew Towing multiple times. This time it was to transport a Pickup Truck over to my mechanic's shop across town. D was professional to deal with and his level of service and follow-up was awesome. As usual, the driver that showed up was efficient and represented the Renew Towing brand well. My vehicle was inoperable, and in a tricky location and the professional from Renew Towing was able to load it, secure it, and get it to the shop.
The service was also less expensive than the other firms I called before I learned about Renew. Definitely, will do business with this company again. Highly Recommended.

I put in an early morning call to Renew Towing due to what I thought was just a flat tire. When Renew Towing arrived they proceeded to put my vehicle on the truck and noticed that my rim was bent. Due to their expertise I was able to finally fix the problem instead of constantly putting a band- aide on it. Thank you again for your expertise.
We had the pleasure of using Renew Towing. My son’s car had a mechanical issue in which Renew gave a battery charge and followed him to the mechanic shop. Days later the car stopped working and we needed tow service. Being that we had a pleasant experience with Renew we called back to have the car towed home. Dee is a stand-up guy. My wife goes for cancer treatment in Decatur. Our car died and couldn't be jump started. We left the key for Dee and got a cab to the airport to pick up a rental so we could get home to South Carolina. Dee called us and told us he'd fixed the problem with his charge box and our car was running again. He waited around for half an hour or so until we could turn round and get back. Dee went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful for his kindness. It turned an upsetting situation into a good experience. Thanks.
I had my car towed by Renew towing and it was a job well done. Dee was very professional assisting me with towing my car and helping me find a shop to have my car towed to as well. He kept in touch with me before he came to pickup my car and checked on me the next day to make sure I was happy with my service. I give Dee and Renew 5 stars.
Three words I can say about this Towing Company, Fast, Excellent, and reasonable! Who knew I’d be stuck in a parking lot after my tire fell off of my SUV while driving!! but when I googled and found Renew towing I was very thankful!
