If I could give them 10 stars I would. We got our trailer in January, last week had some trouble with the brakes and one of the axles that was covered under warranty, brought it in Monday and it was completely repaired and fixed and I was out the door Wednesday at 8:30 AM. They didn’t make me wait on the warranty coverage. They just fixed it and said they would have the warranty taken care of and got me back on the road. From the office lady to the salesman to the mechanic. I got nothing but good things to say about this company, highly recommend them. They have went above and beyond. We will be buying our next trailer through them. Thank you all

Junk, junk, and more junk. I bought 10 dump trailers, the oldest one being 2 years old, the newest one under a year and they are all broke sitting in my yard as paper weights. Built cheap, break down easy, rusts super quick, junk batteries that barely last a few months, just the biggest junk I've ever bought. I can give lists of problems with each one of them. I bought big tex as replacements and love them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Out the door they told a set price and that included taxes, interest, etc. The total price was to be 17,750. After being rushed to sign the contract and confirming that this was the total price they let us leave without a copy of the contract. Right off the bat, this is ILLEGAL and raised some concerns. However, you feel like you can trust a company especially a dealer with so many locations. We were highly HIGHLY mistaken. A couple days later their finance group Quigleys (also do not ever use them for anything) added a $2000 charge of taxes to the account. Luckily, nothing was signed yet through the leasing so they basically just lended out a free trailer with the hopes that we would sign the leasing agreement. After contacting both the leasing company and their finance group, they were on two different pages showing a huge lack of professionalism and communication. After going back and forth trying to figure out how to get this charge off and why it was added after the fact, we decided to void the contracts entirely which Quigleys said they would not do and neither would Stryker. We then told Matt at Stryker to come and get their trailer because we no longer wanted to do business with a bunch of unprofessional *basically* scammers just trying to get extra money out of our pockets. Matt told us it was Quigleys trailer so now they are responsible to come get it. We thought we had finally come to a resolution after talking to Quigleys and they asked what a good location would be for them to meet and pick up the trailer. After completely losing faith and trust in them as good people we knew this wasn’t a good idea still because we were sure they would somehow say that we damaged the trailer in transit so the girl Cambryn at Quigleys started to ask for the location and said never mind i need to transfer you. They transferred us over to another person at Quigleys who then told us that we need to find legal representation now. And then hung up on us and wouldn’t allow us to contact them again. This is completely disheartening especially when you think you can trust a well-known company with super great reviews and they completely scam you and have no regard for anything. It was basically them saying sorry we added a charge and there’s nothing that can be done about it they all openly admitted to us being misled and everything. We ended up freezing our bank accounts so we weren’t charged and they sent a repo company to come get the trailer. and guess what? the repo guy immediately knew the finance company and said that this happens extremely often. so to save you the trouble and headache, i have to tell you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER

Where do I begin? They say the third time is a charm… two other dealerships, 3 days of lost revenue, led me right to Riley, and the guys. I ended up with a full dressed 40 ft SS Horizon in that fire engine red that really pops. We spent a day going over various trailers, options, and what would fit best for my outfit. I changed up from a Lamar that the guys actually put together in front of me because it was urgent. I ended up switching to the horizon, the guys in the shop made sure it was road ready, and safe. Brian, Kelly, and Matt are all stars. The owner was even out there lending a hand, something you don’t hardly see. (I’m an owner in the field as well) and that sells the face of the business even better. I also ran into a good friend of mine from my supply house, that I’ve known for years. I can tell you, if you’re shopping for a trailer, don’t bother with any competitors in the area, Harley’s right next door as well if you have time to kill. If I could leave a 10 star review I would. They killed it!

I purchased my horizon trailer from this company. I use Riley as my salesman he was 100% on spot. Awesome guy to deal with had me in and out fast no hassle. I'm very happy with the trailer. It is 100% what I wanted and I definitely recommend using Striker trailers.

I had a trailer failure on Monday, and Tuesday morning I called Riley Banda over here at Stryker Trailers Ocala because I saw they have some pretty sweet looking well setup trailers, and I got the deal done by the end of the day.
