I was given a quote on line and a gentleman called me and told me that they had the glass in stock and that I could come in Saturday and that they were open from 7 to 11. So I got there Saturday at 7 and the lady at the desk told me that they didn’t have the glass and I would need to come back Monday and she said from 8am to 2pm so I said 8 would work then she said oh no we can’t do Monday mornings but I work Monday afternoons so I can’t do that which is what I also explained to the gentleman that I spoke to. So when I questioned why am I being told multiple different things she rudely stood up and said it’s 7am and she don’t have time to deal with me. I wasn’t rude just asking why the different stories. So I left and will not give these people my money or time. She was so rude and it was unnecessary.

This place was an absolute pleasure. The staff was amazing. the gentleman putting the windshield in was an absolute delight. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for a fast and wonderful experience.

I had a bad experience with SafeLite and searched for another vendor. I chose Delaware Auto Glass in Newark and was very pleased with them, from Bob the owner to the tech and the office staff. Bob was so helpful in explaining everything, which I really appreciated. Emily was very pleasant and efficient and the tech did a great job installing my rear window. I heartily recommend this long term locally owned family business for all your auto glass needs!

I had a rust problem under my windshield seal . Safelite would not touch it despite charging me 350 to replace the windshield . I randomly found Delaware auto glass in a Google search and I'm glad I did ! These guys are pros ! They got me in the day after I called, my windshield was done in a few hours for 125 dollars less then safelite charged . I was even able to pay over the phone and pick my car up after work hours which was super convenient . They even removed my insurance monitor and put it back on the new windshield . I cannot recommend these guys enough , definitely the right choice for any and all auto glass needs .

When I initially called, the person I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and helpful. However, my in person experience at the shop was less welcoming, as the staff didn’t seem very friendly. The windshield replacement itself was done quickly and appeared to be well done. That said, when I got back into my car, I noticed my EZ-Pass had been removed and left on the floor, which felt a bit inconsiderate. Overall, they offered the best price in the area, but the customer service could definitely be improved.

I initially contacted Safelite who wanted to charge me $500 to replace the front passenger side window in my 2025 Toyota Highlander. After thinking about the cost I “googled” auto glass repair shops near me and decided to call DAG.They gave me an appointment for the very next day, and quoted me a price of $231. I arrived @ 10:50 a.m., and @ 11:18 the work was complete!!! Awesome job!! Highly recommend it for all auto glass issues!! Great job, guys!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾😁

Owner is super weird, called to schedule mobile service and they said they weren't doing it because the weather was nasty. Sure thing, understandable. She says call back later in the week which I do, she says they aren't doing mobile service because it's too cold. Alrighty then, I called back a few minutes later same day to ask if it mattered if I had a garage and to try and schedule in shop repair and the owner answers and starts giving me a lecture about how he doesn't have to do work he doesn't want to? Guy wouldn't even let me talk he just kept going on and on while I was trying to schedule a service so eventually I just said thanks and hung up. Dropped it to one star bc you're pretending you never spoke to me 😂 i sure do have the right shop

I called to schedule to have my windshield replaced in a work truck. They were able to fit me in the next day, and had the job done in just a few hours, for an extremely reasonable and fair price. Staff was friendly.

Safelite wanted 14 business days to recieve and install the glass. Windshield Wizards did it in less than 24 hours! And they were 30% less expensive. Completely professional and courteous! Hope to never use them again.😉. But if you need glass done expertly and fast, Ryan is da man!

Had the absolute worst experience here. I work for a school and called to set up a vendor account with them to use them for our fleet of vehicles. The owner “bob” emailed me a w-9 for them and I had them added as a vendor on my end. I called he made me an appointment and once the job was completed I was told my company couldn’t pay my invoice. I stated that I wouldn’t have brought the vehicle in if that was the case and didn’t have a way to pay with a credit card as the company does not allow it. Bob told me that he chases enough people for money and putting me on a charge account for 1-2 jobs a year wasn’t worth it so I needed a credit card to get my vehicle and he hung up on me. I have never in my life been talked to like this by a business owner and I am honestly very disgusted and will never use them again.

