I have been getting my motorcycle and car batteries from this establishment for years. Today I stalled my manual car and a gentleman named Taron stopped and gave me a jump because the battery was to dead to "pop" I immediately went to Tristate because the battery was just purchased from there earlier this year. Gary very patiently came outside, checked my alt., It was good, tested battery.. no good, he grabbed new battery and installed it. He then told me to meet him at counter for price. Gary blessed me and I dont have the words to explain what his blessing meant to me. He was just being a good human while delivering amazing customer service. I asked for his name as I did Taron to put them on my prayer list. But I will also be paying their blessings forward. It was refreshing to see today that there are still good people in this world. Thank you Jesus!!!!

They always have what we need. Save yourself the trouble of driving around to different auto parts stores trying to find the right battery. Tri-state will have it.

Tri-State Battery is the only place to buy batteries! I have been buying my batteries there for years and will be a lifetime customer. The staff is the best and they know everything there is to know about batteries. I am a firm believer in going to a specialist for anything I need and that is why I will only purchase my batteries from them.

Edit update: The female clerk today, didn't get name! Outstanding service to me and another customer, even after stating wrong battery her bringing to front still was polite, respectful, and quick the grab the correct battery. If you need battery lights or electrical accessories for automotive. Make thud the only place you will be thankful

Came to get a battery for my Audi, paid $309 total, for the appropriate one, no big deal. At first they weren't sure what kind of battery I needed, said they HAD to see my old one, despite me telling them it probably wasn't the correct battery in the first place. Said they had to see it. Battery is in my trunk. I work as a locksmith and keep a costly inventory of push start keys and all my tools in my trunk. Informed employee that practically had 10k just laying on the concrete outside while finishing the sale. He assumed I was doing a trade in. Which I was not. He never asked. I would have rather changed my own battery in the safety of my garage. While we were finishing sale someone must have snatched a few ziploc bags of my keys. I'm not saying you're responsible but you ought to check the cameras. Because your employees were unwilling to do that for me. Probably because one of them snatched my keys. I've got a $350 dollar reward for the retrieval of what's missing and possible arrest of the employee responsible. My cust acct # is 20033394

Had a battery die that was under warranty, Mike behind the counter was super helpful even tho I cut into his lunch hour. Replaced it and helped point me in the right direction as to why it may have died before the warranty was up.

You need a battery? You need it today? They will have it. I’ve gotten several batteries for multiple vehicles and applications and Tri State battery always has what I’ve needed, and at the best price. You won’t go wrong with these guys.

I've always bought my batteries and alternators from here and never had an issue, if your thinking of leaving somthing with them to change ah battery ( i left a jump box ) , make sure it's something you don't need back and if you do you have 2 months+ of your time to call and show up there trying to get it back while they give you the run around and keep telling you they will have to call you back because no one will know anything about anything or give ah shit ... I even paid for it in full and that took 16 days after to get a response from someone because they said they had no record of me paying even when I showed them the bank transaction .. it's just crazy how you can be a loyal customer for 20 years and be treated so poorly .

If you own a motorcycle, jet ski or golf cart, you sometimes have to wait for your dealer to order a battery. Not here. They have them all in stock at fair prices. The staff is very helpful.

Staff was super friendly and prompt in helping even because they were almost closing but MIKE was kind enough to change my battery and install it! Their battery did the job. They had what I needed in stock. Prices seemed high but batteries have really climbed in the last couple of years... so, they're probably in line. The mower battery I got cost $25 last time and $45 this time. That's certainly out-paced inflation. Counter service was dull and lifeless. Would I go again? Maybe.

Always great service with the customer in mind. Had my Starter go on my car... not only did they order the correct part (not after market) but they replaced my battery free of charge because they reminded me my old one was under warranty. Highly recommend for batteries, starters, and alternators.

Pro: I love this place. They have always been quick, good priced and reliable. I have been having problems with my car lately, so I took it here today. My service person was Betty, she was very knowledgeable with my questions, and very professional. She diagnosed and replaced the battery in the floor of my car in about 10 minutes. She was awesome. Con: I have taken about 6 of my cars here and never got charged a service fee. This time I was charged a $30 service fee. When I asked about it, it was because the battery was in the floor of my car. Im okay with it though, because these guys still are cheaper than anywhere else and they rock!

Took my 2017 Yukon in to have the battery replaced and the service was OUTSTANDING. She got right to the work, and had it done very fast and thorough. Could not have asked for a better value for the battery and the service they provided. Thank you very much and I would never think to go anywhere else.

Very quick service both when I purchased the battery and when I returned the core. Both times the person who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. The battery worked like a champ and also gave me 100 more CCA over the old battery.

After some communication issues with the staff I was about to pull my starter from them. But Gary the manager took control of the situation and corrected the issues and walked me through everything with the process moving forward. He was clear and concise and listed all the options and outcomes with a deadline for the projects completion. I am very appreciative of their time on the project. This is a really great company, their knowledge is great and their resources are vast.

Good service and pricing. I went in for a 12V deep-cycle and they immediately tossed me a generic low-capacity. After pressing them over specs and making them present other options, I wound up with what I wanted. Overall, nice people, took the core, and loaded the new one for me.
