I just left els tires for a brake estimate. After I left my brake light came on , I could hardly press on the brakes, I thought I was going to crash. Do not EVER take a car there. They made it even worse, my fluid leaked all over,luckily I made it to midas and was told they were surprised I even made it there. Els is terrible

Came in for alignment when I ask for the alignment sheet every thing was off staff cursed me out because of it very unprofessional set of clowns that don’t know anything about cars

Had all four of my tires replaced and aligned this past Friday. Service was overall quick and efficient. I appreciate that they will rotate the tires every 6k-8k miles as well.

I have used them twice for the business I work for and they had the correct style and size I needed. The wait time was appropriate. In fact , I walked to Wawa for a breakfast sandwich and stopped and smelled the flowers at Richardsons .They offered a net 30 account for ease of billing.

Discovered in the morning that I had a slow leak due to multiple screws in my tire. I was able to drop in without an appointment in the afternoon and get it fixed in just about an hour. Price was highly reasonable. Would absolutely go back for unexpected tire issues that you might need addressed day of.

They quoted me an hour to get a tire patched. Sixty minutes later, I drove out of there with a patch. I sincerely appreciate their speed, courtesy and quality work.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with EL’s Tire Service in Delaware was extremely disappointing and warrants sharing. I purchased a set of tires from them about five months ago. Recently, the tires developed defects that should not occur so soon after purchase, especially given the investment involved. When I contacted EL’s Tire Service to address the issue, I expected accountability and support in resolving the matter. Unfortunately, what I encountered was the exact opposite. Rather than standing behind the product they sold me, I was told that I would have to buy a new set of tires upfront while they initiated an investigation with the manufacturer. This meant that I would be out even more money, with no assurance that the issue would be resolved in my favor. At no point did they offer to replace the defective tires temporarily, provide a loaner solution, or show any willingness to take responsibility while the claim was being handled. This approach reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability. A reputable tire service company should prioritize their customers by supporting them through warranty or manufacturer claim processes — not shifting the entire burden (and cost) onto the customer. Selling tires that fail within five months is already concerning, but refusing to stand behind those products when issues arise is unacceptable. I would caution others to think carefully before doing business with EL’s Tire Service. Based on my experience, they do not back their products, and their customer service policies leave customers stranded when problems occur. There are many other tire service providers in Delaware who understand what true customer service means — unfortunately, EL’s Tire Service is not one of them.

Fantastic service. These guys helped me out super quick after 2 sidewall flats at the same time. Every other place said I was SOL, but they had me in and out at a great price.

It took about 90 min to get the car in as a walk in. The service was good and fast. Second flat in two weeks, different tires. Both were fixed at El's. It cost about $45 to patch/plug.

Been going here for years. The only place I buy my tires and get routine oil changes and tire rotation. For some reason the guy at the desk didn’t believe I bought my tires there so he charged me for tire rotation. He found my name and vehicle in the system but couldn’t even see what oil I use. He couldn’t find the tires I bought even though I’ve been bringing all my vehicles there for over 10 years and have bought several tires from Els. He acted like I was bothering him and made me wait when no one other customers were in the building or on the phone. I’m finally done with this place. I can get miserable service anywhere.

I'd like to give a Shout Out to Deshawn. I've been bringing Bus Tires to El's for a few weeks and everytime I show up with these extremely large and heavy tires, Deshawn is there to take care of me. Without hesitation he jumps in and takes care of everything with a smile on his face! Thanks Deshawn!

I have taken my car for service many years and have always found their service exceptional and prices reasonable. Last time I went b/c tire had a slow leak and they repaired it and no charge!

ELS Tire is hands down the most reliable in-and-out shop around. I always come here for my alignments, and while they charge a little more than other places, I recently learned firsthand that it’s worth every penny. Over the past three weeks, I tried saving $60 by going to other local shops—big mistake. One competitor couldn’t even “get the bolts off.” Then I took my vehicle to Oxford Tire, where they tried to upsell me on a track bar and upper/lower bushings for $2,200—total scam. Finally, I went back to ELS, paid the extra, and—just like every other time—got fast, efficient, and stress-free service. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Pay the extra couple of bucks and take your vehicle to the pros at ELS Tire.

Very poor attitudes, no professional. Over priced for valve stem, no help with tire,hadcto take to shop and retrieve it from shoo guys coming in throwing work orders across the counter. Then told me the price and then stuck his hand out. Terrible place to go. I wouldn't recommend it

We use El’s Tire Service Inc for all of our tire repairs and replacements for our fleet. They’re fast, efficient and have great service. We won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Came in for an alignment and was told upfront it might be a while and asked if I wanted it dropped off instead. I figured might as well get tires if I'm dropping anyways. They were able to find me a good set of AT tires that were in stock and would also have good on road mannerisms. Got Grabber AT installed as well as told about their online rebate. Dropped at 1130 and got a call at 1400 that my vehicle was set and done. Got rid of that shimmy I had at highway speed with these wheels and alignment. Def recommend. A busy shop but they got me in and done in a reasonable amount of time with no appointment!

They do good work but the only two things I Don’t like about them is they’ll hold your car if you don’t inquire what’s going on with it and no matter how many cars you bring them to fix you won’t get offered a discount. Even dealerships offer discounts

Excellent service and well experienced veterans among veterans. My Dodge ram 1500 2016 if I provided the brakes they did it for $240 I suggest if you wanted your brakes changed and you buy them come here I guarantee great service. excellent that's all I can say.

Best tire shop ever! Very caring staff. I had a flat tire this morning on my way to work and couldn’t get a tow to a shop. One of the workers here came out to my car which was about 4 miles away to fill it enough to get to the shop and get my new tires. One thing about me is I’m just a girl, but they explained everything to me thoroughly and saved the day for me. & I was still able to make it to work. Thank you!!!

Been buying tires here for over a decade and they won’t call me to tell me that the tire I ordered are in even after I described to them how desperately I needed a new tire because one of the tires on my car has a huge bubble and crack in the side wall and leaking air at an alarming rate. I brought it in for them to see the condition of the tire the day before the new one is to arrive. The last time I ordered tires from here which was 6 months ago. They sat in their shop for a week before they called me to tell me they were in. And it happened the time before that as well. When I was in there showing them the condo on of my tire a woman and her husband came in and were complaining about dropping off their vehicle that morning for some work and not being called when it was done. Seems to be a frequent problem. Never giving them a single red cent again.

After a bad experience at another local tire company, i took my car to El’s. No wait, and a half hour later I was heading home with my tire patched. The other company said I needed all 4 of my tires replaced! Needless to say, when I eventually do need my tires replaced, I will be heading back to El ‘s. Cost was reasonable and I do appreciate that they are honest and don’t try to take advantage of you.

Needed to get 2 tires changed out and an alignment. Els was able to get me in that day. They completed the service quickly and at a great price. The staff were knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining the work. Highly recommend!

This visit went well until they told another customer to reschedule for alignment, because a previous vehicle would take all day..... My tires and oil change were done over an hour ago and I am waiting for an alignment, but no one had the courtesy to tell me that it would be the end of the day before they could do mine... I only said yes to an alignment because they offered it.... I'm in the waiting room!!!! So no alignment means I sat here for 4hrs for 2 tires and an oil change. Not happy!

Awesome! Staff was very professional yet friendly. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommended El's if you need auto or truck services.