Had the windshield in stock. Had availability the Saturday morning that I called. Very good price! Very quick and thorough service. The technician let me know of the current state of the windshield mounting service and all problems that could be associated with it in the future. Very happy I came here.

I came and sat in the waiting room. The windshield took no more than an hour and a half and was priced really well. Seems to be really good quality. Would recommend to anyone

Got there 15 minutes before scheduled time and they got me through pretty quickly while I waited. Great staff and easy to work with. They replaced the windshield and left very good instructions for care.

My brother recommended me here. Super professional. It took about 45 mins for the install, the installer communicated with me the entire way ensuring I was happy. I like that, especially since I was coming in due to a shop damaging my glass who did not have that kind of communication. Prices were great too. Will come back in the future if needed!

Had a bird run into my windshield and it cracked and quickly was growing. Their quote was more than half the quote that I got with Safelite (recommended with my insurance and with my deductible being $750 it just wasnt worth going that route) Made a 9am appt was out by 945am. Quick service and the windshield replacement looks great. No complaints. I hope to not have to return (no one wants a broken windshield) but if I have issues again I know where I will likely be.

When the front windshield of my vehicle was accidentally damaged, I contacted several auto glass shops recommended by my insurance company, but their quotes were all unreasonably high. Delaware Auto Glass wasn’t on my insurer’s preferred list, but I decided to give them a try—and their value was immediately apparent. Not only did I help save my insurance company money on the claim, but I also received top-notch service in return. From installation to calibration, everything was done with care, and the staff were incredibly friendly. If you’re in Delaware or the surrounding areas and need any kind of auto glass service, Delaware Auto Glass is definitely worth choosing.

I had used Delaware auto glass in the past so when my new 2023 Jeep Wranglers windshield broke I returned for a replacement. I called the day my windshield spidered and they got me in the next day. Well let me tell you, never ever would I recommend someone get their windshield replaced here. If I could give less than a one star I would. My Jeep is a limited edition color. They chipped the body/paint around the glass. I’ve never been more infuriated in my life. They had the audacity to use what looks to be purple nail polish to try and cover it up and not tell me. Let me mention the black sealant too. Oozing from corners and along the edges of the windshield. Even the window itself had black sealant on it. I’m beyond pissed and this is going to cost hundreds to fix. Do better. I will be reaching out for a full refund and compensation.

Brought my 2021 RAV4 to Delaware Auto Glass for a windshield replacement. The total cost seemed competitive. I had decided to bring my vehicle here because they seemed professional; however, I was quite disappointed by how they had damaged my side panel when removing the glass (see pictures). I showed the damage to the supervisor and they agreed to order a replacement. I had to drive one hour back to the shop to bring my vehicle. They did install a replacement for my side panel. I will never take my car here again. 3/4/24 - Update to reply to business response: The claim that the trim was damaged by another shop is completely false. In fact, I have pictures of the trim prior to leaving the car at your shop. In fact I have not had to replace my windshield before. The fact that you replied in such way shows lack of professionalism and business oriented approach. A simple response like this would have sufficed: “We are sorry you were not satisfied 100%. Please note we responded immediately to get this rectified.” It is not about the money. In the end, I would rather pay more and know I am getting a better service all around.

I was pretty shaken up when my front windshield suddenly shattered while driving on i-95 on Thursday evening. Friday morning I called Delaware Auto Glass and was given a quote and appointment for Monday morning. I arrived today and was so happy with the customer service I received. My technician Duane (spell check) was so friendly and helpful. He walked me through everything and started working on replacing my windshield right away. I sat comfortably in the clean lobby with free wifi and literally 35 minutes later my new windshield was done. Duane even vacuumed up the glass inside my car and re-installed my dash camera, phone holder and EZ-Pass. All of this for half the price of Safelite 😉. I'm so impressed and thankful!! Highly recommend Delaware Auto Glass for all of your Glass needs 🙌🏽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
