My four young children and I were ran off the road by a D&H tow truck (DE C37609) today on Library Ave in Newark while towing a black Ford Explorer. The driver, who was speeding all the way down Delaware Ave, decided to agressivley swerve mid intersection from the far left turn lane to the far right turn lane for Rt.273 East entirely without regard to the safety of other drivers, traffic law, or common sense. The reckless and incompetent driver expressed his apparent disdain for my van's horn by screaming a four lettered expletive at us before barreling down 273. This D&H Automotive employee is clearly a danger to himself and others that are merely trying to get home safely.
Daniel gave my husband and I a tow from Delaware to New Jersey. Such a nice young man. We had a great chat.
Can you let Daniel know it was a blown fuel pump fuse that gave us the problem. Anyway just wanted to let you know what good guy you have working for you.

Geico selected this shop to tow my vehicle. Matt G responded within 5 mins, calling me and assuring me when he would be to my vehicle. Had issues with another company getting any help. Reached out to these guys and had someone out there pretty quick. Guy (wish I had his name) was really friendly. Definitely my go to from now on.
Geico scheduled my vehicle to be towed between 3pm with an 1 window. The company did not call me at all. I called and did not anyway picking up. The company called me back shortly after that. I stated to the guy that it was 5 and I did not receive any calls about being late. The guy responded someone called out and he has 3 hernias. I told him to go screw himself and will NEVER use his services again. I called Geico back and advised them that I am not happy with there services referencing this tow company.
Recently car was in an accident and was towed to another tow facility and my insurance company has a connection with price collision for auto repair and price collision contracts d&h towing to pick up their cars and i had a dealing with Mike and he was the rudest person i ever dealt with in my life - he has no persona skills, doesn't know how to talk to a customer and should not be dealing with the public. He should find a job where he doesn't have to deal with people and i feel sorry for anyone that hires this company to do any work for them and has to deal with this tool!!!!

Mick is awesome! He is extremely thorough and makes sure he knows exactly what the problem is. At the same time, he doesn't find problems that don't exist. His prices are more than fair, and he won't try and talk you into doing work that you don't want to do even if it means he misses out on an expensive job. I have never met a more honest mechanic in my life. I will be referring all my friends and family to him from now on.
Absolutely exceptional service. I had an emergency while traveling and Mic took my car in after calling another customer and asked if he could delay their job to help someone else and fixed my car on the spot! Prices are more than fair and the job was done perfectly.
Referred to this company by Geico for roadside assistance for a tow. Chris, was communicating his arrival times and had a great attitude even at 2am in the cold. Would definitely use this company again in the future the need should arise.

Great repair shop! Very honest and trustworthy people like the others on here have said. My truck engine failed and needed to be either replaced or rebuilt. Mick was very understaning when I explained I didn't have the money. He bent over backwards to accomodate me and allowed me to keep my truck in his parking lot for as long as I needed until I figured out what to do. I decided to sell my truck and Mick even helped me find a buyer. I highly recommend these guys if you want to be treated honest and fairly.
Best mechanics I have ever met! 100%. There honest and sooo trustworthy. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and on many occasions they could have easily told me i needed many expensive repairs but didn’t. Before finding them a different shop tried to scam me out of 400$ for a loose gas cap. I took it to them and they told me all I had to do was twist it tighter. Def recommend them I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
