I went in for a battery, I brought the old one in for a match, Albert was able to help me and find it for right away. He found one to match with higher cracking amps and at a good price. The staff at check out were great. Everyone was friendly, professional and quick.

Ther got what i need

I love Advance Auto Parts, but this experience was wrong. I purchased an ignition coil and a spark plug from this store today. I returned half and hour later having found that only the spark plug was bad in the car. So, I went to the same associate, receipt and part in bag and requested a refund for the untouched coil. The associate said she could not accept the coil as it was an electrical part and it's against the company policy. I corrected her by stating the policy does not allow refunds for used electrical parts, this one hasn't even been touched by me. She then took it, examined it and issued a refund. We then asked for 3 more plugs like the one before. She stated she only had one. I asked to see it and noticed it was different than the one she previously sold to me. So I went to the car and pulled out the new one to show her. She acknowledged it was incorrect, but since I had installed it she would not take it back. We purchased 4 new NGKs and left...I called another store and gave them the scenario, they said they would refund me and apologized for the incorrect part... be careful with this store.

Five star for the Marion Oaks team! I was struggling to find a part for my car, but Miguel went above and beyond to help me out. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Definitely my go-to spot in Marion Oaks now!

The guys that installed my battery for me today were very pleasant and professional. It was nice to actually have customer service in a business, especially a local one.

Today I went in with an almost exploding battery and Eduardo was very kind and took care of it promptly. I will be coming back because he delivered EXCELENT customer service.

They have most anything you need or can get it for you quickly. Employee's are courteous and helpful especially Miguel who is an expert mechanic and advises on getting the right part and helpful suo. Worth the trip to get things done and save money on costly mechanics

The gentleman at the counter took very good care of me he gave me exactly what I asked for. And thankfully they had the windshield wipers I was looking for. I went to O'Reilly's and they wanted $40 a piece for my windshield wipers. Here I only paid $26 and some change for both. I'm definitely going to recommend this place for Auto Parts because first and foremost the customer service is excellent here and they have the part you need. And if they don't they will order them for you and let you know when they will be getting in. Thank you so much for your kindness and great service and of course great parts for my car. I'm definitely going to be back

Got the parts you need at a reasonable price

I came into this store because it was close to where I was going, a different store had shorted me on a filter on an online order, they straightened it all out for me and gave me the filter no questions asked. Nice people
