Came in with my baby to get oil and a filter and the lady behind the counter was SO kind and helpful. She looked up what I needed, grabbed it from the back wall herself, and had me out the door again in under five minutes. She even held the door open for us. It was such a nice experience!
Went there about two weeks ago needing a battery replacement. Jasmin was wonderful ! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I loved the attentiveness of the staff.
I'm going to advance auto parts around the corner this costumer service sucks ! Is not like I'm asking for free parts or discounts I just want parts and go!!
My 80 year old father and I came in yesterday for some fuses for his tractor, the lady I believe to be the manager by the way she was barking at the other employees. She followed us from the door, another employee kindly told us what isle we needed. So we went there, she continued to follow us and ask what we were looking for, hearing the first guy tell us this information already. We need a specific fuse so my dad was looking for it meanwhile she stands there so rude and Intimidating. My dad said to her I’m not gonna steal anything if that’s what you’re thinking but no she continues to stand there and make him feel uncomfortable. I honestly felt the need to apologize to our cashier because that must be a miserable place to work. My dad talked about how bad it upset him the whole way home. Please do better auto zone, that store is new and closer to us. We will drive as far as we must to not deal with that again. Unacceptable😭 here is my receipt for proof!
The best Autozone I have been to. Jasmine and Alexis were extremely helpful and kind. Store is always clean and organized. This is my preferred store for sure
Jasmine the life saver. Goes above and beyond for her customers. Just for me she called in another employee and had him come in early just so she could drive me to another location to pick up what I needed and take me back to my truck to get it fixed. She is really incredible. So if you need anything or the best customer service go see her

Jasmine was super helpful, professional and polite. Before purchasing a new battery, she ran a diagnostic on my car to rule out a potential problem with the starter, to ensure I would not spend money needlessly. I did end up buying a battery as mine was very old and that seems to have solved my problem. Thank you, Jasmine, thank you AutoZone!
Horrible story with a good ending. Drove 2.5 hours away from home, on the way to the beach. Both front brake calipers started living up. Gimped to here and they helped me get going, helped me get the right tools and away I went! Very polite about everything
After being given the wrong items at a different location, the team at this store helped me return the wrong items and gave me what I needed. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond my expectations.
