On December 13, 2025, he personally assisted me with my vehicle, including installing a new battery and locating my receipt. His willingness to dedicate time and effort when others were unavailable truly stood out. He was the only one who provided assistance, and I am sincerely grateful for his support. The car battery in my 2018 Cadillac was going. I was getting a lot of misinformation and finally called AutoZone in Enfield. They were very helpful and told me to bring the car down and they would handle replacing my battery. Matthew C was amazing. It was cold and windy, but he stood outside like a champ and replaced the battery. Thank you For turning this into a very easy process and helping us not to get stuck. Definitely recommend!
I went in to get my battery checked out and the store manager Mathew helped me with this. He did a fantastic job of walking me through my options for a new battery and he took the time to install it for me. I am extremely grateful for his help, and I’ll definitely be back and recommend this location to others!

Andrew was the only one on site- waiting for the manager to open business- at 7:36am Matt finally arrived- walking past me - a customer- without as much a a nod or an apology-
Andrew immediately grabbed my headlight- told me he could install it for me - 5 min later off and on my way
Maybe Management should reconsider who should hold the key to open the door- Andrew was kind and considerate and confident at his job - I’ll be back

Woke up this morning to my car not starting and my battery reading 9v. Stopped at this auto zone and dealt with Andrew, he was efficient, professional, and articulate. Battery was purchased and installed within 5 minutes, excellent service.
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I recently visited this AutoZone location to purchase brake pads and rotors for my car, and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered.
The employee who assisted me was not wearing a name badge, so I’m unable to identify him—but he made the experience incredibly frustrating from the start. I asked for help in checking whether my car had single or dual piston calipers. Instead of helping me check (something many auto parts stores will do), he refused and told me to check it myself and he told me that he can't leave the store. So we had to go outside and figure it out on our own through Google.
When I returned and told him I needed parts for a single piston caliper, he proceeded to gather the brake pads and rotors without clearly explaining any prices or options. After grabbing everything, he suddenly tells me it would cost $195—which caught me completely off guard, especially since AutoZone's website listed the rotors I needed at $88 for a pair. He then informs me that the box only includes one rotor, contradicting what I saw online.
When I decided not to go forward with the purchase due to the misleading pricing and lack of transparency, the employee visibly became annoyed, muttered "Seriously?", and ended the interaction with a sarcastic "Have a nice day."
I left feeling extremely disappointed. As a customer trying to make an informed and accurate purchase, I expected a basic level of support and professionalism. Instead, I got poor service, unclear pricing, and an attitude that made me regret walking in.
This kind of experience is unacceptable, especially from a store that’s supposed to help people with their car needs. I won’t be returning to this location.
Stopped for a few things. 3 or 4 employees stocking shelves, at least one on their phone. Walked around the store twice, no one could be bothered to ask if I needed help. I could've asked, but I didn't. Have gotten decent service there before.
Matthew, the store manager as well as Nate and Shamar were so helpful with finding the right parts for me to repair my car after it broke down 5 hours away from home. They went the extra mile while maintaining impeccable hospitality and patience! I’m very grateful I visited this store today. :)
The people here are amazing. Josh really helped me out with identifying the correct wiper blades for my Subaru - he knew exactly which wipers would work with the proprietary wiper arms and saved me a bunch of time. I've been here a couple of times - everyone here is pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to help

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Matthew! After purchasing the wrong windshield wipers earlier in the day, I returned to the store, and Matthew helped me find the correct ones. He even went above and beyond by installing them for me and taking the time to show me how to do it myself. He was friendly, professional, and clearly great at his job. I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future!
The employees are always a huge help, polite and friendly. The girls this morning helped me find a fuse, got my pellet stove up and running. They helped when the brake line broke, got me what I needed to fix it. Great location, great employees!

Jess was absolutely incredible!!! Not only was she polite and educated in what my needs were but she went above and beyond to help me fix the problem and put the piece in for me. I will definitely be coming back here to work with her for all future needs.
So we went to get windshield wiper replace and added windshield washer fluid then Mathew the young man that works there noticed that there was corrosion on my battery so he offered to help us get it off and help us to buy what we needed and he was so very polite and so helpful. Thank you Matthew for a wonderful experience.
I stopped into the Enfield location to purchase a new battery for my car. Matt was extremely helpful and helped to swap the battery out. Because of the model of my car, apparently it’s a more complicated process. Brianna (I hope I spelled it correctly), the store manager came out to assist him. Both of them were extremely friendly and patient! Great job!

5 starts all around! Matthew is an amazing manager, and a hard worker. He’s respectful, efficient, and knows what he’s doing, his positive attitude ads a cherry on top. I’m grateful to come across an individual like him.
I came in on a Saturday to get my windshield wipers replaced. And I was greeted by Matthew and he was absolutely amazing. Great customer service, great personality, very helping. I’ve never done my own windshield wipers before and he sat there and taught me how to do the entire thing was super sweet And made sure I left with the proper wipers and them being on properly and then I knew how to do them. If I ever need to go back there, I’m going to talk to Matthew.
Jess switched my car battery with ease and know how. She was personable and a complete professional. Definitely a hard worker & a big help for someone like me. A note to management; keep her around as she is a valuable employee. A note to customers; Ask for Jess, she knows what she is doing & very helpful.
I have been here several times. Pearl and his daughter are so good to work with. Very friendly and really know their stuff. They never try to sell you anything you do not need. Prices are very reasonable. I wll definitely come back.
A couple days ago my car battery died and i went to this exact location and the employee named Armando helped me out and I couldn’t be more happier with his service! He got me the best of the best and also installed the battery too! Everything is working good on the car and he did a great job!! 5 stars it is!! 💪🏽
