Very friendly, great communication. They were honest and affordable. I will definitely recommend them. I needed a tow and they picked up my car and were able to fix the issue themselves and had me back on the road the same day.

Called because I was on side of road, within mins Curtis showed up and was very caring and professional. I will be using only those company from now on. He was very knowledgeable and even helped me find a mechanic to repair my jeep. we waited for AAA for almost 24hr. Then call Clarks Roadside Service & Towing and they came with in 45minutes. on a sunday and was very nice and took care of us like we were family. I would tell anyone that if you ever need to be towed they are the ones to call.

Battery was dead; called AAA and Clark's technician, Dustin, was in my driveway not too long after I got off the phone ! Dustin was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.......I never got such GREAT service !!?

Clarks service was great! My driver showed up earlier than expected, and helped me get my truck situated to tow and he was very kind and pleasant. I will call again to get get this quality of service that Clarks Roadside Service offers.

Had an excellent experience with Clark's towing today. My car died on the way to the service center and wouldn't start back up ? Called up Clark's, they told us about a 45 minute wait but showed up in half the time. Curtis helped us out and he was super quick and very friendly for the whole process. After filling my tank at a local gas station, and getting my recept from inside, I returned to my car and found it wouldn't start. It was totally dead. I wasn't even able to shift into neutral to push it away from the tanks. I had called several people but so far hadn't gotten a response. A very nice young man came over and asked to help me. He jump started it and I was good to go in minutes. He wouldn't accept anything for his help but gave me his card. He was so nice, so helpful, and I'm so grateful that Clark's has such great people working for them. I will keep his card with me. My apologies. I had never done a review and intended a 5 star review. Hopefully I've corrected this. Thanks again.

I called these guys because they had great reviews on Google and I can definitely see why! A guy named Curtis came out within 20 minutes of us originally calling, even giving us a heads up with an ETA. He was super fast and tested everything. Told us what our options were and within minutes our car was running again! I will definitely be using them in the future! They're fast, genuine, and it was just an overall great experience!

??Short summary: Use Clark’s Roadside and Towing. They are quick, polite, and reliable. Long summary: My Honda 2020 CRV (which drove fine Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), decided that she wanted to NOT crank up on Monday… the day that I had to drive my mom to a doctor’s appt and had several meetings at work. I also had loaded the cargo of my car with garbage that I was going to drop off on the way to the doctor’s appointment. ?Fun fact: the cargo of a Honda CRV will not open if the car won’t start even though the doors will. This left me with a car that wouldn’t budge AND was filled with garbage that was cooking in the hot Florida’s sun. Calling around to other places for a tow/jump had me so mad I wanted to punch out the windows of my CRV. Clark’s Roadside saved my sanity. They came by QUICKLY, gave me a jump, and were extremely polite even thought my face probably looked like I wanted to punch concrete. ⭐️⭐️Curtis was extremely polite and kind even though I was extremely frustrated.⭐️⭐️. I would use them again.

My car had been sitting for a year, and I decided to switch out the battery (which had of course died) instead of having it jumped partly because the old battery was already at least 5 years old, and partly because I read that sitting so long can damage a battery and make it unreliable. I've had the displeasure of fighting with unreliable cars before, and would rather avoid that possibility. I called Clark's and their technician Brian came out to the Forest and had a new battery (with a 3-year warranty) installed within the hour! He was very polite and understanding. The price was very reasonable for this sort of thing. 10/10 If I need anything else of this nature, I'm calling Clark's first!

Kyle came to my home and plugged my tire. I was trying to get to hospital to see spouse. He reassured me the tire would not be a problem. Friendly and quick. Hats off to Kyle. He lowered my stress level.

Today I got stuck on the side of the road and was stranded. Even though they were at a family event he came in a timely manner and was reasonable w his price. They were extremely kind and did not hesitate. I would recommend them all day long

Called Clarks roadside service for a tow the following day . The price was fair for a flatbed . They were here on time and tow truck driver Curtis provided great customer service and kept me updated with calls and texts and know how to tow my car . Would recommend everyone to use Clarks Roadside service for their towing needs.

Curtis with Clark’s roadside service, came out on a Sunday to tow our race car home from the racetrack after a wreck that left it unable to be brought home in our enclosed trailer. Fast response time and curious service,

I called 5 other places based on reviews and NONE of them answered. Not only did Clark’s answer on the first ring, but they helped talk me down from my panic and Jimbo (was off that day but very close to my area) stopped by and helped fix my wheel well, checked under my car and tired pressure before making sure I was ok to drive (both my car & emotionally). This was my first incident and if I’m ever in the area again and having trouble, I’m calling this place!

Reasonably priced and professional. Great overall experience other than having to get a wrecker in the first place. Curt kept me informed on his ETA and ensured me that my truck would be home by 320 and he was actually early. Definitely use them again!

Clark's was sent to me through AAA's mobile battery replacement service. I believe Curtis was the name of my technician. He was GREAT; tested both my batteries to confirm they were really dead, had the new ones ready to go and installed in like 10 minutes at my own house. What a time saver! Friendly, efficient, and great service.

On New Year’s Day I caught a small nail, causing my tire to deflate rapidly.
