Going Above and Beyond. I had the pleasure of getting my car towed and brought back to my home from Spencer I believe. It was the PTSD Truck. I was stuck on I75 going south to Tampa from 10pm, it was a whole situation where I had to spend the night on the shoulder in the freezing cold. From the grace of God, AAA finally got their shit together and called someone. They didn't tell him that many details and he still chose to come get me. He went from north Ocala to south Ocala in 11 minutes, he tried to get to me as quickly as possible, so I didn't have to wait in a dangerous place any longer. He was very professional and kind even while there were really shitty drivers trying to run him over. Going beyond was grabbing me a snack and some coffee because he knew the situation. All I can say is thank you so much, there needs to be more people in the world like him.

Matt was to my car in about 30 minutes after my 9 year old accidentally drove it forward out of a parking spot and off the 3' retaining wall i was facing. He got it out of the ditch practically unscathed and helped me check it over for damage. Super helpful, calm, and explained everything to me!

I just had C& M move a big JLG scissor lift for me. What a great experience Shane came out knew exactly what to do and wasted no time doing it. I've had this lift moved a few times over the years and I can honestly tell you this man knew exactly what he was doing. He was very nice very professional very efficient and great price. Trust me if you're looking for somebody to tow your vehicle or whatever vehicle move from point A to point B, try them you will not regret it. Matt with C&M Towing was Awesome. He came without hesitation late at night to rescue me and tow my car 68 miles to my home, I was stranded in the middle of nowhere and he was in route to me in minutes after my call for help. I know he wasn't back to his home base before 3am. He treated me with respect and kindness. He was very polite and I felt at ease the minute I met him. I would highly recommend Matt and C&M towing!!!

My truck limped into a shop with a stuck caliper and needed to go to the warranty shop. At that time C and M happened to bring a vehicle in and gladly flat bedded my truck to the next location without any scheduled appointment! When my safe movers canceled last minute C&M was very accommodating even brought a pallet jack to assist. Turbo was a great driver and help us load the safe and secured it perfectly. He even went above and beyond and gave us an extra set of eyes to get the safe through all three doors that it had to go through. If they took care of something this complicated as well as they did imagine how well they would take care of a car. I will definitely use them anytime I need my vehicles towed 10/10 recommend them to anyone

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called for a tow and they wait until they arrive to tell you that you have a separate charge and they wanted $14 of which I had $12 of in cash. When I told him over $2 he will not help. The best part is I was told I was only allowed 7 mile tow. It was 5.4 miles and here is the pic to prove it.

Amazing service I had a tow truck on site within 30 minutes of making my phone call. The man who towed my car was super nice and professional the kind of guy you would trust to take your daughter on a date. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it so I'd know exactly what was going on. Also was the most cautious driver with the car hooked up. Best tow company in the City of Ocala/Marion County area. Very reasonable towing rates especially considering my tow was after hours and the price was still very fair. They will always be my first call whenever I need a call. Do yourself a favor and program them into your phone under tow truck now before you need one.

Seriously could not recommend a better crew! Spaz was amazing help getting my car to the dealership (due to shifter stuck). He made the process painless and easy! Customer service was absolutely amazing (which is even more rare these days). Thank you so much for all your help and amazing service!

I am just so happy that I found this towing company! My granddaughter and I had a blow out in my truck and we were stuck on 75. I called them and we were almost an hour from them and they said it probably would be at least 2 hours as they were busy. They calmed me down, told me to be sure we stayed in the truck and were pulled over as far as we could go. So we sat and waited. About 45 minutes later the driver called and asked me if were in the car and that he was on his way. I told him yes and we weren’t moving anywhere! He got there and told us exactly how he was going to handle everything, getting the car up on the back of his truck but first he put us in his truck and said we would be safest there. He out my truck up I. The back and we went back to Ocala and the tire place he recommended. He stayed and made sure they would be able to replace the tire and we were all set. He went above and beyond making sure that we were all settled before leaving. This is one company who has employees who care not only about the company but also their customers. I found out that they are a family business and I felt that we were being taken care of as a family member! Thank you everyone for making us feel that we were safe and secure when we had such a scary experience! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know! Thank you for being there when I needed help with my truck especially since I had a small child with me!!

Starting this my saying I am aware they are a syb contractor of triple a. Today my car broke down. I have triple a so I called them for a tow. There was a 3 hour wait for the tow and triple a says it wasn't on their end but c&m says it wasn't on theirs so knows whose fault it truly is. But my problem started when the driver arrived. I had put in the tow request my husband and I needed to ride with the tow driver because it is my classic car and we wanted to speak with the shop, and we were 40 minutes from home and didn't want to force a friend to drive that far to get us. Driver arrived and said he didn't have room. He had plenty.... when we said we literally had no ride he said "oh welll.. can't ride with me but I won't leave you stranded." It was raining. So we walked to the other side of the parking lot we had coasted into to a overhang on a local business to call triple a and a friend to straighten out a ride. The driver proceeded to load my car and LEAVE US in the rain. Literally. It was an Industrial area with no open businesses around and only that one overhang to stand under. We ended up having to stand there for 40 minutes to wait for a ride. We called triple a and they said they definitely told the company we needed a ride. If they couldn't take us at least stick around so we had a vehicle to sit in while we wait for a ride. Especially after the driver said "I won't leave you stranded". When we arrived at the shop the owner said the driver was very rude, took up 2 spots in the way with my car he dropped off, wouldn't put it where they asked and basically threw the keys at them before taking off. Just based on this experience alone we will never call them for a tow.

Our car broke down at a stop light. We managed to get into a nearby parking lot and started calling tow companies. We called several that had extremely long wait times or were just outrageous in price. When we called C&M the man on the phone was nice and informative. Our driver that came out was named Turbo. He was absolutely lovely. Super quick, friendly and personable. He was an older gentleman and we were just so amazed at his agility and speed. Would definitely use this service again if in a bind. Thank you Turbo for being amazing!

We are from out of state and our vehicle broke down on I-75. Contacted AAA...the tow company driver who arrived to help was Spencer. He did an amazing job, considering it was at night & on the busy interstate. Spencer was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, caring & a great communicator. He stayed with us until our taxi arrived to take us to our destination and followed up once he delivered our vehicle to the dealership. He was very reassuring during an unexpected, difficult situation. We highly recommend C & M towing.

C&M towing gave me an amazing experience. My vehicle was tow byDanny and it was an amazing experience. He went above and beyond helping me. I was with my kids and he waited there until somebody came to picked me up. Definitely I would recommend them to everybody. The experience at the office with Brittany was amazing. She help me with the process and the towing documents on an easy and fast way. Thank you guys for all the help!

Great company! My father had a flat tire today (Sunday) and I called and they sent someone out. My father did not have to wait long. He said they were very nice and did a great job. Also reasonably priced! Thank you C & M towing so much for helping my dad!
