Multiple problems encountered while getting oil changed. Paid 123$ for oil change / tire rotation. Asked them to check for a leak in tire. Requested high-mileage oil change. I’m going on a long road trip soon, so my first mistake was going here to get my car serviced. Problems below- First problem- they forgot to check for the leak. As I was leaving, I asked the girl if they found anything wrong with the tire and she they forgot to look. Second problem- as I’m getting in my car, the guy who acted like he couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. I explained about the tire and he said that he didn’t rotate them because they didn’t need it. Okay but I paid for it ?! Third problem- they gave me the synthetic oil which is more expensive when I asked for the high mileage so they’re a bunch of thieves over there. Beware of this location.

So.. I explain that lug nuts are rounded before brake job is done. ASK for lugs to be replaced and that doesn't happen . Just put rounded ones back on! So what happens if I blow a tire????? I wasn't able to get em off thats why I spent 750 bucks to have you guys do my brakes!!!

Brought my car in to repair a humming sounds. Was informed I needed a new rear differential. I dropped the car off Monday evening. I received a call on Tuesday evening from (Manny) informing me the car is all set and I must pay over the phone. I was never informed of this requirement and informed him I did not feel comfortable. He insisted on the payment. On Wednesday afternoon I show up to pick up my car and was informed while my car was being worked on the wheel barring was damaged, but no worries because it will be fully covered by them. Why was I not informed of this? I would leave the car until it’s fully serviced. My vehicle is still making the same loud humming sounds, my ABS sensor is on, traction off indicator is also on. Plus I have to bring the car back and wait another 45 minutes. There should’ve been better communication.

I got a flat an hour before they closed, and drove there still leaking air expecting to be leaving my car for a day or two. They took me in, we explored my options, and they had me out with a patch a few minutes after they closed. I can't express how much I appreciate them being able to fit in in last second and have me driving away just an hour later. The staff is awesome, and I'll certainly be going to them for the things I don't feel like doing myself.

Great service! I walked in asking if they could look at my car for a noise it was making. Found the issue and fixed it immediately. Could have told me it was a big issue and I would have believed it, but their honesty won me over. Also, they found one of my rims was bent badly, which was overlooked by another auto repair place 6 days prior. The service desk, the mechanics and price was perfect. I am now a new customer. Thank you!

I do not recommend. I was out of state and overcharged for my services. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Said "thank you" to the staff who was all standing around laughing and whispering and was ignored. Try going anywhere else before you go here.

I really appreciate their job. I scheduled appointment, they prontly order the tires, came back next day and fixed. Awesome service and reception. Really recommend.

This isn't the Monroe service center that I generally use because it is a few towns away, but they were able to take me right at 730 in the morning to fix my flat tire. Manny Hurtado and Josh had great customer service and were warm and welcoming in the reception area.With myself, wife, mother-in-law and baby. We were back in on the road in thirty minutes.

I scheduled my appointment. They took me on time. Great service. One slight issue, my hood was not completely shut.

Updated: Came in to get one of a sensors changed on the Tire Pressure Monitor System. The sensor was replaced but the owner/manager could not figure out how to program the sensor. I don’t know what he did but neither of the rear sensors provide a reading now. I was charged full price and I was told to bring it to the dealer and let them figure it out. Why do I have to bring it to the dealer and pay extra for it when you did not complete the job like you promised. Please stay away from this business unless you want to waste your time and money. Received a reply from the owner and was told to bring my vehicle back and when I got there I was told rudely by Manny, the manager that he didn’t write the reply and there is nothing he can do. He also refused to give me his name or the owner name

The team at Monro in Enfield went above and beyond to make sure the alignment on my Jeep was perfect. It was aligned twice at a different shop with poor results. I am happy I was able to find a shop dedicated to quality results and customer service that was able to actually fix the issue.

A young lady was at the front desk. She could have not been nicer, more knowledgeable or better at customer service. I love the Enfield, CT shop.

brought my vehicle to monroe to have the oil checked out as it was leaking. they showed me that the oil was coming from the drain plug so i asked them if there could get me a new drain plug. they said yes, just for me to further figure out that they didn’t replace the drain plug. i brought it to another mechanic and they replaced the drain plug and found no oil leak. this place took my money for an oil change when i didn’t have not even 100 miles on my new oil and didn’t fix what i asked. they do not listen to there customers and are only interested in your money and on top of all this i went back when my car was fixed and asked if they had my skid plate from the other day maybe in the trash. manny the store manager disappeared to go look for it and came back and said he didn’t find anything and would check in the morning and give me a call. i went to the back of the shop where the dumpster was and there was one item in the dumpster being my skid plate. terrible experience. management was lazy and money hungry

Went here because my tire had a leak and I was told by a friend that my tires were bare. I didn't catch their names, but two guys checked the tread on my tires and said the tread was fine. My tire was fixed at no cost and very quickly! I'm very grateful for their service. My appointment was very early.

