Came across business after recommendation from Costco Auto Repairs. Gave a quote quickly, and was always in communication. Work took a little longer than anticipated, but not due to any fault of their own. They updated bill with new labor hours, but were generous & didn't charge full hours PLUS still honored Costco discount. Will definitely recommend and use in future! Thank you!!

The customer service was great. In particular Sebastian treated me well. The manager was very understandable to my vehicle warranty issues.

Everyone was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Katie was very helpful in setting up special financing for my daughters car while I was there getting my oil change. She is a great asset to Peak Performance. But I owe a BIG thank you to all the staff, we will definitely be bringing back all of our vehicles.

I cannot express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service they provided me. My oil change was scheduled late, the staff/mechanic and Katie stayed after hours to complete my service. My mechanic checked over my car, brakes, coolant etc. and discussed with me what I need to follow up on. Katie is friendly, helpful and amazing! They even went to the store to pick up a part. I have never had such great service. I plan to be a regular customer. Thank you again for all you did! You guys are the best!

Got me in and repaired my issue the same day, then did a thorough test drive to ensure it was done right. Fair price. Katie is a joy to work with. Definitely recommend these folks.

I received a coupon in the mail for a full synthetic oil change for $44.97 and since Jiffy Lube was charging $108, I decided to try Peak performance. It was absolutely worth it, it didn’t take long at all, and the staff there was very friendly and professional!

I consistently receive great customer service from Sebastian and Katie. This time I needed my radiator replaced. My tech Chuck completed the work timely and without issue. I am once again very pleased with the service received at Peak Performance.

Having engine trouble is no joke! I have had two engine diagnostics done and an outlandish repair bill presented to me from the dealer. I went out on a limb and started looking for engine repair places within the local area and came across Peak Performance Automotive. At this point, I needed to get my truck fixed immediately and decided to give them a chance. I am so glad I did! The quality of work that they put in was absolutely amazing. Even with my nerves, Katie assured me that the work was being done, timely and exemplary. It took about a week to complete and I’m glad the technician took his time going over everything with quality and assurance. I got my truck back and I must say, it hasn’t run this good since I bought it! Besides the amazing job they did with the truck, they were reasonable in price. Engine work can be very expensive, but they did not try to break my pocket and I appreciate that lol! I am completely satisfied with my service, and if my vehicles need services in the future, I am definitely going to Peak Performance Automotive!

Very Professional, down to earth employees! Was there for an oil change, they gave me a complete estimate of the cost and did a great job! They performed a complete inspection of my vehicle and identified 2 areas that need attention. I will be scheduling those services in the near future! My vehicle is a 2018 Maserati Levante, and they didn’t hesitate one second working on it!

Had a great experience at the New Castle, DE location. The service was fast, efficient, and so courteous. The price was absolutely right compared to other places I got a real deal. 100% will be coming back!

Peak Performance staff are incredibly nice, helpful and efficient. They diagnosed my problem I was having with my heater and fixed it after texting me the quote to replace my radiator. The price was much better then I had expected because we thought it may have been the heater core which could cost over 4k and now I have heat and I'm grateful. They dont try to tickle and dime you for every little thing. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Peak Performance Automotive! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. As a woman who doesn’t know a whole lot about cars, going to a shop can sometimes feel intimidating, but not here. Katie at the front desk is an absolute gem. She went above and beyond, was so warm, helpful and welcoming, and truly made me feel like a friend instead of just another customer. I really can’t thank her enough for her kindness and her knowledge! Sebastian did a fantastic job and was so kind and helpful. He explained things clearly and I could tell he genuinely cared about doing things right. Everyone I interacted with was honest, down-to-earth, and clearly focused on helping people, not trying to upsell or scare you into repairs. Good, trustworthy people are hard to find, and Peak Performance is full of them. I am SO thankful I found this place! Highly recommend!

I took my 2003 GMC Sierra to 3 different shops to investigate a mysterious slow coolant leak. Peak Performance was the only one to correctly diagnose the problem. The truck is running great now. Katie, Chuck, and Sebastian were great throughout the repair process. I highly recommend this shop for their accurate repairs and high customer service.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They fit me in without an appointment and took care of my problem that day. Katie and Sebastian were extremely helpful and accommodating...easy to work with! Know where to go if have any more car problems!!

