I bought a rebuilt battery and when it was put in the forklift it did not run after it was inspected by Murray and paid for him the inspection. He said all the lift needed was a battery but then it ended up needing over $2000 in work. Battery Systems then kept my old battery and charged me $400 to take back the rebuilt battery. Very poor customer service and did not stand behind their service at all. Will not do business with them again and would recommend anyone who does not to expect them to stand behind their services.
