I met these people while they were towing another vehicle. I asked for their card when I called them they did remember me and they did an awesome job. The guys name was Robert. He was such a gentleman. He went above and beyond pumped up the tires on my car treated her like the classic that she is and my gratitude goes out to him. This guy is a keeper if you need your car truck towed go with them fair prices great service 5 stars
Excellent service! I thought I was in for a 3+ hour ordeal, but the next thing I know the tow truck arrived. The driver was a gentleman and a scholar. I was stuck on I-285 at night, but Tows-R-Us came to the rescue. Very fair price for the distance I was towed.
WARNING: If you need a RECEIPT to submit to the insurance company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid for the tow and NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS. I also called and spoke to the referral company, STATEWIDE TOWING, regarding this company’s bad business practices. Usually, when a business doesn’t provide PROOF OF PURCHASES, more than likely a business owner has fraudulent tendencies. I will never use this company again nor do I recommend their services!
I drive a lot ! I lost my key 🔑 and needed a tow to the Honda Stone-crest dealership . I 📱 called 7 companies before 1 picked up . Thank the Lord ! 🌥️ I found Tows R Us !! They were kind , excellent customer service, got to me as fast as they could in Atlanta rush hour traffic & got my car to the dealership 15 min b4 closing & I was able to get a new car 🚗 key 🔑 made! It's not a bad restaurant, just being from Louisiana, my cooking is hard to beat and I am critical of anything calling themselves or mentioning "Cajun "
After another local company REAVES TOWING screwed me over. I went to the next option which should had been my first! TRU said they would be running late but actually showed up quicker than the hour they gave me. And they were honest about the time beforehand. Their process to hand my keys and tow my vehicle was so simple as you would want towing. So for that I saved them in my phone. Definitely the best in LITHONIA!

We lost one of our trailer ramps somewhere along 95 in the middle of the night and had no way to load our vehicles from auction on our trailer. We called Tows Are Us to help us put the vehicles on our trailer and they were there in less than 20 minutes. Super friendly and professional!

So I Got Them To Tow My Car Sean Was Suppose To call me Back with a price before towing my car away he called me a hour later with my car already being transported, with a price which I didn't appreciate because I felt I was being Got for my money since my car was a far distance from the destination. I Will not be using this service anymore because it is a scamming Tow company that only cares about money and not the customers and their needs. 1Star is being Too Nice
