Towed my completely drivable car from the side of the road. But my main issue is getting charged for the Saturday and Sunday storage fees while not letting you pick it up. No issue paying tow and storage fees for days where car could be accessed but to be charged days you physically can't your care out should be some sort of crime. Anyway the employees were pretty chill. Not their fault the tow and government contracting business should be investigated . Think it was almost 600 for a 2 mile tow and two days storage so a complete sham but again that's any tow lot and not exclusive to them
This company tried to wrongfully tow my car. Thankfully I was able to come out before he even touched it. When confronted, the man was very rude and condescending. When it was proved to be the wrong car, he didn't apologize, didnt even acknowledge that he was trying to tow THE WRONG CAR, and drove away. I will be reporting this to the BBB and anyone else I need to.
Horrible, if you are in accident they will tow your car, make you wait for hours to show up to give you your car, they just don't care and demand cash and don't have change to give you back. God help you if you get your car towed there
A bunch of rip off charged $400 for 1 day tow and taped a window up charged $200 the worst tow truck company around gone to report them to bbb worst place every charge is $500 must be broke
Came out of the store and my truck wouldn't start. Called them and he sent a roll off and he arrived in 10-15 mins, hooked up and rolled off. My starter was replaced by 1600 the next day and only cost me $400. Very satisfied with the whole experience. If I have anymore trouble I know who to call, Good child's.
Very rude, The driver to bring back the vehicle that was damaged didn't know where he was going and called and was yelling at me because he was lost. Then when I tried to give instructions but he over screamed at me. And I told him I would no longer take his yelling at me and would call the office. He hung up on me. The office was not forgiving at all. I would not deal with this type of business. I didn't pay for added stress and someone yelling at me......
I don’t know why everyone is named Tom !!They provided me with a totally rebuilt suspension for my money making work truck. I couldn’t be happier that they were able to find and repair all problems at time of service without any excuses.thanks Goodchilds for your professionalism in your trade.
They stole customers money, for one day they charge me 510$. I already call them before they said 445$ when I come to pick my car the price change. Thief people
I took my car here for damage to my car. I have to say I really received wonderful service, was walked through the process and was treated very well. I was very happy when I picked up my car. I highly recommend! Great service and wonderful people!

Goodchild was a real lifesaver! I broke down in another state at 7am. The friendly tow driver showed up an hour later to pick me and my car up. The mechanics diagnosed and repaired my car, that same day. Last but not least, the total cost was more than fair! The parts actually cost more than the labor, which to me is rare. Throughout the process I was treated courteous and I feel they did their absolute best to get me back on the road ASAP! I will be a customer for life!
The service is great! I needed a tow & police officer gave me their phone# & I couldn't believe how fast they got there. Not only was the service great but the price was the best around. If you need a wrecker I highly recommend.
I have never been taken advantage of. NOT ONCE. Extremely hard to come by a honest mechanic that's fair with pricing with good clean work always done correctly. I would and i do recommend them to anyone in need of a repair.
offered me $150.00 for my car that had minimal front end damage, they said and I quote, "do you have the title for your car" I said "yes, why?" they said "hang on (on hold for about 2 minutes) we'll give you $150.00 for it since it is totaled and we'll eat the cost of the tow, just bring us your title by the end of the day" I told them "you are out of your mind, there is a $1,000.00 stereo in it!" then they said "give us a replacement stereo and we'll call it even, just sign over your title to us".
This is what is wrong with our economy........ when we allow a fraudulent company such as Goodchild Inc to stay in business.
Anyone the believes the opinion of Goodchild Inc without first getting a true professional to give you their advice deserve to be taken for everything they have, and to those of you that do business with them, I have the actual iPhone that Jesus used to call God at the last supper for sale........ $1,000,000.00 and it's yours!
