Do not use their services. Bad experience from start to finish! They treat everyone who comes in there as if they are obligated to pay them.. And there is no protection for those who have their vehicles impounded after an accident.. Insane fees.. Over 750 for them to hold my car over the holiday (with no one actually working, they charged 35 dollars a day just to hold it despite them literally having no one available to get the car early..). Tbey also are closed extra days on the holidays, which I guess good for them.. But if you need your vehicle to get places.. You are out of luck..

Absolutely horrible business! I'd give zero stars if I could! They just kicked me out for complaining about their ridiculous 15 min policy! Both 'manager' girl with purple hair and the yard boy were cussing me out! The boy was foam salivating and physically threatening me! I only left because realized it was not worth it, because my vehicle was about to get picked from there anyway! I just got nearly killed in an accident and on the top of that I have to deal with this? Mr Owner, if you're reading this, you need to fire these people NOW! They will only bring you trouble!

We had a terrible experience with this towing company. Our car was towed on Saturday, and when we went on Sunday to pick it up, the place was closed. We returned first thing Monday morning, and they still charged us for three days. How are we supposed to pick up the car on a day they’re closed? When we asked for the receipt before paying, they refused to show it. It’s completely normal to want to see what you’re being charged for before handing over the money. On top of that, they only accepted cash, even though by law they’re required to offer more than one payment method. The staff was extremely rude throughout the entire process. I do not recommend this company at all, very unprofessional and dishonest.

This company is made up of vultures. I left my car parked because it broke down for just one night at Walmart. It was a Saturday. The next day, Sunday, I went back with a tow truck to pick it up, and it was gone. We were told that this company had taken it, as they patrol Walmart parking lots looking for cars to tow. They were closed on Sunday, so we couldn’t retrieve the vehicle. On Monday morning, as soon as they opened, we went there with the tow truck, and they claimed we owed them three full days. They took the car on Saturday, they are closed on Sunday, and we arrived first thing Monday morning—yet they still charged us as if it had been stored all that time. Everyone working there—the receptionist, the manager—treated us terribly. They act like their only purpose is to take advantage of people. They charged us $750 for what they call “three days,” even though one of those days they were closed and the other we arrived right at opening time. They also refused to accept card payments and demanded cash only. We all know why—this is a shady company, and they clearly don’t want any record of what they’re doing. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. There should be regulations preventing these abusive practices. We will be filing a complaint against this business, and I hope many others do the same so that this kind of predatory company stops exploiting people.

Hello to anyone that calls this company for towing. I called for service and was charged one price and paid it via card on one night then a day later my card was charged again for a $1.09. I called and a spoke with a Michelle and she's very unprofessional. She kept telling me that there was only one charge showing on her end. I told her I can show her that was incorrect then she proceeded to over talk me and say that there was only one charged and she don't know where that charged came from. BE CAREFUL SOMETHING SHADY GOING ON WITH CARDS. IF YOU HAVE TO USE THEM use CASH.

Expect to have valuable and sentimental items taken if they tow your vehicle without you around. Rolled my vehicle, was admitted into the hospital and they towed my vehicle, claimed my power tools and 3 necklace urns were in my bookbag placed in the vehicle then go to retrieve these items along with everything else in there and the bookbag with power tools and my 3 necklace urns are gone and have been extremely unprofessional about giving me these items back, claiming they put them in my vehicle but nowhere to be found in the vehicle. I’m more concerned about the sentiment irreplaceable items as the power tools can be replace but the urns cannot all because of unhonesty and unprofessional practices taking advantage of people in situations like me. They will be hearing from my lawyer as I have proof of all these items were in my possession prior to the accident.

DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE !! called them needing immediate assistance, was told 15 minutes and ended up left stranded attempting to contact them again for hours. all calls gone unanswered after the first. dont waste your time

Literally my dad died in a tragic accident. Instantly died. He was making payments. And now the towing company will not allow my mother to pick up her dead husband's personal things. Bc there isn't a living will or power of attorney. Like my dad is 50. We didn't expect this my dad didn't expect this. He didn't prepare for his death. We don't even have money to lay him to rest. And they won't give us back the things he had with him when he passed. If anything like this happens again I will request a different towing company. I also asked to speak with management and they hung up on me. I am very upset. And hurt of course bc of my dad's passing but literally this is crazy. Don't expect to get things back from your dead relatives at this place. Utterly disgusted

On I-75 NB and a wrecker from this company was passing me while I was doing 80MPH. Kept changing lanes without a blinker. Not sure why you think it’s acceptable to drive recklessly and speed when you drive a moving billboard for your company

This place is so sketchy. The receptionist is so rude and cold and there are aggressive and contradictory signs everywhere. The floor is coated in a layer of sand that I'm afraid I'm going to slip on (and I'm only 30). The whole place is just dirty and filled with bugs. They insisted on letting themselves into our car to get the registration themselves which is soooo shady. If you have a car here, you have no idea who's just letting themselves into your car without authorization. Also, for proof of ownership, they don't accept insurance which seems so weird to me. Oh also, they are charging $750 for 5 hours after we saw that it got towed. Just avoid this place at all costs if you can

Around $600 to hold my vehicle for well under 24 hours when I didn't even want them to tow my vehicle, I had a whole other tow company I was going to use. And then to tell me you're going to raise the price if I don't pick it up tomorrow and then you'll place a lien on my license? And to say it all with a nasty attitude? Yea, Christina doesn't need to be answering phones if she can't handle customer service to any extent. Telling me I lied and getting snippy with me, cutting me off. I hope she had a day as horrible as how she spoke. Unacceptable. They also told me I can't do anything with me vehicle, not even get my belongings until Monday but they're going to increase the holding price at midnight. How are you going to not allow me to pick it up but force me to pay extra money for the extra time you're forcing on people. I'm incredibly disgusted by the lack of professionalism and the intense need to steal as much money as possible from people already in a bad situation. What a terrible way to run a company. And tell Christina that her calling me a liar is crazy and I should have the FHP officer tell her themselves the pricing they had told me to retrieve my vehicle.

Worst tow company ever. Car was impounded because of no tag when we were gone to get the tag. Charged $681 and didn’t have the car for three hours. Girl at the front was very nasty when asked to break down fees. Said don’t worry about it. All prices are state mandated. Would not recommend. Would give them a zero if possible.

I was about to leave the park when I put my Ford Explorer 2006 in reverse when the handle ripped off in my hand. When I googled it it seems it happens a lot to the same type of vehicle. I called Dave’s tow first and they were able to give me a quote right away & sent help. But the first guy that showed up got a call & had to go handle a fatality bc this company does respond to police/fire/priority calls, which is completely Understandable. When the second tow truck driver came, he was very professional, kind and informatively helpful. I am giving them 5 stars bc I feel like they did their very best in helping me and the driver was a 10 all around, thanks again!

Terrible experience, driver was fine, my issue was I was not quoted the full price of my tow, i was never explained what the tow entails, until I saw my recipt from my bank, the staff I spoke to a young lady was very unprofessional, argued through the whole conversation, she was so aggressive i had to tell her goodby. Bad business for you.

Awesome company!!! Driver was very friendly didn't wait to long. Got to the truck a d moved it quickly to get to the next call. Very professional.

Terrible Experience!!! Do not recommend!! Charged us for 600$ for a car that was impounded for a night? Then had to call the police because apparently they was “no keys”, which is lies bc it had keys when it was impounded. Driver had signed off on it… Then after the police’s arrival they just somehow appeared??

My truck was towed here after a car accident. When I was able to go there and clean it out and grab my tag someone had been taken it upon their self to go through my truck. All of my change was gone and it was easily $10 or more and other little things gone. After being in an accident and then this.. Very sad actually.. I can only imagine if I had something of real value left in there….

