I reached out to AJW for a tire replacement and they did not disappoint, I not only was serviced in a timely manner but I was treated with great customer service and commitment to finishing the job. What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail that was shown during my servicing. I was made aware of certain issues or future concerns for certain parts of my vehicle which helped me ensuring my vehicles safety. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was up to par. It’s rare to find roadside care this trustworthy, Efficient, and skilled. I definitely recommend anyone in need of a last minute bind, or full reliance!

Had difficulties getting my car off his tow truck and ended up messing up my bumper (which was going to occur either way because of how my electric shocks had lowered due to the car not being in use).
the rear end of my car was left hanging in the street. He was impatient and tried to suggest that because of the slight incline of my driveway he couldn't place the car in it. After trying and failing he placed it on the road...not against the curb but at an angle.
Over the weekend my car broke down with myself and 2 of 3 of my children with one them being my newborn AJW we’re fast with their service after my vehicle broke down and cost efficient I will use them in the near future.
AWESOME customer service, professional, and honest. My car over heated and I was stranded on Gresham road for hours waiting for my insurance company roadside assistance to find a provider. Every provider canceled the service. I Googled tow services and called 8 other companies before calling AJW and AJW was the only company who actually answered the phone. He was able to provide a quote, estimated time, and even called while in route to provide another estimated time of arrival. I will save this number and only use this service!!

Omar was great. My husband call another towing company and they had over an hour wait time. He then call AJW, and they were there in 20 minutes. I was by myself on a dark road at 7:00pm, very dark. Omar came and changed my tire in about 10 minutes.

While visiting from out of town, we had car trouble and needed fuel delivery. AJW was so efficient and professional. They made a very stressful situation seamless and got us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

When I say, fast, friendly and efficient…yes I am talking about Ismail at AJW!! This man solved so many problems for me even though I only called him for a battery jump. He recognized other concerns and gave me suggestions, referrals and solutions before they could become a problem. That “free” advice is priceless!!
But anyway, I contacted AJW at 6:30 and told him it was no rush since I did not need to leave until much later in the morning (I was thinking about 9am.) He came at 7:30am and was done by 7:45. He even stayed a little longer to be sure all of the problems were resolved.
When I have used other services, I have had to wait literally for hours, I think 4 hours was the worst one. Need again!! I will call AJW and just get a receipt and get reimbursed next time from my insurance company. He was better and faster!
