Those driver need learn how drive. One driver haul two car decide to turn in middle off Rd almost causing accidents and also decide to stop on middle Rd. What great driver represent this company.

Very polite staff. Staff not accurate when telling you how much is expected to be paid upon retrieving your vehicle. If price sounds to good to be true, it's because it is. Make sure you ask for an itemized breakdown of services and voila fees appear and are 2x more than what was told. Some of my friend things were missing from vehicle and trash was added to back of the truck.

I had a wonderful experience in a trying time, my Tesla lost charge and by Grace towing not only got to be in a timely manner also stay with me when he could have left. So Grace is an excellent name for this company. Because they show me much grace and help me out in a trying time.

By Grace Towing has been a true blessing to me early this morning. They were the only towing company that responded to me out of several I tried this morning in my time of need. I really didn't want to spend the day getting my car situation handle and thank God I did not have to because they were able to help me in a timely manner and also the guy who helped me, Nino, was exceptional. Nino greeted me and was kind from start to finish. He was very informative and helpful with getting me to the nearest tire shop to help with my issue. Thank you all for your service and I will be definitely sending referrals your way as well if I need your help in the future, Grace towing will be the first I call. I truly feel the service I received was top notch and saved me alot of time instead of being towed to dealership. Tow truck driver was very knowledgeable and fixed issue quickly and had me back on the road. 0 stars. Get your boy in training. Causing traffic on top of traffic. 8 cars held up from both sides. He laughed when we asked him to let us go before he towed the car. Awful employee.

typical 45 minute wait time, but i didn’t mind as they were the only company in the area to pick up the phone. personable driver, even offered opinion & advice on possible issue with car as i only had my father (who’s usually wrong about the possible cause of car issues lmao) as a reference; all in all, simple and easy experience.

Definitely recommend! I have a contract with them to tow unauthorized cars in my private business location! Once I make the call they come right over! Reliable company. You won’t be unhappy. Business owners, managers of anyone who have a HOA they will impound unwanted cars in a timely manner.

Got locked out of my car while shopping and I panicked and called by grace as recommended by a friend. The service was extremely excellent. The driver came within the expected ETA. The service was for a Tractor Trailer the driver was was extremely nice and professional he even offer me to ride along with him while by truck was being towed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

When I say it’s all in the name . It’s all in the name . This company is by far the best in the business. From the professionalism of the dispatch to the drivers . I came in contact with them when no one picked up my vehicle, they came in and knocked it out . Since then I’ve had 5 additional vehicles transported from the Georgia area to Alabama using them . When some say it’s undeliverable, by grace towing says it is. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in this business for a long haul . I can’t thank you all enough for your help .

20 hours with my big box truck broke down. 17 hours searching and waiting for a "24 hour" tow company that's equipped to tow a UPS/Fedex box truck on a holiday and finally got a hold of Grace Towing. They came and got the job done. The guy was very knowledgeable with strapping down the truck and putting safety first. Even with the difficulties of getting the truck on the bed, the effort and affordability is greatly appreciated. *Only gave 4 stars because of not being available 24 hours as advertised. **I normally don't leave a review but this was a very stressful situation and it was beyond difficult to find an AFFORDABLE tow truck willing to take the job.

IT’S ALL IN THE NAME. My van cut off on me waiting on a red light as I had just exited the interstate. Through the Grace of God Victor just by chance ended up see me and stopping. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I contacted my insurance, they simply input By Grace information and created an invoice. He was able to hook my van up and tow it to my house. I am very pleased with the service and the level of customer service which was provided. I will be advising all my family and friends to contact them from now on and definitely will be reusing their service if anything should happen to any of my 3 vehicles.

Everyone at "By Grace Towing" are very professional. Victor, the driver who came to tow my bus, is awesome. He is very professional and know his work very well. To be able to get their service was a blessing in disguise. I won't hesitate to contact them again if I need help.

