Just want to give s big shout out to Bryan, Jason and Will. I couldn't ask for better service. These guys are veteran mechanics that know their shit. Got me the best deals on the best parts for all my vehicles. You need great service and good deals, this is the place.
I want to express how grateful I am to employee, Kris at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in Ocala, FL. My bulb was out on my headlight and he went above and beyond to take care of me. I couldn’t even figure out how to access my headlight to get to the bulb, but Kris knew exactly how to access it, switched it out for me and even gave me a tip on how to remove the oxidation on my headlights. I can’t speak highly enough to have someone help me like that. Highly recommend O’Reilly’s for your auto part needs!

I always have a fantastic experience at the State Rd 200 store that is close to the dealerships and Target. However, I live closer to the SS Blvd store and chose this store unfortunately.
After determining the necessary part for the headlight of my truck, I asked if the salesperson/clerk could install the bulb for me. I received a blunt “no” response and then, “I can’t”. Zero explanation and even after stating the State Road 200 staff does, “Really?” My response was “yes”. Nothing progressed. I stated, “Thank you, I am going to the Stated Road 200 location,” and left.
The staff at the 200 location, kind, helpful, recommendations, and yes, changed the bulbs for me. I believe both Are Gen Z employees. Their parents raised them right.
Ladies, go to the State Road 200 store if you want to be treated worth respect and not dismissed.
A huge thanks to Mgr., Will, for helping me figure out what windshield wipers my car requires and installing them for me! Great service with a smile! Thx Will! :-)
I will never go to this O'Reilly again. I needed a taillight bulb. The guy seemed new and sold me the wrong one. It didn't fit into the socket right, and he jammed it in. I knew that didn't seem right. The light didn't work. I asked the older gentleman working there, Jason, who was the night manager, and he agreed with the other guy and told me that it was the correct bulb. He told me that my socket must be broken if it's not working. I left and went to Advanced Auto Parts. They told me it was the wrong bulb and that they broke my socket trying to jam it in. They sold me the correct bulb and replaced the socket. I went back to O'Reilly to get a refund on the wrong bulbs and explained what happened. The new guy apologized. The night manager, Jason had nothing to say.
Brian Wheeler is a phenomenal employee and just spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, helping me figure out how to access a diagram of my car's dash components, so I can troubleshoot a weird buzzing noise coming from behind the fuse box this morning. He was so kind and patient with me, helping me create an account so I could see everything available. Outstanding service on a Saturday morning when I know they were really busy! ? Hopefully his boss sees this and commends him for it. Thanks again Brian and merry Christmas! ?
The 1811 silver springs blvd location is AMAZING!!!! Every single employee there ROCKS! Friendly, knowledgeable, funny and so so so helpful. I won’t go anywhere else. I always feel they go above and beyond and I never feel pressured or ripped off. Honest guys with great humor for an old gal like myself. First class service!!! Well done fellas!
Walked in to the store for some tierods for my relatives truck and was going to use my employee discount to help them with pricing, and the “assistant manger “ Will refused to load my account into the system I have been with the company for over 2 years have been to 3 other oriellys and have never been asked for proof or questioned to use MY employee account! I will not be going to this store location again. Also was very rude about it and told me to go read policy and walked away from me as we were trying to purchase the items. great customer service!
Highly profesional, and was able to help me get the part I needed same day! Also allowed me to use some tools I didnt have on me while I worked in there parking lot to fix my wifes car.

Rite part everytime, knowledge friendly staff, I use to use advance they give ya the wrong parts time n time again I've have to make two three trips to advance wen doing work, O'Riley s gets it rite makes suggestions on what u may need with parts they have won me over I'm now loyal O'Riley s customer, I have 5 older cars and me and my daughter are restoring a stang n two bikes so we shop a lot, wanna get the right parts on first trip this is the place
This store has been amazing for me, today I came in needing help with changing my spark plugs, and then we came back cause the spark plugs broke my new magnetic bit, and then because there was a weird screw with a strange bit for the screw. Brian helped immensely with everything and told us the weird screw was a 6 bit, just fancier. But I successfully changed my spark plugs and my dads, with little issue. And fixed both of our issues. Thank you so much!

Needed a part for my truck, it was in stock. It cost me more than $18.00 over another parts place would have charged. The cleark was helpful and ready to please.
My husband said "BUY IT!" So I did what I was told, he saw the receipt and I won't repeat what he said but it wasn't directed at me!
Terrible CSR....Assistant manager Will was nasty....And he was caught in a lie.... He had the meanest face the moment I walked in regarding a return. I'm a weekly regular customer. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE AS LONG AS HES WORKING THERE. such an inconvenience because now I have to drive 25 mins out of my way just to purchase items. SMH. Stay clear of Will. He brings negative energy!!
I have not been inside this store, but I called with a question regarding my A/C and the few other places would tell me they can't help me and hang up but i can't remember the name of the lady who helped me but she asked me questions about my car and told me to call my dealership to see if my warranty will cover it. i called and turns out it is. she was the first one to take time to find out what's going on and what she can do over the phone to help me. i honestly really did appreciate the experience over the phone and now i know if i ever need anything i know where to go :)
The staff here is very bad. The staff inside suggested that I buy a product. I just paid the money and went out for less than a minute. I want to withdraw this product. Because this is not what I want, because the employee said that he can't refund, the people here are very bad and want to lie to the guests.
Staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. They even come out and check the engine light codes if you ask and will help seniors install wipers and light bulbs too. Can't say enough about the wonderful people who work here.
Good experience except the fact one person told me I can get a military discount because my Dad was veteran. Unfortunately he is deceased so although I had proof he served they only do active military which is BS in my opinion. Other than that nice store helpful staff
Went in to them before work, had to replace driver side windshield wiper and get oil. They staff took the time to see what wiper i was looking for and what oil would be best for my car. Did not feel rushed or like i was being sold something. He even put the wiper on for me and helped check my oil level. Very Very friendly and super helpful. Will be going back to get parts for my window!!!
