Go anywhere else before using this grimy company. They have held my truck hostage for 3 days because of another vehicle at their lot. They wanted both paid prior to releasing just the truck. The truck was going to be paid for and then picked up by insurance. I confirmed the law with the cops, and my insurance. I told them what the law was, and so did my insurance. The law is clear (713.78), they had zero legal grounds to hold my truck and delay our business further. I warned both the owner and manager of the business my week was worth minimum 25k, and that I was the wrong guy to try and take advantage of. There’s no telling how many people they have screwed in a similar way, but were unable to do anything about it. To the business owners, I hope you enjoy this small claims experience. To everyone else reading this, I’ll update this when they cut me the check.
Revis Towing Company was amazing! They were efficient, professional and helped us out tremendously. This company is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend to anyone that needs this type of help. Sean was the best; he was patient and helpful with resolving our issue. Great company and staff!
Very rude customer service called to get a quote and she didn't even give me the chance to finish speaking and just answered no we don't do light duty today dont have the truck without even knowing if I wanted it today or another day.
Having to call for a tow of our tractor while in Ocala FL. ,being at the mercy of others is no fun at all!! It was a hot day and we needed a tow to mechanics and motel ,we have our small dog. Our small dog was unable to ride in the tow truck per driver's rule or company rule im not quite sure ,our dog had to ride in our tractor while being towed!!! Driver of tow truck #126 said " no dogs in my truck " my dog is a 11year old 10 pound small dog!! Lap dog!! It's hot!! Windows had to be
rolled up because I was afraid my boy might try and jump out!! How cruel ,I mean we were only going 15 minutes up the turnpike, two exits . Do better REVIS. Anyone who thinks of their pets as family, I'd look elsewhere for a tow.UPDATE the driver of tow truck #126 ended up saying "the dog could come along , maybe his boss wouldn't be able to smell him" wow but at this point I'm not taking my dog anywhere he's not wanted, the driver of #126 put the blame on his "boss" oh and upon getting in his towtruck I was reaching for the seat belt, he said a seat belt wasn't necessary! I BUCKLED UP ANYWAY!! This guy had a major chip on his shoulder from start,no professionalism at all.
He pulled into the Loves on the wrong side.
He then proceeded to back up and almost hits my car. Ignoring me honking and backing up. Then when he stopped he flipped me off.
VERY RUDE! I should have let him hit me and get a new car. There were witnesses.
We had a very positive experience yesterday. There was a delay in dispatch but that was on our insurance company. The driver David was very knowledgeable and diligent in ensuring our vehicle (RV) was hooked up and towed correctly. Thank you!
Best tow company around. Our jobs are never easy tows, and Revis is always super fast to arrive and performs everyone with perfection. Would highly recommend.
I just took a friend out here because her car was parked there she got hit by a drunk driver so anyway I took her to get her things so grateful that they have places like this that store our vehicles during times like this. Thanks so much for take caring care of my friend's car
Very rude customer service. They overcharge me without the agreement. I left my trailer park overnight in their parking lot and they charge me for two days. They say day in and day out and it’s ridiculous.
If I could rate a company with negative stars it would be this one. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude!! We called for service and they stated they would help us out the next morning. When asked if they worked with our roadside service provider they stated no and then said he had just booked up all his drivers and wouldn’t help! They were completely unprofessional and very rude and once they knew there was a roadside service company involved he realized he couldn’t overcharge us. Do yourself a favor and don’t contact this company, call someone else!
Rude and expensive dont care about there customers.i had to use the rest room while i was there do to a medical problem showed my medical card and was told he could call me an ambulance i had to go straight home to clean myself. :(
A friend's vehicle was being stored there after an accident. They were very accommodating to allow access to the vehicle with proper documentation to obtain personal items.
The worst experience I've ever had with any towing service. Unprofessional, Rude, over price, did the work without approval, very disrespectful to us the customer. I wouldn't recommend calling this company. If you require assistance or towing, call on another company.
Revis was Terrific, on Time, did Everything just Perfect, very Respectful and Proffesional, I Highly Recommend them and will call them again if Ever Needed Again.
The person I talked to was so mean to me. I was calling because my dad was in an accident and his vehicle was there. I have never gone through anything like this and I felt like I was an inconvenience. When I asked questions as to why he was mean, he became defensive and just a miserable experience. Teresa, however, was amazing. We called a few days later when my dad was more coherent and she was amazing.
We had a break down they came very quick in the middle of the night and were very profesional amd knew what they were doing and got us to a safe spot . The price was very good thanks
Had a truck go down in ocala and we were at a loss for fixes.revis towing towed us to orlando kenworth and show up within an hour of us calling them at 4 am. Thank you guys for saving the day and storing our trailer while we got fixed. They will be our go to from now on in the area.thanks!!
Josh was great. We didn't have to wait long at all for him to come and pick up our truck. It was already a stressful day and they just made it so easy to deal with.

I met the owner Steve and his wife Beth for business the other day but they been there since the early 80s hey second and I think third generation business.
They are a towing and recovery service so depending if you have someone parked in your parking lot that you don’t know who it is they take care of that and I’m not sure how recovery works but that’s part of their business I think that’s if you have financed somebody vehicle and they’re not paying their bills They’ll go recovery for you.
Steve and Beth are very much involved in the community and I would highly recommend them for any of their services
Very honestly people. You don’t get that these days. Fair on the price did not over charge on tows like most company’s. Drivers are GREAT!! Tow trucks clean and comfortable. This is my A plus towing company won’t go to anyone else. Thanks guys you are the BEST!!!