This company (if I can even call it that!) is the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM! I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. I used them to have my car towed over a week ago. I scheduled the tow for 12pm to ensure that someone was at my home to receive the car once it was towed. Instead of calling me to inform me that the tow driver (Brandon) is running late, I had to call them around 12pm to ask what was the status on my tow at which time I was informed that he was still in Covington performing another tow! What is the point of scheduling a tow if you are going to come whenever you feel like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????!!!!! Needless to say, no one was at my house at the time when the car finally arrived at my house. I asked the tow driver to place my car on the right hand side of my driveway near the tree and leave my key under the door mat at my front door. Instead of doing as I requested, he leaves the car in the middle of my driveway and took my key with him!!!! I had to call all weekend long to try and retrieve my key and requested AGAIN for him to leave it under the mat in FRONT OF MY DOORSTEP and he did whatever he wanted to do and left it in my car where I had to search for it! Not mention when I FINALLY got someone of the phone to inquire about my key, the lady answers the phone and say "HELLO" as if I am calling her personal cell. So unprofessional! This can't be a real business! I wasn't even provided a receipt after my tow after I cash app'd someone named Victor Garner.

They were very quick an cheap. Everything is going up but "Trust me!!!" When I say they ARE the cheapest one company wanted $290 for a 10 mile tow😮😮I just hung up on them. An by the grace of God I found Grace towing an went with them. They was my last call an if I ever need them again, Trust me they will be my first call an only call.

I need anyone that is looking for a professional and positive towing company to hire to tow your car go with By Grace Towing. AMAZING will be the best word for these two women that helped me Donna and Lashunta. I was looking for a trustworthy company to tow my car from one location to another and in the end I got a great deal and accommodations that I wasnt even expecting. They picked it up at a timely manner and really did a GREAT job handling my car and everything else along with it. They even offered to store my car at their location at a great rate and I couldn't pass up the deal because it was so GOOD! I literally had no issues. My personal experience was great and I am happy that I was able to have the pleasure of doing business with this company.

After a different towing company didn't bother to let us know they wouldn't show up after promising us they'd show up (i asked and received confirmation), we decided to call someone else after 3 hours. It had turned dark at that point and all stores were closed. I was getting scared. When we called By Grace Towing through a third party, they immediately confirmed that they would come within 30 minutes. A few minutes later, the driver himself called us to let us know he'd be there in 20 minutes, and they actually showed up EXACTLY at the time they promised. Our driver Kenny was on time, and very friendly and courteous, while staying professional. He drove safely as well. He made sure we felt comfortable with him, and asked for confirmation that we had a ride home from our local Goodyear (the third party I mentioned) where our car was to be dropped off. I was very pleased with their service, and have nothing negative to mention at all. We actually had pleasant conversations during the ride.

My sons father ran off the road on Lithonia industrial and needed to pull his car from a ditch and take it to a reliable location till fixed. I found By Grace and called at 4am who answered promptly and spoke with Mr. V who assured me a driver would be on the way. D (driver) was present immediately and was very helpful in the stressful situation. Both Mr. V and D were very helpful in this trying time. Not only was the tow service wonder but they even reviewed my sons fathers car and was willing to help with repairs! EXCELLENT wonderful service! Will use again if needed. Highly recommended!

I had to have my car towed yesterday morning. The dispatcher told me that they would be to me within 30 minutes and the driver arrived in less than 15 mins. In addition, they have a very friendly and professional staff (Dispatcher & Driver) Awesome Company!

I've used there services on 2 occasions and when I say they go above and beyond in service to there customers. Victor and Chris were the two gentlemen that came to my rescue on 2 different occasions but both services we're exceptional. Very friendly, perfessional and courteous would definitely patronize this company again and would highly recommend them as will.

My experience was EXTREMELY WONDERFUL with this company. I was traveling from South Carolina to Alabama to see my son and family and my car broke down in Lithonia GA. We called this company they stayed over their normal business hours to help me and then when we could not get the part that we needed until the next day the ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL employee offered to take me home all the way to Beauregard Alabama. The owner and all parties involved were EXTREMELY nice and very helpful to me. They made sure I was safe and they made sure I understood exactly what we were paying for with the car and I feel like everything was done with integrity and honesty. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to everyone that needs help with their vehicle.
