Took my car here November 29, 2025 for something other than struts. They told me the struts really needed to be done so I had them done. When I picked up the car it was making a clunking but they closed just as I drove away. Called the next morning and was told they don't have time to look at the car, it was busy holiday time. I kept getting told there wasn't time until I stopped calling and just put up with the sound. Today I had to take the car to a local mechanic and I am having to replace the same exact struts that were supposedly replaced in November.
This is at a huge cost to me and my family. I want a refund on the faulty parts as I would not go back there for any more work to my car.
They had no problem trying to get me to buy a package to get my headlights defogged but couldn't properly execute the work they assured me I needed done that day.
Got an oil change last week here and had some issues today as I realized I had no oil in my car. I was leaving a rainbow trail all over town lol. Came right back and asked for help and they were able to identify what happened (pinched oil filter gasket) and fixed the issue in under an hour free of cost. I am very pleased and thankful with how quick and smooth things were able to play out. Thank you Firestone!
Great customer service, great prices, and exceptional service. I came in to check price and availability for tires compared with my dealer. They had the right tires at the right price. A technician noticed I had a check engine light on and they contacted me right away to ask if I wanted a diagnostic. I agreed because the dealer could not fit me in that day. The problem was found and fixed faster than the dealer could have done and at much less cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a fair shake for excellent service.
Was on a trip far from home when my check engine light started flashing and found this place. The workers were SOO friendly and helpful and immediately started working on my car. My circuit coil broke/died so we chose to wait there and we had our dogs with us which they very nicely let us sit in the waiting area with them(if they were quite and wouldn’t bark at people). They finally figured out the problem and explained it would take a while to fix the problem but they would stay late to help us out if needed. Which was very nice of them since we would be stuck other wise. While waiting i saw the workers helping customers in a very nice, professional and efficient manner. They explained everything very well and always answered my questions when needed. Thank you guys again for being amazing and helping me with this. If I’m ever in the area again i won’t hesitate to come back here.
I will not be back and once my credit card is paid off, I will be canceling it. Tristan Molby is a horrible manager doesn’t know customer service or how to deal with customers.
They are overpriced and they ripped people off
I scheduled an oil change in advance and arrived for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. Tristan (sorry if I misspelled your name) was my point of contact and immediately asked if I had any other concerns. I did, and he submitted an additional maintenance voucher request for me. Although the approval process with Hertz took most of the day, Tristan stayed patient, professional, and kept me informed the entire time. While I didn’t get anywhere speaking with Hertz myself, Tristan continued advocating for me and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to his persistence, my car was approved and I left in a safe vehicle. Very thankful for his excellent service.

Every time I have an appointment or need work on my vehicle, I always go to the Enfield Firestone. They are also super courteous and professional. I just had to have some pretty significant repairs done to my vehicle. The team was wonderful with keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle, especially Ken! They were honest, explained everything thoroughly, and did not try to upsell or price gouge me. Highly recommend Enfield Firestone!
The employees at Enfield Service center are very k owledgeable and easy to work with on all aspects of the repairs. They give you a good explanation and help with any thing available that can lower your cost.
I've been there about three times in the last month for a few different services and they've always been attentive, helpful, and honest. On one particular occasion, I was impressed by their grace under pressure as they handled dozens of incoming calls while attending to customers.
Firestone did a great job, my car was in and out even on a busy day. Much thanks to Mark P. He is an excellent mechanic and I recommend him for all work.
I had no appt, but a flat tire, coming back from the airport to my home in Vermont. I was told they were very busy but would try to fit me in. I think waiting 2 hours was reasonable, considering I just showed up. The service men were thorough and explained everything so I could understand, and even mentioned that my struts would need service soon. They all were awesome! Thank you so much!
The wait time was pretty long, but to be expected for a Friday afternoon. The gentlemen were all very kind, Tristan I believe is who checked me in and the guy who is a little taller cashed my out and they were both very kind.
Although I was just there for my emissions- they explained everything in detail to me:)
Ken was absolutely phenomenal!!!! No pressure whatsoever at this store in regards to getting services done or applying for the credit card to save money. No shame if not wanting too or anything. Have been coming to this store for multiple years for multiple cars. Will never change!!
Great experience everytime I come. Recommend for easy in and out for tire swaps, emissions and anything else your vehicle needs.. Fast and friendly service every time I visit!
Service was deplorable. One hour and fifteen minutes for an oil change?? I met another customer who had been there 2 hours. Its a glorified Jiffy Lube except not nearly as fast as Jiffy Lube. Do NOT go to these guys.
The policy to not replace only brake pads, but have to get rotors and pads changed together, I imagine makes a lot of people go elsewhere to just get their pads replaced. Almost $1,100 to get front and rear brakes done on 2015 Nissan Rogue. They were fast and efficient though.
