This Company is a Fraud! They towed my car and stole my belongings. I've never dealt with a company that does not allow you to retrieve your own property. I had mine and my children's social security and birth certificates stolen. I had just gotten back from the passport office, which is why they were locked and secured in my car before they came and spontaneously towed it. Upon getting to the tow site, they had bagged what they said were all my belongings and brought them to me. Only to find missing items!! I have called and tried to report it, and no one knows anything or will help!! Not only were my documents stolen, but there were other things missing as well, but clearly this is a huge matter!!! Once I find out who is responsible, I will be pressing charges for fraud and identity theft!!!! Worse experience!!!

These people went through the items in my car and took what they wanted. The owner watched the cameras and STILL chose to lie and cover for his employee. This is disgraceful and you all should be ashamed of yourself. I will be taking legal action. You all are hired to do a job , and stealing peoples belongings isn’t it.

They took my money and gas gas that was in my car smh

Mr.Richard the owner was very nice and allowed me to get my stuff on a Saturday when they weren’t open. He didn’t have to do that and I appreciate his help tons. This is a good business.

After pickup my battery was tampered with ,, I thought I needed to replace the battery found out the wires was cut and a few attachments loosen , my mechanic fixed it and told me to be careful, because that could of cause an accident

These people STEAL!!! Literally stole my AirPods out of my vehicle and I confirmed with more than one of their employees that they saw them in there and described exactly how they looked! I hope this company goes bankrupt soon because they’re thieves!!!! Disgusting!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. From the call center to the front door to the guy pulling my vehicle out the lot. All my belonging were in bags with labels. My daughter car seat was wrapped in plastic and nothing was missing from my car my money was in the car and other expensive items. They just do their job. In my case I am thankful I got my pick up back it was a simple fix. Thank you guys for your service. Stay safe !

They towed my camper with obvious signs that my cat may be inside. Never bothered to call the bank to call and ask about a pet, then swore there was no cat inside, when there was. There were many things that were in my camper that were not in the bins that they said they got out of my camper.

Speedy recovery are crooks made me sign before i seen my repo items witch is illegal had to report my dewalt tools that got stolen by them i told them i was missing a lot more things they didn’t even want to show me the pictures because they know they were wrong so i called to make a police report and for the officers to check the cameras terrible business worst name to have because i hey take they’re sweet time for everything. Do better and stop taking civilians important things that they work hard for that’s dirty business DO BETTER OR SHUT IT DOWN

They are just doing their job.. All items were recovered upon retrieving my vehicle. Contrary to the reviews, the workers were very well mannered.

Speedy is such a redundant word to use in their name. They only do appointments to pick up but they don’t have a appointment to repo your vehicle. Plus their customer service is none existent, they have no empathy for people.

I’ve dealt with many wrecker/towing companies in my life and the employees are usually prettt mean. But I have to give credit to this guy name Robert at this company. The nicest and most helpful man I’ve ever dealt with. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help in my situation. I just want to say thank you sir.

Starting with 3 stars. Their operating hours aren’t for people who work 9-5 jobs. They aren’t open on the weekends. The lot is a 40 minute commute. With all of the complaints about STOLEN items, I’m concerned, yet prepared to file criminal charges, subpoena surveillance, whatever is necessary, as I know exactly what’s in my car. And well connected to the police department. I will update, just hoping the thieves aren’t on the clock when it’s time to retrieve items.

I have to say that I spoke to the sweetest lady Thursday. I was having a hard day and she just lifted my spirits so much. She was able to help me get my personal belongings out of my vehicle. Cathy at the Lithonia location was so nice and helpful really made my day so much better. Thanks for all y'all's hard work. Everyone was so nice.

Customer service was horrible. Waited almost 40 mins for a “scheduled” appt when I was the first and only customer there at opening. Once they finally decided to pull my car around I noticed trash was thrown all over my floors but they claimed to “clean out” my vehicle by putting everything else in a garbage bag in my trunk. 2 days later on 3/16, I called the office back to let them know I was missing important documents I know for a fact I left in my car, instead the help decided to get an attitude, tell me she was going to lunch, and hung up mid convo.

Great people the The guy named rob and Isabell was very professional and quick about getting my companies car released. I work for a bank so we had a car repoed and they were professional about everything

They came to pick up one of my cars and my other truck actually had a dead battery. The gentleman so so professional and polite he jumped my truck off in 5 min. He was my saving grace this morning. I truly couldn’t thank him enough.

