Great customer service however very expensive on repairs. I asked for a new tire pressure sensor i was quoted close to 300 dollars. I called Town Fair Tire the same sensor with install is 53 dollars. Again the customer service and workers are awsome but they are just outrageously expensive. I will be buying my next car from Family Ford however I will be getting it serviced elsewhere.

Service is always good. The equipment not so much. I am a paperwork person I keep logs on all my services. The service write did her best to accommodate me. The printers never work and are always offline. She was able to print me a copy on the yellow service copy. Which I thanked her for. Family ford do better with your equipment.

Asked and paid for tires to be rotated and they were not. Makes me wonder what else they filled out on the maintenance sheet that was not done. Very disappointed that they checked it off and was not completed.

Service department was so friendly, I had a very small issue with a fuse and the service advisor, Andrew, made sure I was not overcharged. Highly recommend this location!

Enfield ford refused to fix my transmission torque converter while I had an extended warranty covering it. I had it in the shop 4 times and they tried using additives and other things that did not work. I requested they replace the torque converter and they refused. Once my warranty expired they told me I needed a new torque converter. My warranty company would not cover it because enfield ford never notified them of the problem with the transmission. I ended up having to pay for it.

Top notch service and incredibly convenient free valet service that picked up my car and returned it to my house. Family Ford is now our go to for services our Bronco Outer Banks.

It is truly a faimly atmosphere with employees who really injoy what they do and it shows from the repair shop to the showroom. I highly recommend this dealership for new and Used vehicles.

This visit was disappointing from the start. When we first sat down with Gary we explained that we were looking for detailed configurations and specifications for the 2026 Bronco. A salesperson should know basic information such as package names and trim levels without needing to look everything up. He could not provide a single specification or even a package name from memory. That told us right away that he was not prepared to help a disabled driver make an informed decision. He acted like someone who had just started working there. Yet he kept telling us he had been there for years. That did not match the level of knowledge he showed. We arrived and it took about ten minutes to get our power chair out and settled. Several employees saw us and watched as we worked our way to the entrance. The entrance was not accessible and no one held the door for us. We had to handle both doors ourselves while maneuvering a power chair. That is not a respectful welcome to any customer. Gary told us that the 2026 Bronco could not be ordered. That is simply not true. The Ford website allows customization and configuration right now. Instead of helping us understand accessibility and seating options he followed the preset flow of the website and only showed current inventory. Every time we asked a specific question he cut us off in order to return to the flow he wanted to follow. He was focused on his script. Not what we needed. Any time we asked about a feature he clicked the small information icon and then read the screen out loud to us word for word. That is not professional support. We do not need someone to read the website to us. We need someone who understands the product. He offered twice to bring a 2025 model into the service bay so we could evaluate it and both times we said yes. Then he never did. Instead he walked us to a 2023 model sitting on the floor. When he attempted to demonstrate how he thought we should climb into the vehicle we felt uncomfortable and disrespected. We are power chair users. We know our own physical abilities. We do not need someone telling us how to get into a vehicle. We had to ask for the doors to be opened. We had to lead every part of the conversation. When we asked about space in the upcoming model he did not know. He kept returning to clicking through a page that we could have viewed ourselves at home. Near the end he said that if the vehicle needed warranty service they might be able to get us a loaner vehicle. That is not confidence building. When considering a major purchase that is essential to daily mobility we expect clarity and certainty. Not maybe. Every outing for us takes real planning and physical effort. We do not go places casually. Our time deserves respect. Nothing we learned required us to leave home or struggle through a non accessible entrance. We did not feel valued as customers and we did not feel understood as a disabled household. We followed up the next day to provide this feedback directly and we revoked consent to contact us. We gave them an opportunity to consider what we shared. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We want a dealership that listens. One that respects disabled customers from the moment they arrive. One that knows the vehicles they sell and can help guide us to what will support our independence. We did not find that here.

Very disappointed, Truck shopping for a little while now The sales representative that was “helping “me couldn’t care less about what I had to say. He clearly did not take me serious when telling him my budget and my limit, which I undershot to just feel out the place he basically told me there’s nothing in his lot that would suit me and didn’t give me more than 10 minutes of his time not to mention he didn’t even have any other prices of the truck on him nevertheless, I went to Dodge where they said that is more than enough for a newer truck with better miles and equipped with more moral. The story is I will never go back to this place and clearly wasn’t surprised the place was a ghost town when I was there stay away from family Ford.

Simply put, Family Ford of Enfield does service right. Online booking ability (many convenient appointment times available), friendly and very helpful check-in process (thanks, Greg), thorough and efficient maintenance, and an easy checkout process. Thank you for making this an easy process.

We met Andrew McNeal while at Family Ford. Explained that I was just looking around. I found a car I really liked but wanted to go check out one more possible car to be sure before I returned. The whole interaction was weird and rude - he started by trying to sell his girlfriends eyebrow business to me and making comments about my eyebrows? - Later, he proceeded to pull my boyfriend to the side (not me.. the one buying the car) and ask if I had "money problems" since I was not buying the car right then & there with him and was shopping. - Lastly, I wanted the second opinion of my father who has always had Ford cars and Andrew was repeating "we have to wait for daddy". These may seem small but to me felt so distasteful and rude --anyways I just got a car at Curry Honda in Chicopee! I highly recommend this place over Family Ford any day. Such an odd experience from someone who is looking to make a sale?

