Needed to call about inspections, didn't realize until I looked in the reviews that this place was no longer a state inspector. Would've been helpful if they had their voicemail tell you they weren't considering thats all you'll get from them.
This location is noted and named for salvage title inspections however upon arrival I was told they no longer offer the service. No biggie. However, I called prior too numerous times getting voice-mail when I arrived there was no traffic, someone on their phone just chilling. Information for this business severally needs to be updated. 30 mins of my life wasted, as if I have time to spare makes me so irritated
The state advised to come here for inspection. They never answer their phone, I get here to do an inspection or at least speak to someone, the lady said they are closed. They don’t do inspection anymore. They have 4 cars in the bay waiting to be inspected. She is very rude and does not have any knowledge on how to communicate. The state still has this place as an active inspection station this is ridiculous!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The owner of this business was very rude. I have been a dealer for 25 years and never had such a hard time with someone l am trying to give business to. She is not knowledgeable at all in this field! She is super paranoid about nothing! Kept giving me the run around about the damage repaired on the vehicle and had not even looked at it!
Avoid this place. The lady is so rude & disrespectful. I have a rebuilt title which means I don't need pictures of the damage it's already fixed but the lady was so stubborn she says she needed to see the picture before it was fixed. Impossible I don't think she knows what she's doing
Avoid this place for salvage title inspections, this lady is paranoid/incompetent. She lifted the rubber around my headliner and said if she inspects the car she will fail it, because according to her the upholstery is lifting at the edge of the new headliner I installed.
There are no cracks and the edge is covered by a rubber, she expected me to remove the new headliner I just installed and take it back to the dealer to say the edge is lifting.
Literally incompetent at running an inspections shop. Failed me for the first inspection (which was bs and cost $100), didn’t show up for the first reinspection, and then refused to do a second reinspection. Don’t waste your time.
Was 2hrs late for my appointment.. gambled and still showed up.. Nice lady still handle my inspection although it was almost time to go home... Thank you
The lady that owns this place will definitely treat you like a second class citizen, make this your last option for your vehicle inspection. No respect for her customers but there are only a few inspection sites in the area so you kinda need her. Be patient if you have to go to her. She is not lenient at alk she is looking for a chance to fail you.
This is the absolute worst place you can go for an inspection. If you go here, she will find a way to fail you. Her poor assistant was hired to help communicate with the customers since she hardly speaks english, and even he is trying to convince her to pass vehicles because she just turns them all down. This is a scam; take the extra time and drive to another county to get what you need to get done.
I went to this place today with a one o clock appointment, before I arrived I was already told what to bring... I was missing 2 photos so they allowed me time to get them... she inspected my car for about 15-25 mins and I passed.. I came with way more information than needed but the male was very helpful.. thank you... tips: no cracked windshield, get an alignment, make sure your lights, and horn works.. good tires, no exhaust leaks, a a1 body and you should be fine! Good luck and thanks again for passing my Dodge Charger...
The lady didn't say much but got the job done. When I needed a part she helped me find it and gave good advice for getting it installed. Then she didn't charge me again for the reinspection even tho legally she could have. I was happy.
Very easy to make an appointment and sometime takes walk up appointments. Fair and explains what changes need to be made to pass unlike some inspectors who find" new " problems" on reinspections!
very good in making things hard and complicated! No one answer the phone when you call and when you go there you will find a woman asks if you called to make appointment! how you will make appointment when no one answers the phone! this business looks like a cover for something illegal, because I went their twice and there was no one and still they didn't do the inspection or anyone was there for inspection or kind of activity indicates this is a body shop or inspection station!
When I first called the lady inspector on phone to clarify an issue she sounded cold however when I got to her place to make the inquiry in person she was welcoming. During the inspection period she acted professionally, took her time to do what was expected of her by the state, made me see reasons why my rear trunk wasn’t good enough for the state of Georgia recommended, asked me to have it fixed which I did and I got a pass from her for my car.
I believe the state needs more people like her on this kind of Job for safer cars on the road.

Firstly, the only reason Sukhinder has 2 stars is because she reviewed herself 5 stars and I’m sure all the Indian folks on here are her friends and family trying to boost her ratings.