I came to Firestone on short notice w/ issues I have received from another tire company prior and they fixed my issues and took the best care of me within 30 minutes or less. I thought I would’ve been here all day. I 10/10 recommend coming to Firestone for any vehicle issues that you are experiencing, these guys are truly the best.
Our alignment was done thoroughly, and Angelo was super friendly and welcoming. The $20 coupon applied to the unlimited alignment option made our service an excellent value.
With a 2 hr wait time, We’d love to see a coffee station or at least a water offer.
Well, i found this year that CT state demands a emissions test on the cars, and was trying to figure out where to do it.
I call this place, and they do the emission test.
When arrived, the people on the front desk was pretty friendly and took everything really fast.
Took around 45min-1hour to do this and it is only cash.
I never purchase anything else or use the service of the place but during my stay I hear good reviews and opinions from other customers, including guarantee. This tells me that they take care of the customers. I spoke with 2 of the guys there about randon things and was pretty comfortable.
I'll recommend 100% to stop and visiting this place for oil changes or as tired option.
I’ve been working on my credit for so long. I finally get it to almost 700 and they asked me if I want to pay with some sort of credit. I’m not really familiar with this credit thing they ran my credit and dropped my score 100 points thank you Firestone for messing up my life. Hard credit check. They messed my life up. I still can’t believe this happened. Horrible!!!! I’m legit crying!!!!
Today was an amazing day. Upon arrival, I was having a rough morning. Tristan, the best fire stone representative in the world, helped me. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and overly helpful. I recommend everyone to visit him at this location. He made my life so much better and easier. He deserves a raise. Lol.
Gave me a decent deal on tires and they installed with no issues. Tires is about all I’d do here. Don’t let them touch your car for repairs. They upsale everything and can’t even change oil correctly. Last time I had them do an oil change they overfilled by almost 2quarts and mangled my drain plug bolt beyond recognition.
Ray was absolutely amazing! He handled my emissions test with professionalism, was incredibly friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend this place to others.
We brought our car in for a nail in the tire. It took 2.5 hours to get a diagnosis and the tire could not be repaired due to it being below repairable specs. So, we bought 2 tires which took an additional 2 hours to install. Then waited an additional 1/2 hour to get checked out at register and pay. Extremely poor communication from the service representative and the price was higher than most other locations with all the Extra charges. Overall, I would not recommend this location for service. We were in a situation and didn't have a choice because of the nail in the tire and they took full advantage of that situation.
What is the point of scheduling an appt if your car isn’t pulled into the garage until 70min after the scheduled appointment time? There was no communication either; I had to discover this on my own. You get two star review because I appreciated one of the reception staff’s customer service skills. When I arrived and confirmed my service with him he estimated it would take about an hour. This felt courteous as I know an oil change takes about 30-40min and he’s being on the safe-side in case there’s any hold up. After waiting an hour I got up to check if my vehicle was in one of the bays but nope- it was still parked where I left it. That’s when I got confirmation from them that it was just about to be brought in. Honestly why have scheduled appointments? I left work early for this. I usually do my own oil change but I had a coupon/discount and figured this will be convenient. Nope. You lost my business, I wasted an hour in your waiting room, and now I still have to find the time to do my own oil change.
At least communicate about delays next time so I can make an informed decision on if I can wait or not. Thank you
I had a great experience at Firestone! The staff was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Anthony took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave me a clear estimate before starting any work. The service was completed quickly, and my car is running better than ever. It’s hard to find a place you can trust, but I definitely feel confident bringing my vehicle here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto service!
Better off going somewhere else that won’t screw up an oil change / tire replacements. Got an oil change a week ago originally, took it back Sunday for tire replacements. I got my car back and it absolutely reeked of oil which is not normal, I assumed they topped off my car and spilled oil cause after the visit on Sunday they checked all the other fluids as a courtesy. It rained that night and my long drive to work and the entire time the oil smell was still there, I didn’t think to check until I got to work and that’s when I discovered my oil cap was never put back on. I’m lucky I didn’t lose my oil cap honestly! I call firestone and I got hung up on twice trying to explain what is going on, Christopher needs to take a class on customer service instead of huffing and puffing on the phone cause he refused to listen to my issue. Literally got a new free oil change but nothing else for reimbursement for a possible damage of the engine to my car cause of their negligence.
Came in on a Friday and asked for a snow tire change over. Understandably, they were too busy, but they suggested I make an appointment, next available slot was 1030am Sunday. I took it. Dropped my car off before the appointment time and was assured I would be taken well care of. I called at 3pm asking for an update and was told it would be done between 4 and 430… Can you explain why it’s now 525pm, they are now closed and my car still has 4 tires off the rims? Hope the techs at least get overtime for the mis-management. Manager didn’t charge for the service, but was still mistreated as a customer.
