Fantastic experience! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I needed for my car. They even helped me troubleshoot a couple of issues, which I really appreciated.
I came in for roots pads and a caliper and bracket kit. got home and the caliper slide was locked in the new caliper bracket. No big deal I’ll bring I back and have it swapped out. Get there and the guy tells me he’ll have a replacement tomorrow. Come in the next day to get it, a different employee puts the new caliper I ordered on the counter and calls over the guy from yesterday. That guy assumed I was returning the second caliper and was telling me it’s “suspect” and that it doesn’t look like what they sold me(didn’t sell it to me yet I just walked in to pick it up). Then he realizes he’s wrong and stop giving me crap for thinking I’m “scamming” them for parts. Finally I get home, second allegedly good replacement caliper in hand. Install it. As soon as I tighten the bolts I see the bleeder that’s as tight as gets is leaking out of the fitting and all I’m thinking is great. I have to deal with these guys again. Just go somewhere else, the attitude isn’t worth it and neither are the odds of being sold something you have to keep bringing back. Went to autozone, dude was nice and look at that, first try on the caliper and no issue
There is nothing more annoying as a customer than being ignored. 1 employee in the lot with a customer 2-3 in the back, I stood for minutes at the front counter (I could have been up to no good had I been so inclined). Outside employee (Asst Manager per the shirt) came back in finished with customer and immediately prioritized a "commercial customer" above me and showed him to the back. When he finally came back to the counter. I informed him I was picking up the online ordered gasket that was visible behind the counter (I had been looking at my order throughout). I should have been in and out for an online order that was picked and ready, but because these stores don't staff appropriately (and or have employees/management that care) I was there for nearly 10 minutes and felt disrespected, unvalued, and unappreciated for the decision to shop there. Good thing Advance and Autozone are equally poor at customer service, wouldn't it be amazing if one of you would decide to bring back customer service as a differentiator.
I’m a commercial account, every time I call it’s just blatant rudeness topped with a lack of knowledge. Honestly would be better off using the advanced auto or Napa right down the road.

One of our windshield wipers broke prematurely, but Wilfredo was quick to mount a new set at no charge.
Nasir was helping us with brakes been rotors today they had some kind of deal only my second time going to O'Reilly's absolutely love the service and to help will return thank you
I have been going to the guys at O'Reilly's for a long time now. They are all great, especially Tom! Always quick to help and goes above and beyond for his customers! I love coming here for all my car needs, and there have been a LOT of needs lol! I recommend them to everyone and their car needs!!
The guys at the Hazard Ave shop went above and beyond to install my new car battery late on a cold Saturday night. The gentleman that installed it even detailed the engine bay. EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend this location!!!
The part is always wrong and crappy quality. The kids that work there are generally rude. Not a good place to buy parts. Your better to go up the road to napa.
When I went to pick up stuff for an oil change I asked the guy at the counter for a quote for brakes and oil change for another car. That apparently was enough to ruin this guy's day as he seemed annoyed by my presence as a whole much less my request for a quote. While I did get the oil and filter for the one car I ended up leaving without the information I was looking for because not only was he give me incorrect information, he seemed to have zero interest in rectifying that. With so many other options to get parts I see no reason to go to this particular store given how rude the employee was. I will not be returning to this location.
I never in my veterans years has gone to a place and said they need a military ID number so I can get my veterans discount. This is after I showed him my license that has the American flag veterans on it as my ID. This person at the front desk just was annoyed from the beginning. I’m very disappointed at O’Reillys customer service In Enfield Connecticut.
I am a homebirth Midwife and needed new wiper blades in case I get called out to a Birth in the storm. I went there tonight and got some new wiper blades and they were nice enough to put them on my car service.
Great O'Reilly's location! (Scitico- Enfield location) Employees are very courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldn't think about going to any other places!
I have to say after a Horrible experience with Monroe on freshwater Blvd went to O’Reilly’s and they were nothing but helpful! They are amazing there and a special shout out to Mike who went above and beyond to help my husband with finding parts and also dealing with Monroe who broke our car literally by messing up our alternator/belt and not putting the belt on correctly! NEVER GO TO MONRO AND AUSTIN THE MANAGER THERE IS VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL! THANKS AGAIN O’REILL’YS you will alway have our business!
My husband and I stopped tonight for tail light bulbs. Andrew helped get them right away. We realized that a fuse was also blown. He came out to our car in the rain to help us get the fuse out and then helped us purchase the correct fuse and even came back out in the rain to put it in for us. Everything works now! Thanks a lot Andrew for all your help!
