Would not recommend this company. Parts order quickly but if you have a problem, they do not answer phones, claim phone system is down, have to email and states in their own response "emails will be answered in 24 hrs." This is not true do not answer emails at all and when then did 4 days later there was no resolve and wanted me to provide order number and tracking ID which I supplied with original email, still waiting on return label to be sent Day 9 still no response. This COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND USING. Should be flagged as a scam company.......
Plz plz plz do not buy anything from here! Cheap product and when it breaks all you will get when you try to call is that there phone has issues and they are working on it. Look at all reviews. Over 1/2 has had problems. Wish I had read the reviews. Out of 300
I purchased a starter/generator with a one year warranty. It quit after six months of use. Now I cannot contact them. I have tried through phone and email but get no response from either.Their service sucks!!!!!!!
Won’t answer the phone , very slow to answer e mails they claim they can’t find my order number even after sending a screenshot of the Amazon order cheap products ,don’t spend your money here ! Going to Amazon for a formal complaint !
Apparently I ordered the wrong part and burned the starter up. Shawn at parts world got me hooked up with the right replacement part. I will definitely do business with them in the future!
what company does not pick up the phone when customers call? i have been trying to contact this company for 4 hours now and all it does is ring, i believe this is a fake company
