This is the worst used dealership I have ever encountered. I contacted the owner to buy a car and he assured me everything was great on the car. I purchased the car after test driving and the car broke down on me 5 weeks later. When I called the shop to get help no one answered. I went there and the Russo guy appeared to be falling alseep mid conversation and very out of it. I explained the check engine light came on and the car stopped in the middle of the road and he told me there was nothing he can do because I bought the car “as is”. I had the car for 5 WEEKS I was out of 8 thousand dollars and I had a lemon. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His cars are bad and he’s a terrible person.
Joe met all of my expectations. Was very kind to my mother and I. He even did new breaks, rotors, disc, e brake so I would be confident for my sale. Great team.
I bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla from Joe a few weeks ago. The car was a rare find being in excellent condition with only 52000 miles. Joe was kind enough to put new tires on it at his cost (a real savings) and met me after hours to suit my schedule. He's a real gentleman who goes the extra yard to please his customers. Got my first car at this dealership and the experience was beyond smooth and easy going. The owner, Joe, is a great guy who actually cares about the well being of his customers before anything else. He took the time to find a car that was in my budget but still had everything I wanted and more. I hadn’t really known much about purchasing a vehicle and Joe took the time to educate me on the ins and outs of the process. Great guy great dealership!! Bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had issues a few weeks later. Brakes needed replacement, evap leak, engine blew 4 months later due to a blown head gasket, front end support needed to be replaced, etc.. Lots of covering up of issues! Owner never returned calls or would come up with excuses to miss agreed upon service dates. Do not buy from them! Garbage autos! Took advantage of a military Vet who was down on his luck! Have ALL the paperwork to prove what I said!
From start to finish Gio was nothing but professional with me. Not only did he address any questions or concerns I had he went above and beyond to make sure my used car was safe for me and my family. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go see Gio at Russo's auto exchange he has a great selection and it's all very affordable priced. Highly recommend Gio for a great car buying experience!
Joe gave us a honest assessment on the phone of the two cars we came to take a look at. The one car we chose not to get he told us beforehand had a rip in the seat and he had ordered the new parts to fix. We were not fixated on getting a car that day but ended up purchasing a very low mileage, one owner, no accident Acura MDX for $7,500. The price was below market value and we made the choice to buy based on other research we’d done. We came from out of state so I was anxious about the paperwork, registration, plates, title, etc and how that whole process would work being out of state. Once we bought the vehicle the title took a while to come in the mail but Joe kept us in the loop during that process and provided updates along the way. The wait had something to do with COVID and a title holding company but Joe worked on the situation and followed up to make sure we received the title. Our car is registered, titled, and inspected in our state and we are very happy with the vehicle and the quality/value we got! Thanks Joe!
If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Gio has a bad attitude and lacks good customer service. My daughter and I had interest in an suv on his lot. He walked right by us, looked at us but did not utter a word. We continued looking for a while when we realized Gio wasn’t going to come out to greet us. I had to go to him to ask if we could get some service. (When I went in he was just sitting there.) He claims he was on the phone. His approach was so negative we decided to take our money elsewhere. Later, I found that Gio decided he’d take this bad experience out on my business by searching me and giving my business a 1 star rating...how spiteful, how low. I will never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this individual.
The energy we received from the seller we found after our visit with Gio was the complete opposite! They were welcoming and helpful. We bought the car and will be sending them more buyers.
Making people feel like their business/money isn’t worth your time or energy is not a good look. Bad customer service will get you nowhere! Do better Gio!
Stay away from this place. Bought a vehicle from Joe and it has been nothing but problems. Once he has money he never returns calls. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
