I brought the car on Wednesday and on Tuesday I got a call that the car was ready. I was very pleasantly surprised. They were fixing dents and scratches, and now it looks perfect. Brought my son’s car in Monday morning and they had it fixed and ready to pick up Wednesday afternoon. This was so much faster than I expected and the car looks great! They were friendly and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!
My doorhandles fell off on my driver side a few weeks back. I had new handles, but I am vision impaired, and it was more detailed than I could handle. I had no way of getting in and out of the car except for climbing over the passenger side. It was recommended I go to Eric‘s and I did. I dropped the car off and as I was calling for an Uber he told me the car was done. It was a quick job but above my pay grade. I went to pay whatever he told me it was going to cost and he said no charge. Who does that? I repeat who does that he could’ve told me 150 and I would’ve said thank you. This is the real deal honest old, fashion shop.
The only thing I can say is wow what an excellent job that Eric’s auto body did on my sons Challanger. Just perfect and the paint was perfect. You would never know that this car was repaired. Also very quick turn around and Eric and Kristy are great to work with. I won’t go anywhere else for body work!

I was referred to Eric's Auto Body by a friend, and I had the best experience. Someone had hit my driver's side door and I was in need of new doors on my Jeep. When I called he told me to bring it down whenever and he could take a look at it. I went down that afternoon, he took a look at it, gave me an estimate, and once I gave him my insurance claim number he took over from there and squared everything away with my insurance company. Eric made the whole process so simple and seamless. He was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. Since I didn't have rental on my insurance, he worked with my schedule on a drop off time and had it repaired in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Eric's auto body! Thank you, Eric!
Erics was recommended to me by the dealership that I leased my car from and I am eternally grateful for it. Every other repair shop would not take my car in until an assessment of damages was completed, but Erics? They took my car in right away and had an Assessor from my insurance company come down and look at my car. My car had front and back end damage after being sandwiched between two vehicles, and every other place I called wouldnt even be able to do repairs until February. Erics took me in right away and kept me up to date along the way. Repairs were delayed because of back-ordered parts and I was kept informed the entire time. I picked my car up today and he's absolutely beautiful, and has no after-market parts. I absolutely recommend this business and they are well deserving of a 5 star review. Thanks guys!
I have used Eric's twice this year, he not only repaired my vehicles quickly and to my satisfaction but made dealing with the insurance company claim almost easy. I have been in several accidents and the stress or what comes after being hit is usually worse than the actual accident. Eric made that process simple for me, for that alone I would highly recommend his repair shop.
I had a sagging door and door latch issues on my 97 Jeep Wrangler. I brought I to Eric. It was fixed in less than 12 hours. Not only does my door close better than it ever has. It was done quick. I had the unfortunate luck of being side swiped TWICE, brought my highlander to Eric & he was a magician! He literally asked my husband if he had a few minutes, they buffed it out & it looks as good as new! Second time he asked us to bring it back a few days later, we did…again he was able to buff it, put a little touch up paint & if you aren’t looking for it, you’re not going to find it! Eric's is the place to go for body work. Eric was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of receiving my car from an insurance claim. The work upon completion looked impeccable and almost better than before the accident, if that's possible. Eric did a really good job repairing my daughter's car. When you have to paint a part of a car, you always worry if the new paint will match, well i have to say, it matched! First off, I wish there were more than 5 starts to give. I had brought my truck into the shop for repairs due to an accident. I knew from the moment i started talking with Eric that this was the place to go. A very professional and comfortable atmosphere. He handled all of the B.S insurance stuff and kept in constant communication with me throughout the repairs. Not only were the repairs completed in a VERY short amount of time, but the craftsmanship and attention to detail absolutely blew every expectation i had out of the water. My truck now looks better than factory. I could go on and on about the amazing experience I had bringing my truck here and i would highly recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely be bringing my and my family’s vehicles back to this place for sure.
I was on the search for a body shop to repair my car after an accident. The first body shop to call me back was Eric’s Auto Body.
(I was recommended to them by many people on the local forum). I scheduled an appointment for Eric to look at my car and write me an estimate for the insurance company. Along the way I had some issues with the insurance adjusters, but he spoke with the insurance company and straightened everything out for me, leaving me worry/stress-free! Once he got the green light to begin working on my car, it was completed in record time, maybe 3-4 days.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle. It came out beautiful. The paint matches perfect, it looks FLAWless!
He not only repaired the damaged from my accident, but he also repaired my door, and a small section of weatherstripping on my door.

Awesome business to work with. I had rear bumper damage that included the bumper cover and the trunk lid. That required paint work on the new bumper, new trunk lid and the rear quarters to blend everything in. Done with perfection. You cannot tell that anything even happened.
Also to be noted Eric and his his team not only did excellent work, they did it on time and as promised. Including working with the insurance adjuster to make my life easy, drop off the car and get it back when said...done! Polite, easy to discuss the work with and addressed all questions without that garage response mentality.
