Carters Towing came through for me in a pinch. I was stranded on the side of the road and made the right call by choosing them. I have a pretty rare car that needs special care when loading it due to clearances. Carters did a phenomenal job and responded quickly and towed me the 100+ miles home.

Highly Recommend, especially for women who need patience and professionalism. I would tell my daughter to.use Carters towing. On time, NO WAITING, very patient while I gathered my belongings out of the car. The driver was professional. He helped me to decide what part of the key I should send. He knew how to put my car in gear when it was not started. Overall a vert smooth and fast process. I have confidence that my vehicle will be delivered to where it is going without damage. I had requested AAA to tow my Corvette and after waiting 7 hours and not getting any service I was referred to Carters by the repair shop. I scheduled an early morning tow a few days later and Tim showed up exactly on time and did a great job of towing my car with no damage. I highly recommend this company.

Tyler was great. I was informed he was on his way. I have roadside assistance and Carter Towing was chosen by my insurance. He arrived much earlier than I had been told which was great. He was courteous, informative and listened to my directions even though his GPS said something different. Good experience.

I can not say it loud enough IF YOU NEED A TOW CALL CARTERS!!!! They are beyond amazing. I have an ongoing working relationship with them for my fleet at work. I have never had an issue, they are fast, trustworthy, and their prices wont break the bank. Tell em Linda with Affordable Lock sent you! Tim is amazing!!! I called in my towing request and they were here much quicker than I expected - 30 mins. Tim was courteous and knowledgeable. He knew exactly where my car needed to be taken. He was careful when he was pulling onto the truck. If you need towing help, these are the folks you should use!!! Thank you Tim and Carters!!!

Tim had great customer service! Even though the roadside assistance company got the address wrong he called and realized we were right around the corner and he arrived with a great smile and a firm handshake. He worked quickly to get the car to the mechanic. Carter's towing is A1 in my book.

Carter's came to my sister's rescue when Ace's Towing screwed up. She had scheduled through GEICO to have Ace's Towing come out. She didn't know about their terrible reviews. She gets a phone call from Ace's at 6:00 a.m. stating that their truck broke down. She had to call GEICO back and schedule someone else. In the meantime, GEICO said that Ace's Towing stated that they came out and couldn't find her. BS. She was there with the vehicle the whole time. Apparently this is Ace's scam that they pull because they still get paid by GEICO. GEICO put the information back in the system and Carter's came out immediately, very early in the morning on a week day. They were professional, polite, went the extra mile to take care of her precious vehicle that none of us in the family are allowed to drive (LOL). For my sister not to go into full blown panic mode of her vehicle being towed says a lot. They made her feel comfortable. Tyler put her mind at ease and followed up with a nice message to her that everything arrived at the repair shop safe and sound. I don't know if this is a family owned business or not, but regardless they certainly treat you like you are their top number one customer. Thanks Carter's.

We were headed back home with 7 hours left, had already towed the car to a hotel, and Tim came to pick it up and drop it off at a shop, he made the miserable experience not as miserable, chatted with us, was so nice. Also we went a longer distance than the first time we got it towed and it was way less. Definitely recommend carters towing to anyone in the area in need of it. Genuine people.

Had my 18 cts towed due to a flat and was utterly impressed. The car is lowered and each time I've been towed in the past its been scrapped hard while loading. Matthew's process of loading and unloading was stellar. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

When I say today was a HORRIBLE Monday, I mean waking up and everything wrong is happening and as I’m sitting at a light, my engine blows, kind of Monday. After hysterically crying for over an hour I began making calls. Tim came to our rescue immediately. If I wasn’t broke because of everything happening, I would’ve tipped $50 to him today. Tim, THANK YOU! My day still sucks but you made it brighter and for that, we’re grateful!

DEF 5 STARS TIM WAS GREAT. I requested towing services at 11:58 and Tim gave me a call at 12:01 to let me know he was 15 minutes away from where I was. He got the car up on the lift in under 10 minutes and is on the way to the shop to drop it off. GREAT PRICING! Thank you for a quick and easy way to get my car towed Tim! Will use again!

Had my car towed do to a car accident Tim texted me to let me know he was on his way ,And also called to make sure He had the correct Mobile home park where my vehicle was at. Thank you very much. The driver demonstrated true professionalism and a level of care that went far beyond my expectations. After towing my vehicle, I was unsure of the next turn-off. The driver, without any prompt or request from me, followed me to the next exit and waited to make sure I was safely on my way. This act of kindness and genuine concern for my safety was so appreciated. It's rare to find such dedicated service, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Superior service! We are from out of the area and had been broken down in our motorhome for about 16 hours and Carter’s came to the rescue! Adam was so kind and knowledgeable and had us to our destination (repair shop) in no time. He even let us load up our dog in the cab of the tow truck and we had nice conversation the entire ride. He was a very calm and kind presence in a stressful time.

Tim was awesome to talk to. He went straight into assisting my car, and getting to my mechanic shop very efficient. Didn’t cause me any issues or concerns at all. From someone in the military, I wanna say thank you so much in my time of need. :)

Austin was very knowledgeable on why my car wasn’t working, he dissect the issue by asking me follow up questions and unfortunately my car still have to be towed but when it was towed, he went above and beyond to make sure my car was still OK and I was going to get the acceptable service. I appreciate his kindness and dedication to his job. He also was very punctual and has great communication letting me know his ETA. I will be happy to use Carter’s towing again in the future.

Friendly helpful folks. I had a bad wreck, and my car was overturned and totaled. They were helpful in getting my belongings out at the tow yard before it was sent to the scrapyard. Very cooperative. Thanks

Matt came out to my residence and getting our Jeep stuck in the front yard. He professionally addressed and odd situated and promptly and safely pulled the Jeep out with no damage to property. Highly recommended! They were dispatched off a State Farm ERS claim.

After my car broke down on my way home from work at 5pm and waiting for AAA for over 3 hours and still had not expected time of arrival. I was able to get my car insurance to get my tow assigned a tow company and Carters was the on to respond. Tim was there in an hour when the ETA was going to be almost 2 and ahalf. He was great and very helpful. I would recommend him and this company if you need help.

I broke down with my family at Hard rock off road park. They came out very fast and was able to take my family of 3 back home (over 60miles away). When I got home I realized that I have left a pair of glasses in the tow truck. I called and they offered to shop it to me at no cost ! I wish I could give them more than 5 starts for there service ! I can not thank Matt enough for his help! Communication was amazing! I had reached out to Statefarm because I ran over a screw on I 75. They sent out someone to change my tire & the guy they sent was not able to to get my tire off. I reached out again to Statefarm giving up to get it towed to a local tire shop. Carters towing / Matt was to me within the hour & offered to try and change it as well. Within 5 mins he had my spare on & even followed me to the next exits' gas station to make sure I got the air I needed. I was an hour and a half away from home & with my 1 year old. I feel very fortunate Matt got my cars flat changed & wish they would have been my 1st call. Thank you for your kindness & professional manner !
