Locked door 15 min before closing time. Just need washer fluid w/de-icer tho, so I'll try Advance or Walmart. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. Aside from that everything has been alright.

Thank you MATT at this AutoZone for being such an amazing person, employee for finding me my exact headlight and going outside in the freezing cold to install it. He's absolutely the sweetest, patient person. I really appreciate employees like him . He definitely deserves a raise. ❤️

Great customer service from William! He went above and beyond to ensure the part I needed was in store and held on to it for me while I made my way from another location. On top of that he ensured the bulbs I have will fit the connector! Will surely be returning back to this autozone specifically!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store with the manager, Sam. I came in looking for a headlight and had a few questions, but Sam was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a condescending tone, making it clear she was annoyed by my inquiries. When I decided to go with the cheapest option, she snatched the receipt paper and stormed off, which was unprofessional. I told her I no longer wanted the item due to her attitude, and when I asked for the manager, she revealed that she was the manager. I pointed out that her behavior was unacceptable, and instead of taking responsibility, she started playing the victim. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service, and I won't be spending my money here I’ve never had any issues at this location ever until dealing with her how is she even the manager I did have few choice words after her condescending apology ; but I made it a point to contact corporate and regional as well there’s more details to this all but way too much to type for a google review

Always a line and staff standing around when I've gone there. You're much better off going to advance Auto parts. Phone is constantly ringing with no one ever picking up the phone. Order online for pickup? Good luck since they don't bother to pick the items off the shelf before you get there. Don't even bother with this place. Brand new store and the staff already have an attitude.

I ordered pick up in store to take advantage of the online coupon. I think I received a fair deal on 5 quarts of oil, oil filter and air filter for $42. Trevor, was very helpful when I couldn't find the oil for my car. Ms Karen, was patient and professional during checkout. And although, the manager( I believe his name is Paul) was unable to install my battery, he did try his best and that alone was enough. Thank you to the Team at AutoZone. Oh yeah! They offer self check-out!

Today is July 6 time is 7:41 AM I just walking to the AutoZone poor customer service i asked for assistance to come look at my vehicle to find out what the noise was I know that they are not mechanics I know this is not a autobody shop at all but customer service is about going above and beyond and not sitting behind a computer not giving me no eye Contact or anything of that sort horrible customer service skills horrible introduction this morning I would never come to this location again the store manager shows poor leader ship skills to the company employees

I just had an extremely appreciative experience at the autozone. When I same in the store I had doubts that my problem could be fixed and I would have to wait until Tuesday for the Mazda car dealership to open. I was about 2 minutes to depart when I was greeted by the customer sales rep Isa R. I explained my problem to her and I really didn’t expected what happened next. She immediately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to resolve the problem. I just stared with amazement how quickly and professionally she was and she took ALL my pre-doubts out of my head. If there was an employee of the year award it should definitely go to her. I will definitely be back if I have any car situations that are questionable to fix. 🏆🏆🏆

Just went to get windshield wipers .. No one offered to help me when I walked in, I had to walk up to the counter for help .. Looked like lady was on her phone , but could’ve been work related , no biggie ( still could’ve welcomed me when I came in). Another Lady helps me find what I need .. I asked if there would be anyone to help me put the wipers on .. a man from behind the counter responds & says “ Um, Not in the rain” …. At first I thought it was a joke … but I looked up and he was dead serious , I looked out the window, the drizzle that was going on earlier that morning , had stopped at this point … A random man in the store came up and told me he would help me … Waited for me to purchase the wipers , came to my car & put them on for me.. Maybe Auto Zone should pay this man since he helped me more than anyone else there .

I walked in and there was one person that took care of me and my issues while also taking care of other customers at the same time, it was clear they were understaffed and Samantha took care of me and others in line at the same time. My young daughter came to you guys when it was raining one day on her way home for Easter (a 2 hr drive). She purchased 2 front wipers and the gentleman kindly installed her wipers in the rain so kindly and easily, he was happy to help. The gentlemen didn’t know it but she had come straight from buying wipers at a competitor across the road and they refused to help her install the wipers she purchased from them because “it’s raining and we didn’t bring coats and don’t want to get wet”. She returned those wipers from your competitor and was really upset they didn’t help her. My husband called their corporate office and complained. He called the manager there and complained. She was crying because her wipers were bad and she didn’t know how to install them. But when she came to you guys your behavior toward her was just what she needed to feel better and safe and kind of even restored her faith in her fellow man. So, from me and my husband who usually spend upwards of $25k/year at Advanced, we are happy to bring that business over to AutoZone from now on. Thank you for doing what you “should” even if maybe you don’t want to get wet in the rain. ☔️

I feel like hiring people with some auto part & car knowledge should be a must. I went in to ask a question about a pigtail connection to a part & they expected me to know part number and everything. & seemed bothered that I didn’t have the information. Went over to advance auto parts and the guys over there were able to help me find the part I needed.

3/3/24 9:10AM Went in store to look around, asked employee for help looking up and item. They had an annoyed tone to their voice about it. When I tried to talk to them they walked off completely ignoring me, I heard one mumble to the other saying my mom stank. Very ignorant, Very disappointed. Never returning to this store again.

I needed an o2 sensor bung for a fresh catalytic converter that needed a downstream o2 on the shell. Couldn't believe they had it in stock. My welding will improve after I fix my machine.

What an experience. Had to replace a head light for 2013 Nissan juke. Nicky was quick to help me pick out the right bulb and proceeded to try and help me install it. It was tough going, but she wouldn't give up. Soon she was joined by Hakeem and the manager Carlos. This old stubborn head light wasn't giving an inch. The team wouldn't quit. They were finally successful and replaced it. They don't know what they have done for me. I was on my way to see my long lost father in New Jersey, just couldn't risk it driving so late at night and winter conditions was gonna be a problem. The trip was gonna have to wait. But, because of their wouldn't give up, now I can head out tonight to reunite with long awaited family members. It's my own Christmas miracle 2023. And it's my birthday today. Thank you Nicky, Hakeem and Carlos. Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
