Great customer service! I arrived home after work to find my trash had not been picked up. I called close to 5pm and spoke to a gentleman who tried contacting dispatch to see if anyone was still in my area. When he wasn’t able to speak with anyone he said he’d give me call in the morning with an update. I received a call that next morning and he told me which day they would be back out. I then received a voicemail from Samantha with an apology and her direct line just in case my trash wasn’t picked up. I was very impressed with that extra touch. Yes, my trash was picked up on that new day.
I'm very happy with my waste and recycling services provided by USA Waste. I think they do a good job and their prices are fair. I've been with them several years and there has never been any crazy hikes in the cost; actually barely any increases. They reply swiftly to any concerns that may arise.
One of your wonderful drivers was a hero by helping my elderly mother. After she slipped and fell outside and was unable to get up and back into her home, he stopped and helped her get inside until a family member arrived. It was a very cold morning and we are very grateful for his kindness.
Customer Service was knowlegeable, courteous and professional. They delivered right before the holiday which was appreciated, and they picked up the 15yd dumpster timely. All in all, it was a good experience and I would use them again. Thank you!
Our pick up guy is the best! He is an excellent driver backing up our 350’ driveway. He know our routine. Picks up everything, returns bins to their places. Has occasionally picked up after a bear attack when it’s a bit scattered. Never minds an occasional dog barking from behind the fence.
We use USA for both our weekly trash and recycling pickups, as well as for occasional dumpster rentals. They ALWAYS show up, and do a thorough job. Highly recommended!

I ordered the 20 yrd roll off dumpster through affordable dumpsters. I didn't realize USA and affordable were related. Other than that, pretty good service, though a simple question about the size of the driveway would have been useful. Both the delivery driver and pick up driver showed up with large trucks and had difficulty getting into the driveway. I had to assist with directing them as it was super tight. Both managed to scrape the stone wall that is located on the right side. Some damage, but not a concern to me, but in future, a smaller truck should have been called for. Maybe my bad for not addressing the concern initially, maybe their bad for not asking the question initially. Either way, it was delivered, and picked up. Both drivers were courteous. I wouldn't recommend affordable dumpster as they will scam you. The customer has no way of knowing how much weight is being put in. I didn't completely fill the 20 yd dumpster but got banged for being overweight. Seriously not impressed, rather pissed off about it really.

I had a 20 yard roll off container delivered for a fall cleaning. USA delivered that same day and picked up the same day I called for removal. Delivery and removal were both quick and professional.
I don't understand why this company has to put a trash barrel after emptying it and put it on the other side of my driveway instead of where they picked it up from. Now I have to go on by sides of my driveway to get 2 barrels. It must be hard to put my barrel back in the same spot it came from

Lindsay Morgan was very responsive and professional. The driver delivered the bin with utmost precision and was also professional. I wasn’t there for pick up but I am sure the same can be said.
It was an excellent experience. The container was delivered early in the morning, and the driver left the container exactly where we specified. We had it for 4 days, which was perfect. Loved that we could walk the big stuff right into the container and then just toss the small stuff over the top. Driver picked it up and that was it. So easy!
Had a smooth experience with USA Waste. Although they got my billing and delivery address swapped at first, they quickly adjusted and sent the driver to the right location. Rented 2 30yard dumpsters. They were responsive, kind and timely. Will use again in the future, if needed!
We needed to do a major clean out from a move a couple of years ago. We rented the 30 yard dumpster. They dropped it off in the spot we wanted, and picked it up on the scheduled day. Both drivers were friendly and courteous. The office was very helpful when we needed to extend the rental two more days.
Ordered a 15 Yard 2Ton weight limit Dumpster. They picked it up It had shingles in it 18 Squares which was 54 bundles worth of deteriorated shingles and some metal J channel. Which is calculated at about 4320lbs little under 2 tons. They told me my dumpster was 4.13 Tons worth of waste. I called them and asked if they measured the containers weight with it. If you could go with another company, please reconsider USA hauling. Shady business practices.
I have to say, the best service we have ever had in our area. I called because we missed getting our cans to the road on Sat. The after hours person sent me a text right away. Pleasant, spot on service all the time!!
Who's bright idea over at USA Waste was it to send a guy smack into the middle of a 220 unit condo complex at 5:00AM in the morning with his big flatbed truck to drop a huge dumpster (and load up another huge dumpster)? Yes, 5AM in the morning!! The loudest, most obnoxious thing I (and everyone else) in the complex had to be startled awake to. Dropping that dumpster literally shook the freakin building, never mind the noise! Dude getting in and out of the truck, music blasting in his cabin, hydraulics blowing while he's loading up the filled dumpster, that stupid beeping sound while he kept backing up the truck, not a care in the world... 5AM! Yea we all like to get a start on the day sometimes, but can you at least wait until it actually is the morning (and not still the night before)?
Fantastic experience working with them - super responsive, and consistent service. Most recently we worked with them to get new bins, and they delivered (and re-delivered when we realized the bins were too big for our garage!) the new bins exactly when they said they would, and made the process super easy. Everyone we spoke to along the way was fantastic.
