Fast and easy. 2nd time coming here. Workers are feiendly and helpful. First time I took a downspout and some pots and pans inside and they weighed it. Got $15. This time I took an old shed which filled up my jeep. They had me drive onto the weight and I still got 15$. Seems like you get more if you take stuff inside to be weighted instead for just sriving ontothe outside weight block. I'm just saying, #igotissues. What about you? 🦋
They gave me a fraudulent check.i took it to several locations even the bank on the check.they wasted my time and basically took my metal and my money. I am beyond pissed off😡
They will try to get over on you. You have to watch what you weigh. They will try to get over beware of your payout make sure you get what you are supposed to get. Again Beware of this company.
I was under the impression that I would get a great deal in fair price on my recycling of a water heater. One piece on it alone I could have resold if removed for over $20. It weighed over 100 lb. I only got $9.50 for the whole thing and it was so pissed about it!! Never go there, ever, it is a JIP a jive and not even worth the trip!!!
Went there today for the first time, the experience was first rate, especially considering the environment of a scrap yard. They gave a decent rate and even came out to help separate the metals pointing out that some engine parts would bring more $$$. Excellent service!!!
I will let you be the judge i had a big garbage bag full of copper wire about 3 full rolls still on the spool with other miscellaneous wires I work in construction so they were all top notch not the thickest ones but still a lot of copper. And two 25 foot steel light poles and those other steel poles all classifies as mixed steel scrap . The total for wires was about 80 or 90 and about the same for the two 25 foot 5 inch thick steel poles look at the picture of how big they are standing well two of those they were literally hanging out of the big 20 foot U-Haul as well as the other poles and the total amount for everything was 180.00 give or take. Barely enough to pay for the truck I’m no expert this was my first time and I can’t help but feel like I was taken advantage of. Maybe I’m wrong I’ll let you be the judge I won’t slander anyone but these are the facts. If I’m wrong or expected too much maybe then tell

Response: A picture is worth a thousand words. It is what it is I never spoke bad about you or anything just about my experience. I put a great deal of time into this imagine how hard it was for me to load all that stuff into a truck alone and then the time collecting and saving it and the time money and gas spent on a U-Haul to make not even 200 bucks I don’t think I even made back what I spent lol. What is there to discuss if you did everything you were supposed to then you have nothing to worry about. Everyone can see and make a decision for themselves neither you or I should affect someone else’s opinion. I just want people to know how much steel they can bring and what they can expect in exchange. Also what will be classified as mixed scrap i know i wish I had a better review of the process but I sure do appreciate your time and consideration I appreciate you i wanted to upload the rest of the pictures so i did I left out twenty a

I was referred by a fellow scrapper and so grateful for him taking the time to do so. I had been using a company on Old Covington Hwy. in Rockdale County. I felt the other company was ripping me off due to my lack of knowledge and come to find out " they were," Their employee at the register was making the best out of many of us without our knowledge!
Fulton Metals Recycling in Lithonia has been so wonderful to me! They guide me through what are the best was to get more for my recycling items, no matter the variations, they take the time! There facility is well ran, organized and time user friendly. I highly recommend their services.
The employees all have a great attitude, which means a lot to me. It's a rarity these days with customer based services.
I am physically challenged which is not obvious to the seeing eye but yet when I drive up with a load and they see me trying to unload alone an employee pops out of nowhere and proceeds to assist. I call this respect & gratitude for their customers. I won't do business with anyone else ever. I have visited their site approx 4 times and the service remains the same.

Rip off. You hey accept laptops and I told em it still works and he just slams it on the floor. Only $5 and didn’t have a chance to back from it.
Yea I would’ve changed my mind if you guy’s would’ve let me know how much it would be instead of just throwing it on the ground then weighing it seperately and not saying how LOW you buy laptops for then yea I would’ve gladly taken it back but since you guys pretty much messed it up. Didn’t bother. Thank you for not doing any service right. The Russian dude or whatever wasn’t helpful.
Great location! First time scrapping in my life and Luis (I hope I spelled his name right) helped my wife and I get the most money for our equipment. At first we were going to scrap all of our gear until he showed us that they separately weight different items because they’re valued differently. He showed us that if we would’ve scrapped everything all in one we would’ve missed out on a few hundred more dollars in return! A huge thank you to him again! I definitely recommend this place for everyone and they give an extra 2cents per pound compared to other locations around this area!
Before being weighed I told the attendant I had a “couple hundred pounds” of aluminum, an expression meaning “I have a lot”. I estimate I had 300-400 lbs, minimum.
What are the odds my car weighed EXACTLY 3600 before, 3400 after, giving me 200 lbs (“a couple”) in aluminum on the dot?
I asked to see his records on the computer of my exact weight before and after and the gross/tare (manually imputed, I’m sure) was all he could show me. He knew that I knew that he ripped me off, but what could I do?
