I show up at 0700 and they tell me they don't receive till 0900
Then they take 2 other drivers in before me
My time is money and I won't have them wasting any of mine ever again
I’m very surprised: I registered at the entrance with the security guard at 18:06, which took two minutes. I was immediately assigned door 14. I parked at the door. Six minutes later, an employee came and took the BOL. They unloaded me in 14 minutes. Seven minutes later, they returned the BOL, and five minutes after that, I left the premises. I spent less than an hour on the premises.
Entry for trucks is same as employee entrance.Guard was professional have your license and paperwork ready.My appointment was at 1800 arrived @1745.Overnight parking available
Like any other businesses if they are busy expect delay 1to 2 hours . If not it will take 30 to 45 minutes .overnight available if you find spot on their outsider lot .
This place sucks My appointment time was 7 I got here and parked overnight in the dark parking lot. I sat Here for 4hours with nothing but excuses and I had Empty card board boxes. And it is 12 o'clock now and just now got empty. And the trailer wasn't even halfway full. DON'T COME HERE
I arrived 9:42 for 9:46 had a good experience with the security lady who told me where to dock and was unloaded by 11:20. That was good for a full load.
They wont unload you unless you talk to them they will forget about you came here on time actually 2 hrs early and got door 15 min before my apt and got door but i had to remind them to unload me because they dont care!!!
I was let go when I got sick. Had to take a covid test to come back, just to be let go. I looked in the manager's face & asked is there a problem & they said no. So why am I not there anymore?
My appointment was 9am I’ve got there around 9pm the night before they did let me stay their yard for overnight parking and they’ve called me around 4:30am for door 5:30am I was out
Must be a busy place with one person working can't unload there own order. App 1pm 5 hours later still no dock and waiting. I ever see a delivery for Enfield, CT first question will be where to cause if it's here and not a drop and hook I don't want it.
Beware delivery drivers.. these dirt bags have you drive all the way out to their place, wait at the security station for way to long, and guess what, they live up to the stereotype.. no tip. You'll get stuck.. let them get their own food!
Otr Driver. Cant check in early at all, no where to legally park near by while you wait. Never again. There this blond Kraken in the receiving office with a nast way of carrying herself. These pepole have made my jaw drop with the way they operate here. I know im just one small insignificant person but with out that one penny you can't make a dollar. Advanced Auto Parts you just lost a loyal customer. I would literally drive past your competitors auto parts stores to give you my small business. Those days have come to an end.
5pm appointment and still sitting here as of 11:00 now!!Please avoid this place if you can!I know I'll never come back once I finally get outta here!!Unacceptable!!
