When our 19 year old daughter broke down on I75 nearly 80 miles from her apartment at school, Mark's towing was an absolute lifesaver. Barbie was incredibly kind and compassionate and we felt like she truly cared about her situation. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure her car was handled carefully and arrived safely at its destination, keeping us updated at every step. As parents who were far away during an emergency, they turned a very stressful situation into one we could manage. We are so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, care and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

For the best,courteous, considerate, and very timely towing company in the Ocala/Belleview area THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!. They arrived in less than the time they said and was cheaper than any company I called. My car is a hooptie but they treated it like a Rolls Royce lol. Their number is locked in on my phone for any future issues. Thank you guys so much.

Nothing worse than when your pride and joy breaks down and needs to be towed for repair. Mark's came highly recommended and when Shawn and his friend came out they took extra care to load it. Stacked boards to make sure the chin spoiler wouldn't work and even sent a photo after that it reached it's destination. Really good people, prompt friendly service, and reasonable rates.

Cody was amazing!!! He called me immediately after he received the service call. He told me he would be there in 20 minutes or less and he definitely was!! I got stuck in a ditch in which I saw no way out of it after struggling to get out for over an hour. Called Mark’s towing and roadside and they assured me they could help. Everyone was super nice., I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Mark’s towing was amazing. They’re driver Jacob was in contact with me from the beginning to the end. He was careful with my 1989 Dodge Dakota. He was very polite and respectful.

My 02 Ford Excursion broke and they were very professional on the phone and the their driver Cody very kind, professional, and quick. Great people to deal with. I have used them 3 times and they are only ones I call when I have a vehicle in need of being towed.

Updated Review: Today I requested a tow for a stranded car at home. The office set me up and sent a driver. Before my driver Cody arrived, he politely called to verify some information. He gave me a great tip to speed up the process on loading my Mercedes by finding a tow pin. Something I didn’t even think to look for by his was very knowledgeable and it saved us some time. Cody arrived and was extremely polite and professional. Took the utmost care to get everything right and confirmed the location and price I was quoted over the phone. Drivers like Cody make me feel great about recommending Marks Towing to anyone needing some help.

They were faster, more affordable, and even gave me a break just because I was having a rough day. Honestly, I think it’s because they’re just good, everyday people who care. Codey, the driver, showed up quickly, followed my instructions to the letter, and even pulled the car right into my driveway. That’s service. If I ever need a tow again — or if anyone in Marion County asks — I’m sending them straight to Mark’s. Can’t forget that name… it’s mine too. Big thanks to Codey and the whole crew. My 16 year old son was at a truck show in Ocala and blew his motor up in his truck. I called a company we use at my place of employment in Gainesville and was quoted an outrageous price to bring the truck to our home in Lake City. I searched towing companies in Ocala and Marks came up. Shawn and Ms. Barbara were great, gave me a very fair price and kept me updated on bringing the truck back home to Lake City over 80 miles away. I can't Thank them enough. Very friendly top notch company.

We had to get our truck towed out of a business before we lost ownership, and they were able to get it done with next-day delivery. The price was fair—around $150—which isn’t bad considering the damage to the truck and the distance they had to go. The driver was patient and professional, even waiting over 40 minutes for us to finally get possession of the vehicle. The only downside was how the truck was unloaded—it ended up a bit buried in the ground, which made me nervous and frustrated. Overall, though, they did a good job and were quick and reasonably priced. I’d just recommend keeping an eye out if your vehicle already has some damage when they unload it.

My initial experience with Marks Towing was bad. Damage was done to my vehicle and was attempted to be covered up and kept the owner from finding out. Once I was able to make contact with the owner Don, he promptly made good on the damages and was very very apologetic for his driver's incompetency. Thank you Don!!!

I have used this company several times with wonderful results... until today Called at 3:50 pm and was told 50 minute wait. Called again at 5:45 and was told driver would be there any minute. Called at 6:45 and was told driver canceled the call because i wasn't at my truck despite me sitting in the bed the entire time. Was told dtiver had pictures which was impossible since no tow truck had so much as driven by. Was then told a new driver was 40 minutes out. At 8:30 i called and was told eta was an hour and a half. If this is the kind of service you are after, give them a call. Maybe you will have my earlier experience

Mark’s towing and roadside services went way above my expectations. They responded and provided service very quickly, we are from Jacksonville, Florida and broke down in Ocala Florida, which is about 100+ miles from Marion County. It was four of us and the truck had accommodations for us to ride back together and the price was amazing. We want to give a big thank you to Jason the tow truck operator for making it a comfortable and pleasant trip back for that hour and a half ride, very professional, very courteous and definitely entertaining. I highly recommend using this company and would if I ever needed them again!!

Bought a truck in Ocala that died on side of the road minutes after perching it. Had to have it towed to st pete. Most companies wouldn’t do it.. Mark’s Towing did for a very reasonable price. Great communication and service..

I had a nightmare with my AAA coming to rescue me. So the next day I called Mark's towing because a close friend recommended them. The lady who spoke with me over the phone was outstanding! She took care of everything over the phone. Then the young man who delivered my broken car to my house was excellent and courteous! He even took the time to put my car where I needed it in my driveway. I am VERY HAPPY I Listened to my friend who recommended this company to help me! I will not call any other towing company again. I'm going to be a Mark's towing customer for life!

I called multiple wrecker services, two said they were coming. Only to find out they were not coming from me calling them back! I call Marks Towing, spoke with JP, he got here with in twenty minutes, and two bottles of water and got us on our way. I highly recommend this Marks Towing service, for road side assistance. It was 94 degrees out and we sat her for 4 hours until we called Marks Towing!!! Great job, JP!!!