Got my car back one day after getting it towed. Just to notice that someone has been through my car looking for things (not sure why) but the inside of my car was a mess and all my loose change is gone. Poor service. Guess they didn't think I was coming back to get my car.. very unsatisfied

This company damaged the front end of my vehicle. Refuse to take responsibility for negligence. It’s obvious that the damage done was at the fault of the driver. I would only give Mr. Alex 5 Stars because of his professionalism and Chris I guess the owner or whatever he is knows that this damage was done on them. And stated that he is not accepting any remarks from a 3rd party meaning the company that picked up my vehicle knew that this was tow truck damage. But their cameras run 24/7 in their trucks hmm. I don’t believe this at all. But I do know that this is not acceptable.

This place wouldn’t let me get my own belongings out of the car so they already had everything bagged up in black trash back before I got there. They then asked me to sign a paper saying all my items were giving back to me but they were not. I asked for certain items as I knew they were in the car and they claim it was all in trash bags that they had just threw everywhere. I specifically asked for the air pump that I knew was in my trunk as well as some money I had in a another compartment of my car. Well the money was stolen and the air pump was never returned. I had a ashtray in the car that they decided to just throw in the trash bag with clothes so of course my clothes is damaged. They ripped off my phone holder off the vent resulting to my expensive phone holder being broke. Also there was a new license plate cover in my trunk that has never been used, of course they threw that in the trash bag among other heavy items now that is broke. I wouldn’t say this place is professional as they do not care about people items. I could have gotten my own things out my car and left them with a clean car instead I gotten my items stolen and damaged because of their unprofessional manner.

This business is completely unprofessional, uncaring, and refused to release a car in a timely manner for a family member of mine. Chris, the manager, has made every effort to make this situation as untenable as possible and believes that denying access to a paid and released vehicle with daily medications in it is the right course of action.....even after stating that it is a 3 minute process. I will be reporting a complaint on them to the BBB and every state insurance company in the state. Stay away!

***UPDATE*** After going through my things, I was missing 3 60mL of vape juice. Keep you posted on the outcome! AWSOME service! I was running late so I called and was told it would be no problem. Got there and the guy was super nice and professional. And the other guy that went to get my stuff was fast, friendly and helpful. Haven't went through my things yet but they look very taken care of.

They only serve one person (party) at a time and the facility is room tighter than a sheriff Dept personal defects area. Recovering defects does not give the person the chance to actually see the vehicle again just to get items that have been bagged and tagged. They have barbed wire around the facility from the main building throughout the facility. In simplistic terms a mini secured facility for repossessed vehicles. Most persons served were done on a first come first appointment basis.

The most Unprofessional rudest people I've ever had to deal with. When they brought my car to the front the guy gets out opens my trunk, I ask did you find a wallet he tells me ya I think there was one picks it up and as I'm walking over to him to get it he throws it back into my trunk. Then I get in my car Crank it up to only find that my emergency brake light was on when it WS actually off, my ABS light was on, my traction control light was on as well as tire pressure light and mantince required light was on too. As I'm looking down I see my gear shifter broken to where it was turned completely 360. When I called the company the lady in the office said to write everything down that was wrong with my car and have the guy sign it well I asked two different people to sign my paper they both refused to do so. So I asked them to give me a copy on how my car was towed to their property and they refused to give me anything. Then Friday Aug.24 they tell my mom that the general manager called and spoke with me at a certain time during the day well she let them keep talking and then stopped the guy and told him she found that hard to believe because I'm a teacher and I can't just stop and answer my phone while teaching class.. the guy on the phone didn't say anything else except well have a manager call you back Monday so far nothing from them. I had the most worst experience with this company.

Office staff was nice the lady at the front window was really helpful. They do steal from people. I had couple things missing ask for them by their names because i knew what i had inside the vehicle and they were given back to me but the guy that empty out the vehicles makes pretty good tips on a daily basis STEALING from the people's cars that are impound there. Smh. I was offered to file a complaint for $8 that were not return to me not even worth my time. I know $8 is not a lot but still THEFT... What a miserable owner they have. Some people are already going thru hard times and to top it off they steal from them.

Friendly staff and very helpful. They were willing to work with me on recovering the items from my car past the 30 day mark. I gave it 4 stars because when i went to retrieve the items from my vehicle, they had done it for me. I wanted to do it myself. So i don't know if anything is missing yet. Will repost again soon...