I had this dealership service my Escape, replacing rear brake pads, rotors, shocks, trailing arms and installing four new tires. Now it rattles EVERY TIME I hit a bump...in the exact spot they "repaired" it. I've had the car six years, and THE DAY they fix it this problem started. Coincidence? I'm calling them tomorrow to see how they'll remedy this and will update this review afterwards. Here's hoping Family Ford of Enfield stands by its work! UPDATE: The dealership took a look at its repairs and told me they found nothing wrong, but I won't be GASLIT. I had road tested the car ON THE WAY IN to the dealership that day and heard the now-familiar rattling, so I KNOW it existed (it has all week long)! But it got fixed, so I won't debate my sanity with them...even if they deny the issue. The staff were friendly, quick and accommodating; I'll give them 3 stars (4 if they had been honest about it).

Overall, I had a great experience. My sales manager, Fitz, was not only easy to work with but also a genuinely good human being—something that’s not so common in this business. My finance manager, Karina, was the sweetest ever. I had to hop on a conference call due to an emergency at work, and she kindly provided me with an office space for privacy and quiet, which helped me immensely. I even shared the experience with my colleagues, who were impressed by the level of care and professionalism I was receiving. I appreciate the effort and consideration shown throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free car buying experience.

Asked service clerk if they could pre-check my warranty coverage to see if what I was asking to be fixed would be covered because I didn’t have enough to fix it out pocket. He claimed that couldn’t be done which I later found out to be a lie. I later called Ford and they put me in touch with extended warranty and they told me straight up that my parts wouldn’t be covered. So basically I got scammed out of paying diagnostic fees for parts that I already knew I needed. Moneys tight these days and I definitely didn’t need to pay someone to just tell me what I knew already. Thanks a lot Ken Brown you were extremely helpful. Not really!

Family Ford performed my service including a last minute addition quickly and efficiently. This is importantly to since I was unable to have my vehicle overnight. I also appreciate that the team tested my A/C before just evacuating and recharging the system which saved me at least $300. Thanks to the service team!

I needed service on my F150 Lightning and found setting up an appointment was very easy on-line. When I got to Family Ford Agnes Pusztai (Automotive Service Provider), greeted me and went over the issue I was experiencing. After a diagnosis' she explained what was wrong, gave me an estimate and the problem was quickly addressed. Also, I had a recall on the vehicle that was also quickly addressed. I highly recommend Agnes and the Family Ford Service Team.

Let me edit this after two months of having the truck it started driving like crap and my husband is a nice guy. He brought it in they didn’t see a problem and let him go with it. This “pretty” truck has been a living nightmare and I’m scared to have our children in it. We had a fantastic experience at family Ford. Our sales person Jorge was phenomenal and friendly, he made us feel like we were family and the sales manager. Billy was willing to work with us on price and there were a few things that the truck needed so those things got fixed before the truck left a lot. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone that needs a vehicle. My husband was driving a 2003 Ford, which was a great vehicle but he definitely needed an upgrade. We just happened to see this on carfax.com and we ran right over. My husband absolutely loves the truck , and so does the remainder of our family . There is five of us and two of our kids play hockey so there’s more than enough room in the bed of the truck for the hockey bags and sticks. Thank you for selling us this truck.

I recently purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang GT (my first car) from Family Ford of Enfield, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The car was in excellent condition overall, with no major issues, aside from some minor interior damage which happens naturally for the age of the car—specifically, the leather door panel was coming loose and needed to be re-glued. I bought the car as-is, planning to fix that myself, but to my surprise, when I went to pick it up, the dealership had already re-glued the panel for me at no extra charge! The car looked absolutely spotless, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. The team at Family Ford made the buying process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future. Highly recommend!

Bought a vehicle from Family ford and have been using them for upkeep and regular maintenance. They have yet to disappoint. Agnes in the service department has always been my point of contact and will going forward. She and the team at Family Ford have a respectful and professional way of operating. Agnes has great communication and responds to emails and voicemails in a timely manor. I trust them whole heartedly and would not doubt their judgment or recommendations for service. I will drive past my local Ford Dealership to have them work on my vehicle any day.

Update: 3 weeks after posting this review and the owner claiming he wanted to talk, he has not contacted me. I contacted them 3 times to try and talk with the owner and all they said was “he should be contacting you soon”. It doesn’t seem like a priority to them. They replaced the engine in a used truck I bought. It took 5 weeks, 4 days after I picked it up it caught fire and totaled the truck. Insurance determined it was related to the work they did, the owner told me there’s nothing he would do to help me or work with me in any way.

I ordered my 2022 Maverick on 06/26/2021and I took delivery of it on August 05, 2022. Frank Robertson took my order back in June 2021. He was very helpful in setting up the new order on the Ford website. He always responded to my emails. He retired from Family Ford of Enfield and my Maverick order transferred to the Sales Manager Billy Genereux. He was very helpful and helped me remove optional equipment like the XLT Luxury package from the Ford Maverick website in January 2022. When the Maverick was delivered to the dealership I was notified that Bill McGowan would be my Sales Contact. He is very helpful and helped me understand and explained all the gauges, buttons, levers on the dashboard. He set up several Ford Apps for me. He added my cellphone to my new Maverick. I am grateful for all the help I received from the staff at Family Ford of Enfield.