I have an impromptu driving trip to Orlando, Fl tomorrow morning and these guys were able to get me in today for new front brakes & rotors, brake fluid flush, fuel flush And new air filters. Hundreds cheaper than what a prior place quoted me! Not only did they accommodate on such a short notice due to my situation, but they went above and beyond by having someone from their service center bring me home and pick me back up due to me being nervous to use Uber. They even wiped the interior dashboard and vacuumed after the service! This used to be the standard, but it is a forgotten practice these days. Porsche isn’t even doing this these days! I am telling everyone about Peak Performance!! Sebastian and Katie were extremely kind, helpful and presented top notch customer service. Don’t bother going any where else to service your vehicles. So grateful that I found such a quality, private owned business that still truly cares about their quality of work and the people in their community. The people at peak performance are really nice and professional. Katie and Sebastian and Richard are all oh, very kind and very helpful. And I always am satisfied a 100% with the work that is done on my car. And\nThe prices are very reasonable.

I’ve been here twice for emergency services. Katie and Sebastian are WONDERFUL! They were both incredibly helpful and informative each visit. And they were also very pleasant, funny, and kind during what would have otherwise been stressful situations. Although I hope I don’t need anymore repairs soon, they would be the first call if I do. They are amazing!

My car was stalling and sputtering after having it serviced just the day before. I was in a jam - about 90 minutes from home. I called Peak Performance and was immediately met with a warm welcome and solutions for my issue. They were able to see me quickly, diagnosed the problem thoroughly and provided a detailed explanation of what was going on with my car. I was able to get home safely with no problems.

I have to start this review off by saying I didn't spend a dime at Peak Performance but Rich provided me some of the best customer service and support that I've received in recent memory. I live in NJ, my daughter is a student at UD. Her "BRAKE" light came on in her car and she immediately brought it to Peak Performance. Upon inspection, Rich noticed that the brakes were fairly new and that a caliper had failed. He suggested we take it to the place that did the original brake job, a well known automotive chain, and that it should be warrantied. All of this was true, of course, but he went a step further and called the place because he knew the people there. He didn't have to do any of this but he did. He put my mind at ease and made a hectic situation tolerable. He put my daughter at ease and treated her kindly, what else could a father ask for? He went above and beyond for us knowing we weren't going to be paying customers. So this is a personal thank you to Rich and to let folks know that there are still good people left in this world.

The headlights were installed, however, there were missing caps holding the undercarriage cover (photo included). Also, the door frame and steering wheel were dirty (photos also attached). The manager called after this review went out and offered to correct the issues - so I will give kudos for this. Following the comment received, I must respectfully disagree with your technician’s assessment regarding the missing clips. Prior to requesting your services, I inspected the area under the car myself to understand the headlight replacement process. Given that the inclusion of the light bulbs was communicated up front to me, the missing clips should have been disclosed in the same manner. Thank you for your response.

These guys are great. Very honest Nd fair. Love that they show customers everything good, things that may need work and items that need immediate work with pictures. I brought them an old luxury car and they didn't take advantage of that or overcharge for service. Highly recommend them for their integrity.

Peak Performance Automotive is a life savor!! My wife’s 2022 Grand Cherokee was in need of all new tires. Thought we had a little bit of time until wife hit a curb and tire popped. Called up Peak Performance Automotive because they have come to the rescue before, and for sure, they came to the rescue again!! Was able to put on a spare tire, get her car to their shop and have great quality tires put on that same day for a fraction of the dealership price! Saved time, money and a lot of hassle with them being able to address our needs same day. Can’t thank you guys enough for the great work! Dealership wanted $2K, Peak Automotive did it for $1500!! Huge shot out to Rick the owner and Sebastian for taking such great care of my wife’s car!!

Great experience with Peak Performance Automotive for an oil change. The staff specifically Richard was friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcomed despite being a first-timer. The service was quick and thorough, and I left feeling confident in the quality of their work. Overall, a great experience that exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning!

Sebastian and Rich provided some of the best service I have ever experienced at a shop. I was very hesitant at the thought of towing my M3 to a local shop, having been dealership maintained almost exclusively especially with such a scary problem (oil cooler puked). I knew she was in good hands immediately after meeting those guys. Even the tow truck driver gave Peak Performance high praise when we pulled up. They diagnosed the problem quickly, dealt with the warranty company handily and Sebastian even offered to meet me off hours on a holiday weekend for pick up as I wasn’t in the area that Friday when it was ready. I have definitely I found my Delaware shop from now on.