This is the nastiest tow company! Don’t ever use them. If I could give them 0 stars I would because they don’t care about anything, towed my car and I had to pay 1000 dollars for my car and it had only been there a day !! This is insane! They are not accredited either, this place needs to be shut down! It just makes no sense that they are this nasty to people.

Thank you Dave’s towing! My car broke down and Geico contacted Dave’s for me. They called me right away and were able to pick up my car and take it to the auto shop within an hour of breaking down. Great communication as well.

This company has to be reported toBBB. They damaged my granddaughter car door, and refuse to repair the damage. Extremely rude, unprofessional, irresponsible business!!! Beware of this company! I’m going to help my granddaughter file a BBB complaint! I just called and spoke to Sara the manager who not only refused to give me the owners name but she down right lied to me. We have pictures of my daughter’s car is a classic and they damaged her door and are refusing to take responsibility for their action. There is no doubt they damaged the car. They’ve treated my granddaughter and me a seventy year old senior in a very belittling disgusting demeaning manner! I am going to follow up also by contacting my insurance company and I am a member of AAA and ARP which I will call and tell them how this company has reacted.

rudest people ever, I called early tuesday morning around 6 am to get my car towed. the first woman who answered the phone asked for the location of the car , i gave her directions multiple times and she was not understanding. they told me only three people were ahead of me and it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. they didn’t get my car towed till almost 4 pm. when my car was towed i got a call from the tower, he informed me that my door handle was broken on my drivers side and blamed it on “someone trying to break into my car” however, in the notes it says he tried to open my passenger side and couldn’t than proceeded to go to my drivers side. this tells me he manhandled the door and broke it and would not take the blame to cover for the company. i also noticed damage to my passenger side in the weather strip and now my passenger side door will not close all the way. when i called the company to complain about this sarah was very rude and said someone must’ve tried breaking in. They told me the owner will get back to me, two days later i still haven’t heard anything from anyone. so i called again. I spoke to sarah and she told me they would not fix my handle or refund the towing service. She hung up the phone up on me after i asked for a refund. when i called back i asked for the owners name and number and she said no ma’am and hung the phone up on me again. I drive an antique car and they damaged it and now REFUSED to fix the issue or even refund me. Absolutely horrendous people and not professional at all. would NEVER recommend unless you want damage to your car.

I am so grateful to have met these people even though it was through adverse circumstances. They go above and beyond to help their customers! I am from Massachusetts and had to fly down to recover the truck. Bailey and crew were kind, sympathetic , more than fair with their pricing. As soon as she knew that I was out of town, she handed me a list of local garages to get the repairs started! Five stars isn’t enough! They deserve ten!!

I was so glad that my insurance company sent Dave's out to come and get us. I had a flat tire and was stuck at a Walmart and not able to go anywhere. Dave's Towing and Recovery was assigned to us. They made it in in about 20 minutes! I was so impressed! I forget his name, but the guy who came out to help us was very nice and helpful. He arrived on 9/26 and arrived at Walmart where we were at 4:00. We had my car towed to Tire Kingdom nearby. I appreciate their help during a stressful time!

Dave’s Towing really came through for us. After waiting over five hours for AAA and still no tow in sight, we called Dave’s. They had someone out to us shortly and then our wonderful tow driver braved the first band of Idalia in the middle of the night, to get our car where it needed to go. Will always recommend Dave’s! And their receptionist was top notch (sorry can’t remember names)

Dave’s towed my BMW 750li at HOA REQUEST but they towed it with rear wheel up. BMW clearly says it must be towed on flat bed or with front wheels up. When we picked up the car AAA sent another company and they confirmed that towing it with rear wheel was terrible way and completely wrong for name. See photos below. Second photo shows how to properly tow a BMW.

Ed came to my home to take my sick BMW electric car to BMW for repairs. The i3 is not a common car, and yet Ed knew how to check the different batteries and get it set up for towing. The first thing he asked was, "where's the screw in tow hook." A less knowledgeable person would have lift the car with chains, denting the aluminum frame forever. This guy was a pro.