I wish I had steered clear of this woman. When I went there, there was an older gentleman who sells rebuilt cars. He told me that he avoids her whenever possible because she will fail you for cosmetic stuff. God did I believe it when she took my $100 and failed me for the headliner. Firstly, I had a rebuilt title from Florida as it was rebuilt there and passed the Florida inspection. The car had a side hit and all that needed replacing were the 2 left doors which was done and the car was sprayed beautifully. The airbag did not deploy. I still had the headliner changed out for a brand new one, as the old one was dirty. This woman failed the headliner because it had a small tear and WRINKLE on the driver’s side when she pulled down the door rubber. I told her it was a small tear from where they had to bend it to get it thru the door and in the car. It’s pretty much cardboard!!! It had no impact on the safety of the car. However she tried to tell me some BS about airbag which I could hardly understand as her accent is so thick. What I did get was that she wanted me to not repair the tear which was maybe 1/2 inch long, but she wanted the whole headliner replaced! She told me when I come back she will charge $40 or $50 more for reinspection.
Well lady you’re out of your mind and severely out of order!! I would rather give another inspector $100 than give you another penny!
I took the car to McDonald’s Collision in Jonesboro and they passed it no problem. The head inspector said he doesn’t see any problem with the headliner and it’s clearly where they bent it to put it in the car and not due to any airbag deployment. The guys down there are awesome! They do get seriously busy tho. I didn’t get thru the first time. Make sure u get there a good hour early and stand in line. They say Wednesday is their slowest day. Don’t waste your time and money on this con artist. I will be reporting her.
She will look for any little thing to cheat you out a $100 bucks very sad. I failed her pass at the one in McDonald's Collision Repair in Jonesboro. Get their 30 minutes before open to ensure your spot. Don’t waste your time with this lady, she will fail u until you broke.
Excellent Inspector Service, they communicate properly and deliver efficient service. They take their due diligence on every vehicle and make sure everything is up to par. Will recommend!
Beautiful experience the lady work very professional She did not pass my car first time because she make me realize there was a little bit work need to be done Which I completely understand this is her job when I fix the problem I bring it back she check and pass did not charge me anything extra even the time she did not pass my car she was very polite and ethical !

All those inspectors doing their job nothing personal we should not feel bad if the car does not pass at first attempt this is for our safety !
Received horrible customer service from Sukhninder. While I sat there and waited for my inspection (over an hour and I was 1 of 2 people there), I noticed that she did not provide answers to direct questions when asked. She was also quite rude to people on the phone and those who stopped in to ask what is needed for an inspection. It seemed like she would turn customers away at random (on the phone and in person) and allowed others to stay for an inspection. I would not recommend getting an inspection from her. Do yourself a favor and get your inspection elsewhere! I recommend McDonald's Collision Repair.
worst place to go for a rebuilt title inspection.
she tried to fail me in July 2018 , for a parts the car did not come with from the factory. (2008 nissan rogue front bumper absorber)
THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO EVER GO FOR ANY INSPECTION!!!!!...... after waiting for a hour ...... i finally got seen .....I went there for a motorcycle Inspection 2007 Suzuki GXSR600 put over $1000 in repairs on this bike.... anybody that rides knows that’s almost the price of another bike.... got the bike in almost perfect condition SHE FAILED ME because I was missing ONE CLIP-ON that attaches to the inner part of the fairing... TOOK MY MONEY WITH NO CONSIDERATION..... (((((((((NEVER GO THERE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE))))))))..... you’ll lose your money within minutes
She was strict, but out of necessity. Some inspectors easily lose their license. If your windshield is cracked get it replaced before. If the auto is salvage, have pictures before repairs.
DO NOT COME HERE FOR A SALVAGE INSPECTION. She just wants your money. Failed me for a small chip on my windshield that wasn’t even noticeable. Told me to come back the following day and wasn’t going to charge me for the inspection. I called her and reminded her that I was coming in. ( I had gotten the crack fix by Safelite) . She told me she didn’t remember and hung up. I called her about 3-4 after. Never picked up. Gave up and went somewhere else..Avoid her. Do not do business with her! I recommend going McDonald’s collision repair. Passed without any problems.
IF you're thinking about going to this place for a vehicle inspection. STAY AWAY!!! Find yourself a better place. The lady is rude, the place is dirty. She literally failed the inspection acting like a certified mechanic. This the easiest 100$ I've seen somebody make, might have as well pull a gun on me.