Went in for a slow leak in my tire, I had to fill with air twice in a month because it went as low as 26psi. They checked the tire and could not find the leak, asked me if I was sure it was leaking, went back and checked it again and still could not find it. Took two people to check it the third time and they came back to me and said they found the leak in the side wall and the tire needed to be replaced, $214 for one tire(which may be fair because it’s a new car and the tires are 150$ each). They didn’t fill the air in the tire to the needed psi (they left it at 28) and I had to stop on the way home to fill it up-it didn’t trigger until I had driven for a bit that it was low still. All in all, the service was completed timely at a fair price, I just lost some confidence in them as they had trouble finding the leak and then didn’t fill my tire with air to the recommended psi.

I made an online appointment which gave me a time block to bring in car in (7:30a to 11a I believe). When I went around 9:20am there was no record of my appointment by name or phone number despite the text confirmation I received when making the appointment. BUT they took the car no problem and it was done when it said it would be done. Was a work/fleet vehicle so not sure if that had an impact but zero upselling (although brand new car with only 7500 miles so not sure what there would be to upsell). It is a process to authorize service but they did it as quickly as they could and never seemed frustrated by it.

I have used Monro in Enfield for my car for years and they always do a fantastic job. From the person at the front desk to the technicians everyone is knowledgeable and great! I have had some negative experiences previously at the dealership , and I am always treated with respect and kindness when I go to Monro. I also feel as though their prices are fair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to get their vehicle serviced.

I had a muffler emergency on a Saturday. I stopped in 2 hours before closing. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic! He took my car in welded the muffler and I was out in less than 1 hour! I would definitely recommend Monroe in Enfield.

Went in with a loud vroom in the car, rattling noise and an estimated cost from a different place of $600. Came out with the issue corrected and Manny (The owner & the technician) did not even charge a single penny. Extremely happy with the service.

I stopped in yesterday 8/18 as my exhaust had detached and fallen and was dragging on the ground. The receptionist at the desk was very friendly and immediately went to go speak with the mechanic, Manny, in the garage about my situation. I had asked if the exhaust could be cut off since I had no way of paying to get it fixed. Manny pulled my car into the lift and started assessing the situation. He quickly came up with a solution and I was able to leave within minutes! I will recommend Monro to anyone who might need some help!

I purchased tires online on 7/23/25 and setup an appointment foe 8/2/25 at 12:30. When I arrived ar 12:20 I was told the appointment was running late due to new appointments made THAT MORNING and other walking, but my tires would be done around 5:00. They called at 5:30. They close at 6:00. I was told they didn't get to my tires. And would do them first car in the morning and would call as soon as they were done. No one called I called at 12:00 and was told they would call back in 5 minutes as they were not sure my car was done. They called back at 12:30 and said my car was ready. When I arrived I was told off by the MANAGER for giving his counter associate a hard time about my car on Saturday and was told there is a $97.00 ballance due. My tires and installation were all prepaid on 7/23/25. He said I needed proof of that which I had. My only problem on Saturday is my appointment was SET ON 7/23 AND FROM 12:30 TO 6:00 THEY still didn't have my car ready. The manager then SLAMED MY key fab on the counter and said not to come back. I asked for a receipt and was told to get it from the online store I purchased the tires from. I called MUNROE MUFFLER corporate to complain about the encounter and was hung up on so corporate doesn't care what goes on in their stores as long as they get paid. I would reconsider using this place. Town fair tire would be a much better choice.

I got a flat on Saturday afternoon and had to be in Boston Sunday evening! I have run-flats for my Mini Cooper and could not find anyone open but Monro! I was able to make an appointment online and they were able to see my first thing Sunday morning! The best part they were able to plug it and did not charge me anything! I am blown away! Thank you so much Monro! I will be back!

Manny and his team at the Monro in Enfield are fantastic. They are capable fair and honest. Manny communicated with me on what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. They have earned my trust and I will be taking all my vehicles there whenever the need arises.

AMAZING! After a horrible experience at another auto service center, I came to Monro in Enfield to get an oil change and replace my serpentine belt, and honestly speaking, this team is AMAZING! The manager Manny was great, helpful and efficiently resolved the issue and saved my business. The techs Brandon and Theresa were such great and professional employees. They provided me with updates every step of the way, were extremely professional and provided GREAT SERVICE! 10/10!!!

This place has transformed for the better! The new manager Manny and his employees he hired are PERFECT and they know their job! I’m always greeted with great respect and great hospitality!!!!
